This hotel is in Wangxiangu, one of the must-visit destinations in China. The atmosphere feels like stepping into another world, especially at night when the beautiful lights create a magical ambiance. There are also many restaurants and bars nearby, making it a perfect place to stay if you want to fully immerse yourself in the surroundings. The rooms are very clean, the vibes are great, and the staff is incredibly helpful. Highly recommended!

Stayed here in end Oct. Ji Hotel entrance is just beside Mercure Hotel entrance, so don’t enter the wrong one. Comfortable bed with double pillows and the only hotel (out of 5 we stayed in this trip) that provided fridge and free mini bar in the room. Good breakfast spread and quality with local specialities like jar soup and noodles. However, the air conditioning in the room wasn’t working properly, so the room was warm and stuffy. When we called the reception about it, we were given a silly excuse and a standing fan which was dusty and not standing straight. Not only did they not bother to wipe the dust off the fan before letting us use it, the staff who brought the fan to our room was impolite and left the fan at the door expecting us to move the dusty fan into the room ourselves. This is not the service standard we expect from Mercure. They gave us 2 packs of local noodles as gifts to make up for the unpleasant experience when we complained about it during check out

The receptionist was super kind; we got an upgrade free of charge. The room was good. In particular, I like the room very much: spacious, very clean and well-lit. The breakfast was good too. Overall, a good value for money.

Great hotel, convenient location, river view room has magnificent view of Tao Jiang, good housekeeping, helpful staff, delicious tea at lobby.. Very good breakfast with large selection. Convenient laundry facility. Excellent banquet food. My only suggestion is to enforce the non-smoking policy in public areas and in non-smoking rooms because the smoking smell stays.

In general, it is a very pleasantly surprised hotel, because the hotel is located inside the Wunuzhou scenic area. From the entrance of the scenic area, there are all kinds of shops with a dazzling array of goods, and all kinds of beautiful scenery make people linger. There are people rowing boats in the river beside. I saw a martial arts performance on the road before I checked in, and I also watched the special iron flower and fire pot performances at night. The whole family was very surprised. I stayed for two nights. The family went to play karting for two days, ate a lot of snacks in the scenic area, and saved the 110 scenic spot tickets per day. The room is very large, and each room has an independent balcony. You can see the Wupeng boats coming and going on the water when you walk out of the balcony. The only drawback is that there is no partition between the shower room and the bed. After taking a shower, you have to come out naked to wipe your body and change clothes. It is very embarrassing. I hope that a small screen can be added outside the shower room, otherwise it is too inconvenient for guests to put on clothes after taking a shower. There was another small detail, that is, the hotel's slippers were clearly marked at ¥20 per pair, so we didn't dare to pick them up even after staying there for two days. When we were leaving, my daughter came in and found us wearing bath slippers, and then she said that there was small writing on the front of the shoe covers: free for hotel guests, but if you want to take the slippers away, it's only ¥20 a pair. However, the location where the hotel puts the slippers makes it very obvious that there is a charge for them. This service detail deserves improvement, otherwise guests will feel a little inconvenienced by the slippers.

I was disappointed with the Chinese restaurant second floor, where we ate dinner and I was also disappointed with breakfast offering at the Horizon club on the 32nd floor. Dinner early they were out of seven dishes that we selected they were still on the menu to choose from incomprehensible. At breakfast the staff at the Horizon club was very attentive, however, the food selection was sparse, and while quite fresh, was less than expected. Hotel 5 Stars. Restaurants 3 stars. This is a good hotel and good value for money. It is located very near to Shangrao train station within a walking distance. It is very convenient for traveler. The room is clean and well maintain. Tge bed is clean and soft i feel so comfortable. There are all facilities and amenities need for most traveler in the room. It is smoking room but it contain slightly smoking smell. It is no problem at all. I think this is the best hotel if you are looking for the hotel not far from train station. The break fast is ok for money we pay.

