A fantastic hot spring resort with the backdrop of the Alps that can only be booked for one night during the week. Before check-in, you can use the water facilities except for the hotel-only hot spring facilities. The changing room in the basement of the hotel is shared between men and women, so you may be disappointed if you change clothes in front of the locker. It is called a hot spring, but you can think of it as a warm water swimming pool (it smells like bleach), and there is a nude zone, so be careful.
There are many beach chairs, so there are plenty of places to rest, and the staff are very friendly. This is the place where the staff was the friendliest during my trip.
The minibar in the room is free, the dinner buffet including the course was delicious, and there was a juicer here, which was nice. Seats are reserved for dinner and breakfast, and there is a reservation name card on the table.
They give you a small herbal salt as a souvenir when you check out, and these kind of small services make you feel good.
The lobby is on the hill about 2nd floor, so I unloaded my luggage and parked for free in the outdoor parking lot below, but later I found out that there is a parking lot accessible by elevator at the bottom of the building. If you are going, please take note..

The environment is very beautiful, in the middle of the mountain, the view is very good, it should be the first choice for travel and vacation. However, you need to rent a car and drive by car, 20 minutes drive from the old town.

The hotel is quite good, the scenery is good, gave two rooms with different orientations, parking needs to be charged an extra fee of about 15 euros, in the underground basement, the location is actually very tight at night, there is not much place to stop. Winter should be very warm.

LLiatravelistaI booked an “executive” room at a rate above the already high standard price, largely because the listing photos showed a spacious bathroom with a bathtub. In reality, the only “executive” feature seemed to be that it was located on the 6th floor. Access to the executive lounge was not included and required an extra fee — and from what I saw when peeking inside, it certainly didn’t seem worth paying for.
The biggest disappointment was the bathroom. It was shockingly small, with a shower stall easily under 1m². As a petite Asian woman, I still found it uncomfortably cramped and awkward, especially when washing my hair. The space looked nothing like the listing photos, which feels misleading. I regret not raising this with reception immediately, but the more I used the room, the more dissatisfied I became. Misrepresentation in promotional images is simply unacceptable, and I will be attaching comparison photos to show the difference.
The room itself also fell short in comfort. The pillows were so thin that they flattened to bed level the moment you lay on them — we had to fold them in half just for the extra height for support. Amenities were extremely basic and in no way justified the high room rate.
This was my first time staying at a Wyndham property, and I sincerely hope this is not reflective of the brand’s overall standards.
The only plus point of this hotel like other properties at the area is that it’s near the main train station and transportation. Service at check in was also very helpful with the nice lady taking time giving directions with a map.

After delivering the luggage to the room, the coat will be carefully hung in the closet. Bags and other sundries are also placed in the closet. Good reviews. Room: Quite satisfactory. Non-alcoholic drinks and snacks in the minibar are all included. Restaurant: After checking in, we ate every meal in the hotel. Several restaurants are good and the breakfast is rich. Spa: The hotel has a free spa. Everyone remember to bring a swimsuit. We forgot to bring a sauna. The swimsuit sold by the hotel costs 400 euros and the style is not what we like. Other items such as massage are charged. The housekeeping team needs to improve: As soon as we entered the room, there was a wilted flower scattered on the floor. It should be left after cleaning. And they forgot to give us hand soap. Tips: The staff we met were very enthusiastic. We followed the local customs and gave some tips to the waiter who made the night bed, the doorman, and the staff who helped us park the car.

EEissa ShamiyehI have a complaint. Yesterday, I came to breakfast according to my reservation at the hotel. I did not find a table and I did not find anyone to receive me. So I went to a table where there was no one. I sat down to eat breakfast. I was surprised that the waiter asked me to leave the table in front of everyone, which embarrassed me in front of everyone present and put me at a far table. About the people, and I had to talk to the manager Marco to solve my problem. First, he refused to shake my hand. He showed me the guest list and that I was at the bottom of the list and did not deserve to be in view. He told me that he would reserve a table for me for tomorrow, but when I arrived today, I did not find my room number on any table nor anyone to guide me. Where is the professionalism in this dealing? And the manager tells me that I am at the bottom of the list and I do not deserve your good place!!!

The view from our room was amazing and the breakfast was good but not the best. Overall about the hotel was Perfect! .. you should be aware that some places are near by the hotel, they closed early so you should prepare yourself from this condition. And this is my second time that i booked with them and i recommend all people to book in this hotel. Sure i will be back 👍

飞飞往各地的PdI have lived in a more satisfactory hotel in a multi-country tour of Europe. It is a mountain road of a small castle. It is very good to park. The hotel has its own small parking lot. After entering the door, the staff welcomed us warmly and let us sit in the bar with free welcome drinks, the hotel is said to have existed in the 14th century and has been renovated and well maintained. There is a nice fountain in front of the gate that feels aristocratic. There should be more than 20 rooms in total, the room is clean and warm, the view outside the small balcony is the entrance garden. There is also a welcome fruit plate and private welcome letter in the room. It is worth mentioning that the restaurant in the hotel is a star Michelin, the food is delicious in many Michelin restaurants, in addition to the dishes there are many appetizers and petit fours desserts. There are also many types of breakfast (the European general breakfast is relatively simple), and you can even order foie gras, caviar, steak, etc. Overall, the service is very warm, you can feel the sincerity and enthusiasm of the service staff, and Christmas in an overseas holiday can be said to be very touched.

IIvyElephantCame to Salzburg with friends and immediately fell in love with this hotel, so we booked it. We were two adults and one child, so we opted for the deluxe large room and asked the hotel to add an extra bed.
The room was beautiful, with four windows (including a large one in the bathroom) and a balcony.
Below our floor was the swimming pool, where some people in bathrobes were watching the sunset.
Just beyond that was Lake Fuschl, which was serene and lovely.
