The staff at the front office are excellent. To make specifically, Ms Daniella and Ms Quuena both went out of the way to ensure everything was all right. Infact Ms Queena, accompanied me to the Train station in the hotel car to ensure that I get there right. The extra effort Ms Daniella did to get me a room with AC working was amazing. I can not be that complimentary to the hotelcrooms though. Air-conditioning was hardly working and had to change rooms.

Xuchang, a city I have visited once, made me fall in love with it deeply. I like the wind here, the scenery here, and the people in Rebecca Furongyuan Hotel even more. I came to Xuchang with my family a few days ago. After reading the reviews, I chose this hotel. It really didn't disappoint me. On the day of check-in, there happened to be a wedding at the hotel. There were many cars entering, but the hotel staff guided us to park in an orderly manner. Entering the lobby, it can be described as grand and luxurious. The key point is that when checking in, the front desk staff has a good attitude and is very patient. The hotel is very considerate. On the first day, a large pot of Tremella soup was prepared for the guests, and on the second day it was apple soup, which was so heartwarming. The room is spacious and bright, with a large area and a balcony. There are 10 bottles of free water in the room, which is atmospheric. The breakfast is rich and tastes good. When checking out, a gift was also given to the baby. In short, this is a pleasant hotel experience. I will stay here next time I come to Xuchang.

Old hotel but well maintained, warm and thoughtful service, free swimming pool tickets, very good swimming pool, the best swimming pool I have ever seen, the water temperature is just right at 28 degrees, the water is clean. Also free bathing coupons. In the evening, I ordered a meal for two in the room, Henan stew, very delicious, plus two bowls of rice and two bowls of soup, the price is only 78 yuan. It's really good value. I had a great stay, and I will stay in this hotel next time I come to Xuchang.

The hotel has a beautiful view. I got up early and took a walk in the hotel courtyard and saw the beautiful sunrise. Thanks to the lobby manager Hou Ning for upgrading the room type. I forgot to bring contact lens care solution and helped me find a solution. The problem was handled very quickly!

A local five-star hotel in Xinyang, the stay is quite good, with complete facilities, clean and spacious rooms, separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom, and a bathtub. The fruit delivered to the room is also very fresh. The hotel's swimming pool is large, up to national standards, and the service is also very good. Special praise for the hotel manager, Mr. Wang Jing, who is professional and warm. Next time I have the opportunity to come to Xinyang, I will definitely contact Manager Wang. I recommend the Xinyang Wyndham Hotel!

The hotel is new, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the pool was closed due to a national holiday but otherwise all good.

The hotel lobby is located on the 38th floor and the hotel staffs are accommodating. The food is okay, I like the pork sausage best. It is very accessible to almost everything. It would have been better if they install bidets .☺️

Overall a good hotel with complete facilities and a good location. Mao Qian and Guo Dongliang at the front desk are friendly and warm. recommend

Overall it's pretty good. When traveling by car, as soon as you arrive at the hotel, there are two beautiful girls helping you with your luggage. Wherever you pass, beautiful girls will take the initiative to greet you. But when we were leaving the hotel, we pulled the big suitcase to the car and no boy helped us. The security guard in the parking lot stared at me with his big eyes. I couldn’t tell whether he was counting ants on the ground or feeling sad about not having a good breakfast. Anyway, he didn’t see me struggling to put the suitcase into the trunk, which wiped out my good mood of enjoying the freshly squeezed soy milk and crispy egg-filled pancakes for breakfast.

I'd originally booked a few days, but a change in plans immediately after I arrived at the hotel meant I'd have to leave the next morning. When I informed the hotel, the staff were super friendly, supportive and very accommodating. Booking in had been easy, too, and throughout my stay, language was no barrier at all. The next morning, the staff helped me get a taxi to the train station. I'd have loved to stay a few days because--besides the greats ervice--the room was a top notch value. A very sleep-friendly bed, a beautifully designed bath and sink corridor, and a separate shower (if I'd needed it), plus comfortable chairs and a useful desk. In short--a really good room, and at a great price. No question at all: if I'm ever fortunate enough to return to Anyang. I'll be staying here.
