Great location for Piccadilly and the London sights. Breakfast was also fabulous. Staff at the hotel go above and beyond. Special thanks to Radi Dimiatrova and Kariny Cazuza for their careful preparation of our room for our arrival. This was a reunion for me and my daughter and it was a great surprise. Thanks to all the hotel staff who looked after us during our stay and for the bar staff for looking after us with Negronis one night in the piano bar!

Pleasant stay at Novotel London Canary Wharf, a bit of a cold welcome at reception when checking in (2 of the 3 staff members on the phone, the 3rd busy filling out forms and didn't acknowledge me even though I was the only person standing at the reception desk for what felt like long minutes). Otherwise all fine

Best stay ever. The Hotel is new (1.5 yo) modern and contemporary design and furniture. Beautiful view with floor to ceiling glass windows. Everything operates with touch panel controllers. Nice bath tab and generous shower space. If wifi was more secure with password it would have been better. Only downside was that those huge TVs were not smart TV. With the discount from Trip.com and the generous upgrade to a suit by the hotel, we had the best deal and experience. Will deff come back and deff recommend!!

Stayed with my child and my Mum. We thought the hotel seemed very clean, and our welcome on arrival was very warm. The reception staff were always very polite and helpful throughout our stay. I thought the layout of the hotel was a bit confusing, and there were not really enough lifts to service the capacity of the hotel. Our room was adequate; some of the facilities were lacking a little, particularly where we had a young child (slippery bathroom tiles, no non slip bath mat etc) but over all, it was functional and it was clean. The reception/ communal lounge area was lovely - it had a nice ambience and there is a free water station with both sparkling and still chilled water which we found to be a very accommodating facility during our stay. The small hotel pool is not really suitable for families - we found it extremely over crowded and not supervised - there were young children frolicing about in the jacuzzi/ steam room area and it all seemed a bit hazardous. We would say overall our stay was pleasant and I would probably stay again. The hotel is in a good location close to amenities like the DLR and Elizabeth line and also the cable cars which are a must! A small tesco is just next door too for stocking up on snacks and fruit (although be wary of rude staff there!) and there is a lovely coffee shop over the road “Mrs Bee” which does a lovely latté.

The breakfast here is very good. It's quite close to attractions like Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. To get to the British Museum and Buckingham Palace, you'll need to take a taxi or the subway. I didn't see any supermarkets nearby, though. The air conditioning works well, and you'll need to ask them for a toothbrush. The complimentary bottled water comes in glass bottles. Many Chinese tourists stay here.

We stayed at this hotel for one night and had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent, and our room was spacious. From check-in through to dinner, everything was very well organised. For just £12, we could choose a pizza or burger and enjoy it with a pint of British beer—excellent value for money. The hotel is only one Underground stop from the airport, which is very convenient. Just be aware that the station has no lift, so you’ll need to use the stairs. The hotel has a fresh, modern design and feels open and spacious. It is a four-star hotel that truly deserves its rating. The swimming pool was especially impressive: the starry ceiling made it feel as though we were swimming beneath the night sky. The steam room had plenty of steam, and although the jacuzzi was compact, its jets were powerful. After a long journey and a flight, it was lovely to relax with a swim and a massage. A special thank-you to the staff for changing our double room into a twin room in just ten minutes. The breakfast was also very reasonably priced, and we were pleasantly surprised to find fresh melon and watermelon. The reception staff were attentive, professional and excellent throughout our stay.

I really can't help but complain about this hotel. It's not cheap, but it's incredibly hard to find. They say it's connected to The O2, but it's very far from the subway station and extremely difficult to locate, with very few signs. Also, the check-in and check-out process was the longest I've ever experienced. On top of that, the mini-bar in the room was ridiculously expensive, and they didn't specify which items were chargeable or provide prices in advance. I only drank two bottles of water and took out a biscuit but didn't touch it, and they deducted £33 from my deposit. If it weren't for the Ariana Grande concert, I wouldn't have stayed at this hotel at all. It's definitely the worst InterContinental I've ever stayed at in terms of service. However, there were some pleasant surprises. The room facilities and the view were top-notch and worth the price. It's just the service and the location that are hard to overlook.

Pros: Close from Heathrow airport and is very convenient to get ready for the early morning flight. The local bus stop (the 3rd bus stop from Heathrow Central Bus Station) is close from the hotel. Cons: Inside the guest rooms are dark to do desk work. Depends on which room you take, it might need several minutes from main reception to get to the guest room. The hallway is way too long

The location is fantastic, right next to St. Paul's Cathedral, truly in the heart of the city. The hotel itself is generally good and convenient. Facilities: The hotel has most of what you'd expect, though the room is a bit small. But that's pretty standard for UK hotels; this king-size room is about 25 square meters. The air conditioning was a little noisy at night, but it didn't really bother me overall. Ambiance: The atmosphere is nice. They have a rooftop bar on the 7th floor where you can enjoy night views of St. Paul's, but there's a dress code – no casual wear allowed.

Overall, the hotel is pretty good. It's less than 100 meters from the subway station. From Heathrow, take the Elizabeth Line to Custom House, then transfer to the DLR and go one stop further east. The hotel is right outside the station (Google Maps' route suggests walking 1km without transferring). It takes about half an hour to get to the city center. There might be some payment delays when using Visa and Mastercard credit cards issued by mainland Chinese banks at the hotel.
