I’m shocked, firstly they gave us a room on the 9 th floor which was rotted to the core (pictures will be provided). Then they gave us another room renovated said by Riyan, he was helpful. The luggage took an hour coming up. Unusual to see, one of my luggage was opened and the lock was inside the suitcase. When I complained, Mr Faisal was most helpful and said he will have the cctv cameras checked. And didn’t get back with me so after hours I spoke to the night manager he said we viewed the cameras, no one had opened the luggage. And in the morning when I asked to view the CCTV footage they said no! It seemed a dull answer! So I got in touch with the Movenpick hotel where we stayed a night too, they still said get a report from the police station and you’re welcome to see the footage! As the last picture we had of the suitcase was taken to show to the uber to show how many pieces we have in that picture it was clearly showed the lock is on! Then in Movenpick we did not open that suitcase and moved to Pullman. Now calling Pullman they kept referring calls, as I explained to the one who I spoke with if Movenpick said it’s okay to view the cctv after the police report, can I view your footage too! They kept refer the call. So I ended up reporting the incident to the Embassy. If this incident has happened to anyone go as far as the headquarters of Pullman, and report it to the Embassy. I’m quite shocked, nothing was taken seriously..! Take care of your luggage please!!!! Regardless it’s locked. The Asian staff are not to be trusted.

We were traveling for Umrah so we had to frequent Haram quite often. Although a bit far from Haram but the hotel shuttle is very well managed and frequent. The hotel is clean and has all the amenities of a 4-star hotel.

The hotel shuttle service was great and it moved on time. We stayed at 9th floor and housekeeper guy was so kind and smiley. There is mosque in front of hotel that was also awesome. The only problem that I had was to reach to hotel by phone before I arrive there. Lastly, the gym is out of service now. It is not a big issue but a remark.

This was my third stay here. They upgraded me to a suite this time, and while the room was spacious, the real highlight was having a washing machine with a drying function – incredibly practical! The breakfast spread was also excellent, and there are even Chinese restaurants nearby.

Nothing much to say except this is definitely what you call a 5 star. Everything from smooth check in to check out was perfect. Location very good to haram. Top hotel restaurant/buffet. So much options on food. The whole hotel looks great also, massive lobby. Service was quality from front of house to all porters/cleaners/chefs. And beautiful masjid built in hotel. Highly recommend, might be little pricey but honestly you’ll 100% get your moneys worth, especially for umrah/hajj. I was there last few days of ramadan and eid, thinking because of how busy it will be during this period, might not get a good service or late check in etc. but totally opposite. It was worth every penny. Im originally from uk so expecting quality for the price i paid. Definitely all paid off.

I was really disappointed with the cleanliness during my stay. When I checked in, I found that the soap in the washroom had not been changed after the previous guest – this is unacceptable for hygiene standards. Also, I tried several times to contact the property before check-in using the number provided, but was unable to reach anyone. It's frustrating not to be able to connect when you need help the most. The property itself was good, but the service definitely needs improvement.

This hotel is amazing, I couldn't fault it. The rooms are on the smaller sizes, but it's enough to get around. Great location for anyone wanting a budget hotel within a short 10 min walk to the Haram. They don't serve breakfast but many shops around that are very cheap for getting whatever you want for breakfast like masala tea, eggs, bread, butter, honey, fruits, chana, dhal etc. coming to Makkah for the first time and travelling from the UK, I'd say this is a great hotel for anyone coming to the Haram.

The room is large and comfortable, but the decoration is a bit old. It belongs to the luxury decoration ten years ago. The spacious room really makes us feel a little relaxed when we are tired of the journey. The breakfast is not bad. 👍

Stayed here for 5 nights. There is a washing machine and kitchen in the room, which is a very useful facility for long-term stays. You have to write on the blackboard next to the door whether you want to clean the room or not. Even though I checked for cleanup, there was one day that it wasn't cleaned. It's close to the airport and costs about 1000 yen by Uber. I think it's a convenient hotel overall.

