The hotel is located next to a highway, which makes getting around very inconvenient if you don't have a car. The breakfast and service were both decent. There's a large supermarket nearby, but be aware there's a barrier wall. There is a small gate that allows access to the supermarket.
This was my second stay at this hotel. The price was a bit high this time, but I had a meeting scheduled here with a client, so I couldn't change it. Overall, it's still pretty good. However, the shower pressure was a bit weak, and I hope they can improve that. Everything else was standard and acceptable. Plus, there's a shopping mall right behind it with plenty of food options.
I think the hotel is well located because there is a shopping center not far away for the services I think it is good but the accessories there is one cabin out of 2 which did not have a comb and toothbrush and the TV I think it should have YouTube and be in languages other than Spanish otherwise I think it's pretty clean and well I think I give it 4.5 stars
The hotel is located in an industrial area. Without a car you are stuck. It is not suitable for tourists visiting Valencia. We used it as a transit point. The hotel is ideal for this, located close to the motorway between France and southern Spain.
Good: The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious. An ironing board and kettle are included. The TV has four German channels: RTL, Vox, SuperRTL, Eurosport. Parking in front of the hotel is free. The breakfast is good and varied. The hotel has a garden with a pool.
Overall, I was satisfied with the hotel. The City of Arts and Sciences is just across the street, making it very convenient for visiting. It's a bit far from the city center, but there's a bus stop right outside; bus number 19 goes directly there, and tickets are a flat €2, payable by credit card. From the train station, it's about a 10-minute walk to the main attractions.
The breakfast was decent, mostly typical Western food. There are restaurants nearby, including Japanese and Thai restaurants run by Chinese. The British department store is also within a 10-minute walk, making shopping convenient.
I chose this hotel because it has parking, but it turned out to be the most cramped parking lot I've ever seen. The hotel parking is on the second basement level, and it was quite difficult to navigate the two turns; any larger car would have been stuck. There were only two or three cars parked in the basement; I guess the rest were parked above ground.
Not far from the airport or city center, and there's a subway station right downstairs with a large supermarket nearby, which is really convenient. The staff were also quite friendly. However, I think the air conditioning in the room isn't working so well, probably because the hotel is a bit old.
The hotel is newly renovated. The only drawback is the shower, which is located directly in the room, making it a bit uncomfortable if you're not staying with a partner.

The hotel is located in the seaside resort between Valencia and Castillion. The room is clean and comfortable, the hotel has a swimming pool and free parking at the entrance of the hotel. About 20 minutes drive from the Love Song Stadium in Villarreal, Spanish. A great place to watch the game and spend the seaside holiday. And around it is Sagundo, one of the most beautiful towns in Valencia
The hotel room is large, the facilities are OK, and the breakfast is not bad.

YYanaDesignWe had an absolutely wonderful stay at Port Hotel Alicante City and Beach.
The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and truly welcoming — you can feel that they work with their hearts.
The location is just perfect, close to the beach and with such a relaxing atmosphere.
The food was absolutely fantastic, every meal felt like a treat.
We truly felt like we were living in paradise. Highly recommend this hotel!
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is about 15 minutes away from Alicante Airport. There is a bus line 23 to the city 20 meters away. The breakfast is buffet style and the taste is average. There is a KFC nearby that has not yet opened. There are no commercial areas or restaurants around.
GGuest UserHotel well, but the very unfriendly and unresolute staff, I had a mistake when booking and they didn't help me at all, they gave me the number to contact people who could solve it and they didn't even take my phone, They gave me another number and was of a particular person, very unresolute and uncomprehensive because as a hotel where I booked you should have a means of contact where to solve these problems and not wash your hands so easily.
GGuest UserBooked the hotel for a flying visit to surprise my Mam for her birthday. Didn't need luxury, just decent room, a shower and a bed.
On arrival, we noticed the 'slight' hill to get to the property from the main road and thought ”worse case scenario -TAXI”
Reception staff were fantastic each time we chatted to them. Checking in - we were told the room wasn't ready even though it was 2 hours prior to check in time and was told they would give us a call to let us know when it's ready. We returned a few hours later after food and drinks and was given our key. A deposit was requested of £150 but would be refunded on check out if everything was in order. We even got given an iron to use if needed.
Room was nice and big, could sleep 6 people (4 single beds and a double sofa bed)
Air con was lovely and cool, Fridge freezer and microwave all worked. Only downside was there was no hangers but when we checked out, the reception staff apologised and noted this in order for the next occupants.
Check out was fast and pleasant with check out time 12pm which was a bonus.
We were very happy with the hotel, staff and value for money.
I would recommend and return again.
GGuest UserLovely hotel with really comfortable beds. Tea & Coffee making facilities in the room. Towels changed daily. Great buffet breakfast with a good selection to for everyone
AAlexius808Hotel Poseidón Playa is a 3-star beachfront hotel ideally located opposite Poniente Beach in Benidorm, offering stunning Mediterranean Sea views from all 312 rooms. Its prime position is just a 10-minute walk from Elche Park and central Benidorm, making it perfect for families and couples seeking a quieter stay away from the lively Levante Beach area. The hotel boasts a buffet restaurant with a wide variety of local and international cuisine, earning praise for its delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. Guests enjoy two outdoor pools, a kids’ club, and seasonal entertainment, though the evening shows are average. Rooms are clean, equipped with air conditioning (June-September), satellite TV, and marble bathrooms with hairdryers, but some guests find the hairdryers underpowered. Elevators can have long wait times, which may inconvenience some visitors. Overall, it’s a great value option for a relaxed beach holiday with excellent dining and a superb location.
AAmeseeThe hotel was perfectly located and clean. Just the lifts took really long to get down. We booked 2 rooms, 1 was located on the 8th floor and the other on the 5th floor. Sometimes it took us 10 min to get down as 1 of the elevator was broken.
The pool was small but good. If you go at 10 when it opens its not busy at all
AAdam DavidBeautiful views from the room and everything was clean. The only problem i found was that the beer in the minibar had been drunk by a sneaky guest and filled with water, and had the lid put back on. I phoned up reception, and they said they would bring two beers, but they never came. Have a wonderful time other than that the beach was beautiful
