Walls thin and could hear snoring next door. Although cleaned up, the smell of old cigarettes lingered. Neither tv remotes nor plugs next to bed worked. I had to unplug the tv to turn it off. No washcloth.

Location, right by the tianamen square and quick walk to temple of heaven, in a walking street and by hutongs. But keep in mind that to enter this street ID or passport is needed and even if you are close to the Forbidden City still will take about 1h30 to get there because of the traffic control to enter the sqauew and then the Forbidden City. Just keep this into account. Very convenient to use the metro. Really appreciated the hotel check in us in at 9am for the day, when check in was at 14 and keeping our back after check out. The room itself was nice, spacious and comfortable. Just couldn't figure out the heating system and it wS a bit cold. Bathroom with toiletries and free water present.

It is just the best one for kids and families in Sanya and offer everything you need- from best sea views, close location to airport, clean and nice relax areas and of corse best ever kids playing areas inc carting, video games, non stop entertaiment activities, darts, snooker, table tennis and more! Cant believe they even have small zoo! Will we come back again? Deffinetely big YES! See you soon!

I was surprised by the hospitality and service level of this hotel. The personnel were extremely friendly and helpful, the hotel itself is very nice, clean, and convenient. They kindly provided a late night meal for guests who arrived late, there were free drinks and fruits in the room, and they also kindly gave the guests a small farewell gift. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room is not large but perfectly well equipped with all you need. Spot on cleaning, very travellers friendly room,love the universal plug and bed side switch! Free minibar in your room and mid night snacks at the lobby. Breakfast is mostly Chinese style- carb heavy and lacking variety. Absolutely love the self serviced free laundry and drying in the lobby too! The staff is so nice and gone beyond to assist you! They’re pretty responsive and can be reached with WeChat! The only cons is the room smells like cigarettes which I find it pretty common across mainland China.

Historical hotel that runs conferences and is located just next to a working hospital, so you can expect lots of business people and hospital visitors with eye operation bandages. We didn't take breakfast packages but it was no problems at all as it was very near eateries . There's delicious breakfast outlets opposite us just across the street and the train station exit is just outside the hotel exit! Large spacious room.

The hotel is clean and the environment is really good. We can even leave our luggage for caretaking even after checkout. Highly recommended!

Says it’s nearby the Dajiaoting metro but actually took around 8mins walk; and it was brutal to walk during winter. And there’s this 10lanes road to cross over which was scary cause they don’t rely much on the traffic light. This metro also not so convenient when accessing to other tourist spots, need to change few metro lines. Nothing nearby, no restaurant or convenience store, there’s a mall opposite but we can’t just cross directly since it’s a 10lanes highway. Room was small, can only open up one 24” bag at one time, bathroom was very small too. But they provide bottomless mineral water coke and sprite and small cup cut fruits, there’s also supper everyday from 8pm. Not suitable if you want to visit the tourist spots but good if you want to have a getaway retreat.

Good location, can say that it’s located in the middle of everything. We can stay in just one place for all the tourist attractions the we plan to go. Because it close to line 1 and line 8 of the metro. You can walk to the metro with in 2 blocks away only less than 10 mins. You also can walk to wang fu jing easily, many foods and shopping malls, also can walk to the forbidden city, also close to the tour bus to the great wall. The room also quite clean, free snack and drinks in the fridge everyday, you can late check out and also can leave your luggage with the hotel they have self service locker for your luggage. But in winter season suggest to book the room with window otherwise too hot due to the heater. Staff are friendly and try to speak english with us. :) But just one thing that there’s always smell of food but maybe because we are on the second floor.
