Decent Stay but Poor Parking Design
The biggest downside of this hotel is the parking situation—it’s horrendously designed. Cars are allowed to park in the exit lane, meaning there’s only one narrow way to enter and
exit, which makes maneuvering a nightmare.
On the positive side, the hotel is very affordable, but that also means some compromises. The room provides only a kettle and cup, with no coffee, spoon, toothbrush, or toothpaste, so be sure to bring your own. However, the shower is clean, and there’s a hairdryer available, which is a plus.
The view is okay, nothing spectacular, and while the room has a heater, there’s no floor heating, so it might get chilly.
Overall, if you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay and can overlook the parking frustrations and minimal amenities, it’s an okay choice.

Had a wonderful time here. Staff was super riendly and co-operative. Only drawback is the location as its not very lively but a great option for a budget friendly trip. We had early morning flight so they arranged a taxi for us too which was nice. Its about 1 hr from Jeju airport and is a good spot if you want calm holidays and want to visit Odo island.

The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable!!! I chose the ocean view, but I could see the sea in the distance and had a comfortable stay. One thing that was disappointing was that there was nothing on the breakfast menu other than bibimbap, which was disappointing (a bibimbap restaurant). If you're going to visit Geumneung Beach, I highly recommend it.

The hotel is located 20mins away from Mt Hallasan. A good place to stay at after a long day of hiking, where we can soak in the jacuzzi that fits two pax. Kitchenware was provided for those who wishes to cook, and towels were hung outside the door if staying for more than one night.
**A Gem in Jeju: Parnas Jeju Hotel**
My recent stay at Parnas Jeju Hotel exceeded all expectations. The hotel boasts a sleek and modern design, evident from the stylish rooms to the chic lobby. Every corner exudes elegance and comfort, making it a delightful retreat.
One of the highlights was the outdoor heated swimming pool, perfect for a relaxing dip regardless of the weather. It provided a serene oasis amidst the bustling city.
The service was impeccable, with staff at the lobby always greeting guests with a warm smile and ready to assist with any inquiries or needs. Their hospitality truly enhanced the overall experience.
Moreover, the hotel's location is ideal, within walking distance to a charming bakery, and a convenient store, ensuring easy access to essentials.

The corner suite was spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff were very helpful. There was a good bakery shop and a convenience shop located within the hotel lobby. Hotel is located right at the heart of the shopping district. Comes with free parking for hotel guests. Highly recommended!

I used two rooms, one with a sea view and one with a mountain view. They were clean and friendly. It was close to the airport and the seaside promenade was right in front of the accommodation, so it was good, but it was winter so the wind was strong.

A great hotel which is really high end. Pools are great though not really great for small kids though was great they had free floatation aids. A shame Customer service sometimes lacked experience, food is great but expensive (even the buffet) and there were some strange limitations like the Italian didn’t serve pasta in the evening and 2 of the restaurants only served set menus. A strange juxtaposition as many of the people staying there seemed to be families. The last thing to mention is the play area is tiny. In the pictures it shows a big room full of toys which it seems is closed now though the website doesn’t mention it
We intentionally booked the hotel in this location, which is surrounded by forest and near to Hallasan!
The hotel owns huge forest walking trail that was beautiful and very healing. The hotel was not very crowded too which helped me to quieten myself and spend some good quality time.
All staff were super assistive and trying to help for all our inquiries. Breakfast was quite plenty, the meal range was also pretty plentiful without lacking anything. We were surprised by the pastry quality!
Only thing we found weird was the swimming cap rental system, which required to borrow and pay 2,000 won every time we go to the pool. Hope it is a one time rental fee.
Overall we had a great time for two nights! Recommend this hotel for those who look for a relaxing and well being time.

SSin NyongRoom facing ocean was good. But we were given room on 2nd floor. Rooftop pool & sunset view was excellent. Overall it was a pleasant stay for one night. Will come back for the resort next time.
GGuest UserOur second stay and I would love to return again
It's basically a honeymoon / baby hotel. Many young couples and families with children under 10. Very calm and peaceful.
Clean, nice, heated pool.
Breakfast could be better, we opted out, but it's still convenient.
The sauna is absolutely wonderful, I really healed my body and soul there.
As for the room type, the last year we stayed in a standard view room. You have to know that there is NO view. It was a ground floor room with all the consequences. We didn't use the balcony at all. This year we chose garden view but got upgraded to a poolside view.
The poolside view honestly made the stay. Choose poolside or at least garden view if you can. Try to stay away from standard view.
There's also this hill suite building, we'll probably try and book a room there next year but we couldn't quite figure out how to use the spa. It wasn't clear if the building has its own spa or some overpass or underpass, or you'd have to walk across the road to the main building.
The beach is 5 minutes away by car and around 30 on foot. There's surfing lessons and surf rentals there, you can rent a chair, an umbrella, a sunbed and a tube.
Also, if you're thinking Lotte because of the closeness to the beach, note that the pedestrian walk to the beach is awful from there. It's 5-10 minutes of stairs.

TthewandercuratorIt was our first time booking a holiday home rental on Trip.com. We booked this holiday home for its warm and clean modern feel, the possibility of using its outdoor jacuzzi tub and its waterfront location near Gwakji Beach, Handam Coastal walk and cafes in this part of Aewol-eup. It turned out to be a wonderful, memorable stay, except for a minor issue on the lack of self check-in instructions on our day of arrival (there was no email or message via Trip.com for guests regarding the self-check in passcode for the house door). Luckily, the manager/owner was nearby when we called him. He was able to help us ensure we could enter the house. He kindly gave us a house tour, showed us the amenities and how to operate the jacuzzi. While we ended up not using it, each day we found it healing and rejuvenating to wake up to the sound of the sea and take walks along the coast towards Handam or Hallim. We also discovered one of the best brunch cafes on our trip, Malona Café, just outside the house. Overall, we loved our time here and wished to be back when we return to Jeju. A warm thank you and a small suggestion to the manager/owner: it would be great to provide guests with an email or Trip.com message containing self check-in instructions and other useful information 24 hours before arrival to avoid any last-minute confusion or stress. 😀
AAnonymous UserAtas hotel inside Jeju Dream Tower rooms are huge with solid views of the city or sea. Whole place feels new and very luxurious. Got 14 restaurants, indoor/outdoor pool, spa, and even a casino! Staff service top-notch. Price a bit high, but really shiok if you want to pamper yourself.