I am glad to have booked 3 rooms at this hotel as when the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were warmly greeted by the hotel staffs. The hotel staffs also helped us in booking didi rides numerous times as we are foreigners without WeChat pay or AliPay facilities in our mobile phone. Unique experience worth trying at-least once ! The hotel is in an amazing location and it’s extremely beautiful ! This was a very special stay for us We were a bit skeptical based on the reviews , but it exceeded all our expectations by miles ! We booked a room facing the mountain view and it didn’t disappoint at all ! The room was very cozy and comes with stacked up mini bar , Evian water , Coffee capsules , projector , fruits. During the evening time they put up some chocolates , fruits , tea and water for the guests to enjoy and it was a nice touch :) Staff were friendly and accommodating , special thanks to 叶晓倩&唐臣金 for all the care and support

Awesome facilities and service. Notice that swimmers are required to wear a swim cap. The breakfast buffet on Level 2 is fantastic!

I stayed at the Oriental Garden Hotel some time ago, and the experience was great! As soon as I entered the lobby, I was attracted by the gorgeous and warm decoration style. The front desk staff was warm and thoughtful, and quickly checked me in. The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities and comfortable bedding. I slept very well at night. The hotel's restaurant offers a variety of food, rich breakfast, and the main dishes are delicious. It meets my daily exercise needs. The river view is even more unique. It is comfortable and relaxing to walk in it. This stay is impeccable and highly recommended to everyone!

This hotel was vey central to many things including walking distance to TengWangGe Pavilion and the ShengLi Pedestrian Mall. The rooms were very keen and the teal and female touches added a special appeal. Everything felt clean and the service at the front desk was good. There is a reasonable Chinese buffet breakfast which included a chef cooking wonton noodles for you on the spot. Overall, very positive experience.

Environment: You can see the hotel as soon as you get out of the subway station. There is a residential area behind it, so there is also a breakfast shop. There is a shopping mall next to it, which is quite convenient. Facilities: The decoration is relatively new and the hygiene is OK Service: The service is not very good. The waiter at the front desk was indifferent when I checked in. I don’t have to be very enthusiastic, but I should at least be polite and polite. In fact, overall it’s okay. Service: 1.🅿️——The hotel was overcrowded during the National Day holiday, and the hotel reserved parking spaces for guests staying in the hotel to park in the nearest parking lot🅿️, which is particularly good! 2. Front desk——very enthusiastic and patient to explain the location, how to play, and carefully hand-marked the map. The front desk lady is called Chen Sisi! 3. The restaurant is really average, the richness of the dishes meets the hotel standards, but it is a bit helpless to share a table due to overcrowding. The quality of the hotel guests cannot be controlled, there is nothing to do. Hygiene: The hygiene is very good, clean and tidy, and the southern environment makes the overall park look ”spotless”. First impression entering the hotel; lack of the typical Hilton scent, and overall 5 star appearance. The lobby has several stands promoting things I can’t tell what is was in Chinese. This is typical in many Chinese hotels but it lacks the 5 star ambiance. Furthermore, near the lobby bar is a nice dessert cabinet filled with Pepsi and mineral water….why? and next to the entrance some ridiculous game boxes that makes no sense. The room was ok, good size and no issues, good cleaning. The pool was ok too but with a small and rather boring gym next door. The dinner buffet was good and for the price which included free flow of a SA mediocre red wine and beer nothing much to complaint about. The poorest part was breakfast and that was depressing, especially for someone expecting a bit of western and Hilton quality, bread selection poor. It’s ok to have a limited selection but at least make the limited selection good and fresh og the day, don’t serve 2 days old bread, that is unacceptable.

The location is not so far and you can walk from Shangrao station about two blocks opposite the station in 8-10 mins. Everything is perfect . Room is very wide and has hi tech technology for any facilities equipment in the room. The breakfast line is great. At night you can walk around the area to find food stall or restaurant for your dinner. There is 1-2 minimart. The front staff is so kind and has a good service to call a taxi for us on the rainy day. Recommend this hotel if u want to visit Shangrao for sightseeing.

