Having a wonderful stay at Mandala Hotel and Suites Hai Duong. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was perfect for me, as it was close to city center and Industrial park. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone having business trip in Hai Duong

My stay at the Purple Lotus Hotel was wonderful. This is a new and very clean hotel and my ”Junior Apartment” was very clean, comfortable, spacious (living area with kitchenette and sperate bedroom), and affordable. The free breakfast had a lot of different food items from which to select and was delicious. I also had dinner in the hotel restaurant for two evenings which was also very good. But the best part of my stay was the customer service. Prior to my arrival, the hotel staff arranged a car service to pick me up at the airport in Hanoi and bring me to the hotel. After my stay at the hotel I planned to go to Ha Long Bay (a beautiful UNESCO site) because it's not too far away. Again the hotel arranged my car service transportation to Ha Long Bay and then also from Ha Long Bay to the airport in Hai Phong. They coordinated pickup times and locations with me even two days after I had already checked out of their hotel - it was the fantastic staff at Purple Lotus Hotel that made my travel plans a success and my stay in their hotel a great experience!

Nam Cuong Hotel - Hai Duong is very beautiful and convenient for all subjects. The hotel room is a bit old but very clean, the staff is professional, the campus is extremely spacious. I really liked the clean room and full facilities before we checked-in. Clean, neat and beautiful fabrics. Food and service are very professional. Staff and management take care of guests very carefully and especially knowledgeable about food and drinks. We really enjoyed your ”1” drinks on Skybar. The spa is also great. The location is okay. There is a decent cafe nearby within walking distance. There is a simple Chinese, Vietnamese and Western breakfast The hot water is hot enough and the environment is clean! The service is good, I will stay here again
