It was very worth the for 4 night stay. Breakfast was very excellent, tasty and delicious deserts, you can have any food type, drinks you could get. Service were excellent, such as receptions, they are easy to communicate in English compared to how difficult it can be to understand people at China. The location itself is very perfect. There is a nearby mall only 1 crossroad ahead you can get anything you like at there such as Starbucks, Subway, Pizza hut, KFC, Supermarket, Mcdonalds, and the metro is only few walks away which is SUPER convenient for us to transport. Also if you're visiting the Shanghai Disneyland they will transport you there without any charge. When we arrive in Shanghai again, we will definitely come back next time. Thanks to the staff members for excellent service.

We love everything about this hotel! We have a spectacular view of the Bund from our window. The hotel has easy access to shopping, ferry, river cruises, hop-on-and-hop-off while it is about half a mile away from the epicenter of crowds. The staff is very attentive and helpful. The room is well-appointed and the bathroom is luxurious and super clean. The beds are firm and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is top notch and reasonably priced. It is a very good deal for a busy day in the city where food can be expensive. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Shanghai.

Our family had stayed 2 rooms for 3 nights on the 27-30, Dec 2024. Our stay were memorable and amazing. The rooms were so clean with very nice view, the breakfast line were delicious and has many variety of food both western and Chinese. The staffs were the most impressive, they could speak very good english and very friendly. The duty manager is very helpful too. I forgot the souvenir which was the Chinese embroidered traditional fan and just realized when I got back home, the duty manager was very enthusiastic and putting a lot of efforts in getting the forgot item back to me. Thank you so much, I’m really impressed and highly appreciated your hard work and kindness.

This hotel used to be Senz spa hotel, now became Double tree by Hilton. Because I enjoyed the spa and massage facilities last time I stayed I missed the massage used to be offered by this hotel but other than that I liked this hotel a lot. Very clean and slightly high ceiling in the room makes everything very comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast is kind of usual standard for this type of hotel but this hotel is directly connected to an excellent shopping street called Lidoway where I could find a lot of restaurants and bars just outside of the hotel. Highly recommended for those who are looking for relaxing stay close to Hongqiao airport and EXPO area in Qingpu

The hotel located just neighborhood of air port Hongqiao , location so close with the metro but security so strict to go in and out because of airport so strict with too much high security with their airport high standard. Taxi could not pick up easily in front of the hotel, you may have to walk to the hail taxi part out side the parking lot of the airport. The staff can speak English fluently. The air condition got the problem when you want to adjust the temperature. We can’t sleep in the mid night time , too hot to sleep until call the desk and ask for the motor fan in the middle of night. The toilet flush cannot easily to flush the paper too. So we decide to ask for changing the room. Hotel just nice to let us change the room last 2 night otherwise, we got 2 problem either the flush and mulfunction of aircon.
