We had a pleasant stay at Park Inn by Radisson Makkah Thaker Algharbi. The hotel is clean, modern, and well maintained. Our room was comfortable, spacious, and very tidy, which made our stay relaxing after long days in Makkah. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with requests. The location is good, especially with the shuttle service to Haram, which was very convenient. Love the food from their restaurant. Overall, it’s a reliable and comfortable hotel offering good value for money. With a few small improvements, it could easily be a 5-star experience. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Makkah.

The hotel is beautiful and its location near the Haram is excellent, but the price is excessive. On top of the high room rate, parking costs extra. We paid 1600 for the room and an additional 240 SAR for parking.

This is the first time ever I felt disappointed staying at this hotel. 2 days in row my room was not getting cleaned, I put the trash bin outside the room so that they have initiative to clean up the room, but they only took the transh and changet the plastic bag instead.

The location is fantastic, just exactly what I needed especially in Ramadan. The masjid next door makes it so accessible and easy for travelers. What I really appreciate about this is The receptionist ( a lady which her name began with M - i think she’s Indonesian originally , I forgot her full name - sorry) She was very helpful and kind. The service guys are always nice. The staff at the entrance of the dinning were very friendly. The buffe was delicious and had variety. The only not very pleasant experience I had was with this 2 specific security guards at the front entrance on the 25th Feb around 8:00pm. They acted very rude and unhelpful ( I don’t know their names but they need to improve in their humanity and manners. Other than this, I has a very pleasant experience here mostly.

The hotel was absolutely amazing. The hotel was exactly as the pictures on Trip. We arrived at the hotel on a very late flight, however the reception was very attentive and met our needs. It was my birthday they offered me an upgrade and was very professional. The rooms were very warm with good decor. Room service and housekeeping were amazing . They kept refilling our beverages and made sure we had everything we needed. The shuttle service was a little slow and came late to pick up from the connecting bus station . We had to get two buses however it was very well planned. I would highly recommend this hotel!!

First of all, if you're Turkish, you absolutely must stay here. The cuisine is perfectly suited to our tastes. There were guests from all nationalities, and everyone was happy. I came individually, not as part of a group, and this is one of the best hotels close to Al Haram. There's a 24/7 free shuttle service to Al Haram. I saw some negative reviews; may Allah guide them. 10/10 for value for money. You can stay here without even looking at other hotels.

Al Ebaa have been our favourite hotel everytime we visited the Holy Mecca. The location was very strategic. Its just a 6 mins walk to reach Masjidil Haram. However, bear in mind that there were steep hill road you have to walk to reach Haram. The hotel were really clean, smell good. We reach early in the morning, the check in process was really smooth. I recommended you to add breakfast cause it was fantastic.

I requested a bed as per my reservation, but it wasn't provided. Also, the meal price stated in the booking was 50 per person, but unfortunately, they said those were the website prices and their prices were different.

The room was spacious and well-equipped, even featuring a small kitchenette, a safe, and an ironing machine. The lobby was grand and offered complimentary dates and a local tea. There's a shuttle service advertised to the Grand Mosque, but on our day, it dropped us off at a parking lot, requiring an additional transfer to reach our destination.

GGuest UserJumeirah Hotel was excellent in terms of facilities — everything is new, clean, and well-maintained. Credit where it’s due: the staff were genuinely outstanding, extremely attentive, and always eager to help. Service level is easily one of the best. Location-wise, it’s around a 4–6 minute walk to Al Haram, which is acceptable. However, let’s be real — compared to the Clock Tower hotels, they are noticeably closer and more convenient, especially during peak prayer times. Now, about the “Partial Haram View” — this needs honesty. We booked two Deluxe Rooms with Partial Haram View, but the view is technically there… if you really look for it 😅. The Haram is barely visible, and most of the view is dominated by unfinished construction. You’ll spend more time spotting the Haram than enjoying it. Bottom line: Excellent hotel, top-tier service, great facilities — but don’t book it expecting a meaningful Haram view. If proximity and view matter, Clock Tower hotels still win.

