It is a very historic hotel, and the location is very close to the city. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options.

Highly recommended – modern, high-quality, and genuinely welcoming! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, new, modern, and furnished to a very high standard – truly a place to feel at home! Everything shines, is spotlessly clean, and stylishly designed. Guests are welcomed with genuine warmth and friendliness, and the staff are incredibly kind, polite, and professional. It's evident that a lot of effort goes into ensuring guests have a wonderful stay. Breakfast was outstanding – lovingly prepared and presented, with everything your heart could desire. A particular highlight was the perfectly prepared avocado toast with Eggs Benedict – simply divine! The coffee was also delicious and served with a friendly smile. The location is central, yet remarkably quiet. There's a fantastic view, making it a wonderful spot to relax and unwind. The room's decor is stylish and beautifully coordinated. We felt completely at home and will definitely be back!

Great, the tallest building in the area. The room is large and clean, the view from the high-rise building is good, and the breakfast is rich. The small town of Ulm is unexpected. I will stay here next time

Great location, 1min walk from u-bahn, one station from hbf. Clean room, with washing machine and full kitchen included. Safe and quiet at night. Drawbacks: The structure of my room is weird, making the living room dark at night, with only one lamp. No door dividing the shower area, so the bathroom is full of water after each bath. The shower broke down during my accommodation, I asked them to fix it, and they didn't. After lots of chaos they offered me to change the room, and I decided to put up with it and use the rainforest instead. In conclusion, not bad if the shower incident hadn't occurred. The service is of great altitude, but not so practical in case of real problems.

Another inconvenience was the lack of daily replenishment of bottled water in the room. This is a small but basic amenity that many hotels provide, and its absence was noticeable. Additionally, the room itself felt quite old and in need of some updates. It didn’t quite match the standard expected for the price. On a positive note, the hotel is conveniently located near a Rewe supermarket, just about 2 to 3 minutes away, making it easy to grab any essentials. Overall, these added costs, the room's condition, and the overlooked details made the stay feel less guest-friendly and not quite worth the price.

Located in the Mercedes-Benz town, this hotel has relatively large rooms compared to other hotels in Germany. The breakfast is also good, with a wide selection, and there are free drink vouchers every day, which is great.

The hotel front desk is not very friendly to yellow skin, the hotel facilities are average, the breakfast is expensive and simple, and it is not recommended to add breakfast. There are many restaurants and bars nearby, and it is convenient to eat and shop.

Great location right by the train station, offering good value for money. It's a bit older, but still clean and hygienic, so no issues there. Perfect for business travelers. I even saw Lufthansa crew staying here.

Nice hotel, very friendly staff, delicious breakfast and more than enough, one diner in the restaurant was also very good. Sometimes the floor where we slept was a little noisy, And after our opinion the rooms were 2, 3 grades to warm.
