Great experience, the staff was amazing and went way and beyond, we had 3 rooms 3428, 3431 both with kabba view. The rooms were clean and spacious the bathroom on the smaller side. The manager on our floor was great, he made our stay perfect, breakfast was sent to our room for my disable father. Very considerate. 10/10 overall. I have stayed in other hotels in clock tower but this by far is the best. Thank you, hope to stay again soon

The hotel is outstanding for those traveling for Umrah. Check-in experience was excellent, Riham answered our questions regarding the stay and gave us a room on high floor. We booked a room with partial Haram view, and it did not disappoint. The room itself is spacious, bathroom is clean, with separate basin for washing feet etc. If you’re tired after Umrah, 24/7 room service can deliver food to your room, although a bit pricey. Concierge service was excellent, Basir helped us store our luggage after we checked out, so we picked it up after few hrs. Definitely recommend!

DoubleTree has always been my choice since i first stayed here in 2022. This is my 3rd time staying and the level of hospitality and service is so wonderful. I tried other hotels on my last visit in January 2025, but it wasn't great, so here I am back at DoubleTree. The location to the Grand Mosque of Makkah is fairly reasonable - one can walk (via Hilton Convention Hotel) - sloped surface, or take the complimentary shuttle that stops at Hilton Conrad on Jabal Omar. Wear good walking shoes. Mr. Ahmed Elsayed at the restaurant is a top-notch manager. I only mentioned something to him, and he had his colleague make it especially for me. That was totally unexpected and they both went out of their way to ensure that it was a problem. They did it again the next day. Such personable service from both gentlemen and the others at DoubleTree Makkah. The room was spacious, clean, bathroom had Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries. The bed was super comfortable and I slept very well which is something rare! And of course the signature cookies i love. Thank you!!

The room was clean, and I've always been a fan of Ibis hotels. Breakfast was plentiful, but a bit on the expensive side. Facilities: Well-equipped Cleanliness: Good Environment: Pleasant Service: Acceptable I've stayed here multiple times. The prices during summer vacation are reasonable, but it can be a bit expensive during other times.

Connecting to Andalus Mall. Nice place to enjoy. Two days Inwas there when Eid Adha, there is a small beautiful Mosque near hotel for pray. A hospital and pharmacy just opposite hotel.

The hotel is too far from Haram. You can’t make by foot to Haram. However, there is shuttle at place which takes around 40m and still you have to walk another 20 min. Due to Ramadan shuttle don’t go all the way to stop and you will also have to change shuttle twice. The hotel is not recommended for an older age. There wasn’t any ironing facility, no coffee maker and locker. Hotel location is far it cost us minicab on way back to Haram. Would recommend to book somewhere closer to Haram. The hotel is not at walking distance as pencilled on website.

The hotel shuttle service was great and it moved on time. We stayed at 9th floor and housekeeper guy was so kind and smiley. There is mosque in front of hotel that was also awesome. The only problem that I had was to reach to hotel by phone before I arrive there. Lastly, the gym is out of service now. It is not a big issue but a remark.

Great impressive hotel. A grand lobby with beautiful lights and a small fountain with comfy seatings around it. We booked a room with a partial haaram view, thinking we would be getting the same room as in the pic. Turned out the haram view is just a small tiny view, and was informed by the hotel manager that the pic displayed during booking is incorrect.