As we purposely chose to stay near Shangrao Railway Station for train travel purposes, for us the location was great as it was only a short 10min walk away (just make sure you know how to navigate). The food offerings in the surrounding area of the hotel is nonexistent so make sure that you pay for the breakfast buffet which was plentiful with a standard Chinese selection and a limited continental choice (see photos). It’s about a 30 yuan 20 minute taxi ride (get a Didi taxi or hail the several that are parked outside) to the city centre proper if you are heading there (less than 10km). Room was clean and the staff were professional.

The best hotel in Ganzhou! The location it’s simply THE BEST! You got convenience stores, bars, coffee shops,restaurants and a shopping mall all in within 50 meters!!! At night is the town’s hotspot! The hotel itself it’s amazing too, the AC actually works and is extremely powerful, the room and bed are clean and spotless! Amazing cost/benefit! Staff are graceful and polite specially the front desk works 小薛小邹 which were super fast and efficient on my check-in and I love you they put their hands on the chest as a sign of respect when they see guests coming in! Two big thumbs up!👍 👍

The room is clean and sanitary. Walton is a better hotel in Ganzhou. Meals are delivered by robots, which is safer. The hotel is well-equipped and convenient for dining. It is also very convenient to go shopping because it is opposite the MixC. I stayed in a lake view room, opposite the largest lake in Ganzhou. The scenery is very good. The hotel front desk service is very good, and there are also free fruits~

Ctrip booking upgraded the deluxe lake view room, which is larger than other rooms. It faces Central Park and has a first-class view from high floors. The layout of the facilities in the room is very good, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and there is a special dressing table followed by a washbasin. The hotel is located in the ancient town of Qili in Ganzhou. You can go directly to the ancient town to play if you stay in the hotel. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Helped us solve a lot of troubles. There are many century-old banyan trees on the edge of the Ganjiang River in the ancient town. They are well protected and lush. It is really not easy. Stop at the transfer station for one night. As a famous five-star hotel in the local area, the hardware is good, the room intelligent control and the thick cotton paper for washing face are good. But the shortcomings are also obvious. I have stayed in so many five-star hotels, and this one is the most casual. The design of the first elevator is not very reasonable, and the linkage needs to be further refined; if the elevators on both sides of the same floor stop, this side has been entering, and you have to press it to avoid closing the door suddenly, but it will cause the elevator on the opposite side to be unable to close the door and wait. There was only one pair of disposable slippers. The ones that were used for recycling disinfection were not recommended. There was a white layer of dirt and accumulation in the wash cup. The toilet was also covered with many watermarks. It looked unclean. Both rooms had such problems. I hope the housekeeping department can manage the standards more strictly. Service: From the front desk to the room service, only the male staff who helped to carry the luggage that night was very kind and enthusiastic. Thank you. The rest were all impatient without smiles. Two rooms were booked with the same room type, but they were actually different. There were few varieties of breakfast and the taste was very ordinary. During the peak period, guests were not arranged to line up to enter the restaurant for dinner, which was chaotic. As a result, new guests would grab seats before the meal was finished, which was inexplicable. Secondly, most of the guests came down to eat in their room slippers, which caused many safety hazards. The five-star hotels I stayed in before all required guests to change. Five-star hotels are not only about scale, but also about details and service. Please pay attention to hygiene, especially in hotels that allow smoking. The river view room has a decent view, and the Ganzhou stir-fry restaurant next to the hotel also tastes good.

The only five-star hotel in Ruijin, with a good location. I stayed there for three consecutive days during the May Day holiday. The hygiene and service were very good. The lobby was grand, parking was convenient, and you could park in the underground garage. The revolving restaurant on the 20th floor was very unique.

It was my first time in Ganzhou, and I chose to stay at the Hampton by Hilton.