GGuest UserHuge thanks and appreciation to the receptionist, Sara! She was a wonderful example of dedicated nationals who go above and beyond to serve the guests of God (referring to pilgrims or visitors to holy sites) with such warmth, cheerfulness, and excellent service. My thanks also go to the buffet staff and our Saudi coffee server, Abdulmajeed, and the rest of the team. Thanks to everyone for a truly unique experience!

PPranav Patil PAsal Al Rimal Hotel, Jeddah – A Spacious & Well-Located Hub with Excellent Service Hotel is an excellent choice for travelers seeking a spacious, centrally-located, and well-equipped hotel in the heart of Jeddah. It shines due to its prime location, practical amenities, and notably outstanding staff service, though it does not offer on-site dining. The hotel’s biggest strength is its perfect central location. You are right in the heart of Jeddah, making it easy to explore the city. Airport Access: King Abdulaziz International Airport (JED) is about 20km away, with a taxi fare of approximately 40-50 SAR. Key Attractions: · King Fahd Fountain: A major highlight! It is within a comfortable 1km walking distance (note: ignore Google Maps’ longer route suggestion). · Al Rahmah (Floating) Mosque: About 20km away, a taxi will cost around 30 SAR. And Albalad is at 15 SAR taxi cost. · Amenities: Numerous shops and eateries are within walking distance, which is very convenient. · This hotel is with 8 floors, offering a sense of space and avoiding any cramped feeling. · Rooms are a strong point, thoughtfully furnished with everything a traveler needs: a comfortable bed, TV, efficient AC, fridge, hairdryer, iron, ample cupboard space, and quality toiletries (shampoo, towels). · Daily cleaning service is provided and reliable. · On-Request Items: The staff is happy to provide extras like a tea kettle upon request. Exceptional Service: This is where the hotel truly excels. A special mention must be made for Mr. Kamal Uddian from room service. · He is highlighted as ”really great” – energetic, soft-spoken, and incredibly helpful. · His ability to speak Hindi is a major plus for Indian subcontinent travelers. · He goes above and beyond to assist with arranging food, cabs, or any other requests, making guests feel well-supported. The hotel does not have its own restaurant or room service for food. However, this is easily compensated for by the plethora of nearby walkable food shops and restaurants. Highly recommended for business travelers, tourists, and pilgrimage visitors (Umrah) looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient base in Jeddah. The mcombination of location, room amenities, and Kamal's exemplary service makes for a very pleasant and hassle-free stay. Just be prepared to explore the local area for your meals.

AAnonymous UserOur stay at Pullman ZamZam Makkah with Kaaba view was wonderful overall. The direct view of the Kaaba from the window made this accommodation very special and added so much to our visit. It’s truly a location you won’t forget. The hotel staff were friendly and eager to assist with any requests, and the walk to Masjid al-Haram took just a couple of minutes — super convenient for all prayer times. The room itself was clean and comfortable, though I think some areas could benefit from updated furnishings. Still, the atmosphere was peaceful and pleasant, and I would happily stay here again if I visit Makkah in the future.

Nnita88Our second time here and it has always been a great experience with the hotel rooms. The shuttle service to masjidilharam is perfect, but the gate under clock tower most times are closed, unlike before. So we have to divert to jabal umar area before arriving the outdoor courtyard.

MMister StephenFabulous hotel. Lovely lobby with fountain as you enter. Love the sound of water. And the fragrance. This hotel smells so good. Desk staff are very helpful and unrushed. My room had an excellent view of King Fahd's fountain. The room itself had plenty of space and was very clean. The shower pressure was strong and the water hot. I slept well on a big comfortable bed with comfortable pillows. The hotel has been around for decades but still looks great. It is a very short walk to the Corniche. I will stay here again next time I'm in Jeddah. Value for money.
