Value for money. + the kids facilities!!! Slides, swings, kids room etc. +the breakfast. Was very good. + they think about the customer. They have a small shop so you can buy some basic things. And a noodle station, so you can make by yourself a noodle and not waiting for a restaurant (most of them not very close) - the location - a little far from everywhere. Even if you have a car. - dated hotel. The rooms need an update and renovation. We got a room with a dirty floor, they changed it immediately, and the other one didn’t have the stains but wasn’t very clean.

Excellent room with amazing view, straight to the beach. You can watch sunrise from the balcony and sunset from the front door, nothing can be better. Room is clean, service is good, staffs are friendly, but they can’t speak english fluently, just a little bit.

Perfect for the low price! The room should be without window but there was! AC, breakfast and water included! Ah also the swimming pool at the second floor was nice! No complains at all ...maybe they can provide a vegetarian breakfast in future to be perfect...

The hotel atmosphere is good, private, spacious room, breakfast tastes normal, good service but the complaint is about toothbrush and toothpaste. If compared to 5-star hotels or other hotels, they will provide it, but if not, every time they come to clean, they will provide it. But staying for 4 days and 3 nights, I had to call to ask every time. There was the last day that I didn't ask for it, and I don't understand how to refill the soap. Normally, it will take how many days to refill, but this one ran out. We didn't want to call to ask for this and that, but they brought a bar of soap to use instead. I would like to improve the supplies or refill it to be sufficient for a long stay and 3 people.

Dated but well maintained hotel very near the beach. It's quiet at night, and I slept reasonably well even though the pillows are uncomfortable. Breakfast was a decent buffet spread. Service excellent, including an early noon check-in, which was nice. Unfortunately, the rooftop pool was dirty with debris or sand. And the hallways had muddy footprints constantly. The main building is a short walk from the satellite buildings. Lots of restaurants on the main *****. Overall a decent stay

I booked the hotel based on reviews. Expectations and reality matched 100%. The room is good, shampoo, shower gel, rubber flip-flops, huge towels for the pool and shower. The bed linen is snow-white, the pillows are soft, the blanket is huge. The staff is very attentive, efficient. They showed me a parking lot for the car, took my bag with my things, and carried them to the room themselves. The pool, jacuzzi, sunbathing area are all just super. The breakfast is quite good, there is enough of everything, the staff clears the tables in a timely manner, replenishes what has already been taken. We went for one night, and ended up staying for another day. I highly recommend it.

We absolutely love staying here! The atmosphere is great, and the overall experience has been wonderful. The only downside is that the bed is a bit too soft for our preference, which caused some back discomfort. Other than that, everything has been fantastic. The breakfast is truly outstanding—fresh, delicious, and with a great variety of options. Plus, the location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, making it super convenient for a relaxing getaway!

An extremely large hotel. Had stayed here in the past but it’s not what it once was as some amenities/services had been discontinued (spa closed) and others were extremely tired due to the passing of time (fitness center). The gardens and lounging spaces around the pool were very nice and comfortable and the poolside food and drink options good. The water quality of the pool could have been better. Exercise caution when selecting a room as some rooms are renovated and quite good and others are not. Sister property next door should be considered if one wants a top-level experience.

was welcomed into the property , warmly , i stayed on the first floor room was immaculate, all brand new bed / and linen quilt , very comfortable , there was complimentary tea coffee and other refreshments by reception , litterally 100 yards from beach i stayed 6 nights , was well impressed with service , very attentive made me feel at home , no kettle or fridge , but both by reception which was always fully stocked , i’d definitely come back again i always buy own kettle toaster anyway definitely reccimebd , key fob as electronic door closed atfter 8 pm

Wonderful boutique hotel. Every detail is beautiful. Lots of orchids and flowers, good sense of design and taste. Nice bathtub, ocean view from our room. Free drinks and snacks from refrigerator. Free cocktails between 6-7pm. Very quiet and peaceful to stay here. We stayed six nights and enjoyed everything.  One time we played golf late and the hotel packed us a small snack box. The staff are very helpful and kind. Highly recommend. Easy to take Grab taxi to town.