AASMI stayed 6 nights at Tilal Jabal Al Kaaba during my first Umrah, and honestly, it was the best 6 days of my life. This hotel is an absolute hidden gem and, without a doubt, the best hotel in Makkah. From the moment I arrived, the service, cleanliness, and stunning modern interior completely blew me away. At check-in, I was greeted by the incredible Brother Rayan, whose warm and welcoming service immediately confirmed I had chosen the perfect hotel. I was guided to my room, which was nothing short of spectacular, immaculate cleanliness, a modern design, premium amenities, and beds so soft I’ve never slept better in my life. The room even offered a beautiful view of the Haram, which made my stay even more special. The breakfast service was another highlight. The variety and quality were unmatched, from freshly baked croissants and made-to-order omelettes to pancakes, fresh cheeses, olives, breads, fruits, and special daily dishes. The breakfast staff were amazing, always attentive, welcoming, and ready to fulfill every need. Special thanks to Roaa Ahmed, Faisal, Usman, Imtiyaz, and Alam, as well as the restaurant manager Abdul Aziz and Chef Sameh, who went above and beyond, even preparing a special shawarma for me and sending complimentary amenities to my room. Brother Abdul Aziz personally ensured my entire stay was flawless. I also want to thank Brother NASER ALI, who always served us during breakfast, made the most amazing tea daily, and was genuinely kind and attentive. Throughout my stay, the rooms were consistently spotless, and any requests were addressed almost instantly. The level of care and dedication from the cleaning and maintenance teams was phenomenal. A particularly memorable moment: I had lost a significant amount of money during my stay and was extremely distressed. Within hours, Jibran & Sultan found it and returned it to me, showing a level of honesty and integrity that is truly remarkable. I honestly feel you could never lose anything at this hotel - it’s that trustworthy. The location is perfect! Just a short walking distance to the Haram, with a shuttle bus available at times, and fresh drinks and dates are offered after every Salah by the kind Brother Abdul Majid. If you want the best hotel experience in Makkah, look no further than Tilal Jabal Al Kaaba. From the impeccable service and luxurious rooms to the amazing food and unmatched integrity, this hotel will make your stay unforgettable. Don’t think twice - book it! It will honestly be the best stay of your life.

GGuest UserGreat experience, the staff was amazing and went way and beyond, we had 3 rooms 3428, 3431 both with kabba view. The rooms were clean and spacious the bathroom on the smaller side. The manager on our floor was great, he made our stay perfect, breakfast was sent to our room for my disable father. Very considerate. 10/10 overall. I have stayed in other hotels in clock tower but this by far is the best. Thank you, hope to stay again soon

NNor Huda************* we had a very pleasant stay here in Le Meridien Towers Makkah. It’s not as crowded and the shuttle to Haram is 24/7 with hardly any waiting time when we want to board the bus to and from Haram. We were pleasantly upgraded by the hotel and they even gave us complimentary tea on our first night. As we reached very late at night, I was grateful that I’m able to get some quick snacks for my young child and that the shops remain open then. We didn’t ask for housekeeping to come and clean our rooms but they were attentive and prompt in their service. Insya Allah we may stay here again for our next umrah.

AAllam ashVery good hotel with comfortable amenities, but it is not within walking distance to Al Haram in Makkah. A shuttle bus is available, which helps with transportation. The staff experience was mixed — the male front desk team could benefit from significant customer service training, as their approach felt a bit aggressive and lacked warmth. In contrast, the female staff members were much more professional and caring. I especially want to highlight a lady in niqab who assisted us with booking a car from the hotel to the train station. She went above and beyond, refusing to leave after her shift had ended and staying to ensure we secured the car on time. Unfortunately, I did not catch her name, but she was truly outstanding! One disappointment was with the connected rooms — unlike the photos, they did not feature king beds. Instead, we received four single beds (two in each room), which was not ideal for a small family. Overall, it was a good stay, but the hotel should improve cleanliness and maintenance. Despite being a relatively new property, it was clear that facilities management and housekeeping standards could be much better.

GGuest UserThis hotel is phenomenal and I can't recommend it enough. The staff, from the moment I arrived, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Mr. Abdallah Al Ansari, in particular, was exceptional—so knowledgeable, passionate, and helpful. The check-in and check-out processes were both seamless, the facilities were excellent, and the breakfast was a magnificent, mouth-watering feast after performing Omra. A major highlight is the location, just a five-minute walk to Gate 79 of Al Haram. The hotel also holds the Guinness World Record for the highest suspended prayer room in the world, an amazing feature that adds to an already wonderful experience.
