Came to Salzburg with friends and immediately fell in love with this hotel, so we booked it. We were two adults and one child, so we opted for the deluxe large room and asked the hotel to add an extra bed. The room was beautiful, with four windows (including a large one in the bathroom) and a balcony. Below our floor was the swimming pool, where some people in bathrobes were watching the sunset. Just beyond that was Lake Fuschl, which was serene and lovely.

The hotel has various rooms, the room facilities are perfect and comfortable, the room size is small, and the room facing the mountain is quiet. Cost-effective, not far from Salzburg. Parking is free.

Take the 150 road hotwirf station to the hotel very close, walk for 5 minutes, will pass Spartan supermarket, breakfast service is very good, coffee is cooked a pot to send up, set the family attic room to half a floor luggage At night, you can see the stars through the window.

I recently stayed at Volgauerhof, and I had a pleasant experience. The room was cozy and clean, with thoughtful touches that made my stay comfortable. The twin beds were well-maintained and provided a good night’s sleep, and the classic wooden furniture added a warm, traditional charm to the room. The bathroom was spotless and equipped with all the essentials, including a magnifying mirror and hairdryer, which were very convenient. The lighting was bright, and the mirror setup made it easy to get ready for the day. I also appreciated the unique architectural details in the room, like the little open window area between the bedroom and the corridor, which added a touch of character. The hotel clearly pays attention to creating a welcoming and functional space for its guests. Overall, Volgauerhof is a great choice for a comfortable and cozy stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a classic yet charming accommodation experience.

The hotel is great. Located in the city of Salzburg. The facilities are very new. The pool has indoor and outdoor. There is also a swing. Desktop football, etc. Great for taking children. The children are very happy to play here.

I booked an “executive” room at a rate above the already high standard price, largely because the listing photos showed a spacious bathroom with a bathtub. In reality, the only “executive” feature seemed to be that it was located on the 6th floor. Access to the executive lounge was not included and required an extra fee — and from what I saw when peeking inside, it certainly didn’t seem worth paying for. The biggest disappointment was the bathroom. It was shockingly small, with a shower stall easily under 1m². As a petite Asian woman, I still found it uncomfortably cramped and awkward, especially when washing my hair. The space looked nothing like the listing photos, which feels misleading. I regret not raising this with reception immediately, but the more I used the room, the more dissatisfied I became. Misrepresentation in promotional images is simply unacceptable, and I will be attaching comparison photos to show the difference. The room itself also fell short in comfort. The pillows were so thin that they flattened to bed level the moment you lay on them — we had to fold them in half just for the extra height for support. Amenities were extremely basic and in no way justified the high room rate. This was my first time staying at a Wyndham property, and I sincerely hope this is not reflective of the brand’s overall standards. The only plus point of this hotel like other properties at the area is that it’s near the main train station and transportation. Service at check in was also very helpful with the nice lady taking time giving directions with a map.

I have a complaint. Yesterday, I came to breakfast according to my reservation at the hotel. I did not find a table and I did not find anyone to receive me. So I went to a table where there was no one. I sat down to eat breakfast. I was surprised that the waiter asked me to leave the table in front of everyone, which embarrassed me in front of everyone present and put me at a far table. About the people, and I had to talk to the manager Marco to solve my problem. First, he refused to shake my hand. He showed me the guest list and that I was at the bottom of the list and did not deserve to be in view. He told me that he would reserve a table for me for tomorrow, but when I arrived today, I did not find my room number on any table nor anyone to guide me. Where is the professionalism in this dealing? And the manager tells me that I am at the bottom of the list and I do not deserve your good place!!! لا انصح ب الفندق من سوء الإدارة و سوء التعامل موظفين المطعم إذا حجزت لا تحجز بفطور عنصريه تعامل سيء جدا من اسوء تعامل في الفنادق الي زرتها موقعه جميل ولكن إدارة سيئه
