We chose this hotel for its breakfast and the on-site bar-restaurant. What we got was a pretty old hotel. The bar wasn't open, and it was hard to find decent places to eat nearby. Breakfast was brought to the room, and we had to choose our meal and coffee type from a menu daily. However, they consistently forgot the coffee, so we had to remind them every day and wait 10-15 minutes after the rest of breakfast arrived. Out of 4 days, breakfast was only delivered 3 times; one day, they simply said the chef hadn't shown up. They promised a refund for one day's breakfast, but it never came. The room was very cold in December; the air conditioning was old and noisy. The shower drain was clogged, and by the second day, there was a sewage smell. On the plus side, the linens were clean, towels fresh, and slippers were provided. They offered to move us to an ”upgraded” room, which we checked out – it was indeed spacious, looked newer, and was more pleasant. However, the next morning, we were told that room wasn't available and were given a different one, which wasn't much better than our original room. Overall, everything felt disorganized and chaotic. Communication on WhatsApp was very polite, though. Getting to the city center is a long journey, and you spend a lot of time in traffic if you take a taxi. We haven't stayed at other hotels in the city, so we have nothing to compare it to. This hotel might be okay for a couple of days. All in all, not terrible, but there's definitely room for improvement.

It was my first time staying at this hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly. There was no local taxi app, so the front desk called a taxi for us. They were afraid that we couldn't find the taxi and sent us to the taxi. The Chinese staff of the hotel also gave us a local travel guide. It was rare to feel a different sense of belonging abroad. I will come again next time.

A fantastic stay! I chose the LuckyStar Hotel in Bishkek this time, and the location was incredibly convenient! The hotel is situated in the city center, making it easy to reach major attractions. National landmarks like Ala-Too Square and the National History Museum are within walking distance, offering a vibrant city atmosphere. For those wanting to experience local life, the famous Osh Market is nearby, where you can buy fresh fruit and unique handicrafts. If you're interested in architecture and religious culture, the St. Nicholas Orthodox Church is also close by, quiet and beautiful. Whether you're exploring the city by taxi, on foot, or using public transportation, this is the perfect starting point. It's an excellent value for both business and leisure travelers. The hotel is excellent, the staff is nice, the room is clean with a view of the mountains (I recommend taking them). I got a little confused about the floors of the lobby and parking, but you quickly remember it. It's cool that there is an exit directly to the shopping center. Excellent SPA, it is better to book a day before visiting. Delicious panoramic restaurant IWA on the roof of the hotel. Well done in general.

A fantastic hotel, conveniently located next to a Chinese shopping mall! The environment is clean and hygienic, the rooms are spacious, the beds are room-wide, and the signage in the rooms is comprehensive, with Chinese, English, and Russian language options. Communication at the front desk is also very convenient, with translators available. It's very friendly to Chinese people abroad. The hotel seems to be newly opened, as the rooms and facilities are very new, including a smart toilet and a TV with screen mirroring capabilities, making it very comfortable!

It's around the 400-500 range in China. The breakfast was good, though. The refrigerator in the room kept turning on every 20 minutes, which was annoying. In short, these 13 hotels in China were horrible compared to the one in China.

the stay was great in this hotel. Very clean, quiet and pleasant room. The food was very good. In addition, the incredibly nice and helpful Mrs. Aidana at the reception, whom I greet very warmly and thanks for all!

Nice breakfast spread of cold cuts, fish, different milks, varied omelettes, and a selection of cereals and nuts. Nice ambiance as well, at the terrace on the top floor of the building. The room is very spacious, and the bathroom clean and sleek. Recommended!

Hotel is fine, it's located next to a casino. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was large and recently renovated. The hotel is definitely not 5 stars though, it's a 3 star at best. They can improve some things to make it better. There is only one lift which was out of order in the morning which meant we had to walk up and down 5 stories for breakfast. There is really strong smell in the room from the renovations which needs to be dealt with. The breakfast was ok but nothing special and the quality of food could be improved.

Not a bad hotel, comfortable and spacious rooms, the room has everything you need. Some rooms have been cosmetically renovated. The number of rooms is small. We didn't take breakfast, so I can't say anything. There are a lot of places near the hotel where you can eat tasty and varied food. WiFi is very weak... Value for money👌
