The location of the hotel is very close to the Blue Lagoon, you can take you to the Blue Lagoon for free. Although it is Samsung, it feels like 7 days in China. Spent 3 star money, live fast. Just a personal feeling
It is necessary to call and have a password to receive the key. There are three bathrooms with a large space, including a microwave oven, an induction cooker, and pots and pans.
The name of the hotel speak for itself. Fantastic experience as we managed to catch the northern light right at the hotel itself. Tho hotel looks aged (might be due for refurbishment), overall is ok with all the necessary amenities. Staff were nice. We told them we had to leave early in the morning to catch a flight and wouldn’t be able to go for the breakfast which was provided for. The staff offered and arranged the breakfast to be prepared early for us. So nice of them.
This place was excellent value for money, -- spotlessly clean, very easy, and the most spacious and best-appointed room we had during our weeklong visit to Iceland, staying in different accommodation every night. Staff were very pleasant, the included breakfast was plentiful and tasty, and our room was the biggest one we had. Highly recommend this hotel/hostel.
I booked this hotel because it was listed as being near the airport. My itinerary involved returning a rental car at the airport, then taking a taxi to the hotel for a one-night stay. This wasn't as convenient as I'd hoped. Even though a free shuttle runs every 30 minutes in the morning, the distance from the airport itself felt a bit far, making the journey less smooth. The major plus was that the room was extremely spacious, which was very helpful for organizing my luggage.
About 5 minutes walk from Keflavík airport. Definitely a good choice for early flight travellers. Lots of varieties on breakfast starting at 4am. Will definitely stay again when we come. Able to view the aurora outside the hotel on our final night in Iceland
Very good hotel, excellent location, large public areas and very warm feeling. The room was the largest we stayed in Iceland and could easily spread out 2 boxes. Opposite is the lighthouse, the weather is clear, you can see the aurora directly from the window (sea view room can, the other side will have the light pollution of the airport). The hotel drives 10 kilometers to the airport and will pass a small town.
The room I was given was quite small, but as I was only there for one night it was all I needed. The bed was comfy, and the shower was hot. Room was clean with fresh water provided.
The breakfast was nice, goodly amount of food types available.
Staff was friendly, and check out is at noon, which is nice.

MMS.LyHotel very near to international airport, huge car park with rapid charge and petrol station. Convenient for those who rented electric car like us. Friendly staff and good breakfast.
MMarciiVery well located accommodation near the airport.
It is located in a small town that offers everything and is still very quiet.
The accommodation is very quiet and clean. You found everything you wanted. The contact regarding the key handover was also first class.
There are a few small huts on site that offer a lot of peace and quiet!
We would love to come back!
GGuest UserBooked a brief 6-hour overnight stay to catch a few hours sleep & a shower between long flight days, was worth every penny. Got in just after midnight in late June & took a pic of the ocean from my balcony, beautiful! Everything was clean, comfortable, & the staff very nice & accommodating. Hotel only a couple of miles from the airport.
GGuest UserThe room was quite small.
It was near the ocean, which had some nice views.
Our flight was very early so we missed our included breakfast, so charged extra for a packed breakfast.
GGuest UserThe room has a shared bathroom and pantry area.
- Room and bed ok The room is a bit small but sleeps comfortably. (but got to sleep for a short while because I had to get up quickly to catch the morning flight)
- When cooking, I tend to be considerate of other people. Because it also has a living area. Don't dare to cook food with strong smells.
- Shared bathrooms are few, but it's not a problem.
- The best part is being able to see the Northern Lights from the accommodation.
- Shuttle service to and from the airport is at 4500ISK/trip/1-4 people (information as of 22/9/2023)
GGuest UserThis apartment is super cute. We loved the decor. We had everything we needed in terms of making meals for the family. The location was a quick drive from the airport and the owners were very easy to contact. We easily recommend and/or consider staying again.
