At the moment - this is the best hotel in Sochi (except of course Mantera Supreme). Everything here is at the highest level - a beautiful lobby, great renovation, designer finishing of the rooms, the cleanest territory, a 24-hour restaurant with a high level of service, excellent value for money, breakfast - this is the best I have seen in the WORLD! In general, I am just slightly shocked by how well everything was done in Russia. From fitness to breakfast. Sea view, the sea is nearby. In general, I am thrilled.

Comfortable location, close to the sea. polite and hospitality administrators. From the downsides - a noisy bar on the first floor of the building where the hotel is located.

The only hotel that creates the atmosphere of this place. No, there is no high-level charm. Take away this hotel, this is an ordinary mountain peak not suitable for tourism. Thank you for creating a comfortable atmosphere as there is nothing to do on the mountain. Compared to China, this is not a tourist area, but mining stones with a cart on the mountain ... I checked and I have never been to Sochi again. Thanks hotel

Overall the perfect hotel located a little bit elevated in mountains, but there is free cable car pass for the guests. The room is huge. High end equipped as well as furnished. The breakfast nice. Would love to stay once more if need to go to this place. But please remember this is not a Sochi :)

Останавливаемся в этом отеле второй раз, первый раз были в 2021 году. Своевременное заселение. Большой просторный номер из двух комнат, довольно чисто, свежее постельное бельё. Красивый вид из номера, мы были на 5ом этаже. Есть всё необходимое, зубные щётки, гель для душа, шампунь, тапочки, халаты. В холодильнике платный мини-бар. В номере нет чайника, но в коридоре стоит куллер с горячей и холодной водой. Завтраки вкусные и очень сытные, в соседнем с отелем доме. При уборке каждый день меняют полотенца и добавляют гигиенические принадлежности. Выбираешь по меню, в котором отмечаешь нужные блюда, чтобы на утро их приготовили: на одного человека можно выбрать три горячих блюда и 2 напитка. Единственное, что немного расстроило, то это то, что на фото в номере был диван, и выбирали этот номер, в том числе, и из-за того что он там был, а при заселении оказалось, что вместо дивана 2 стула. Так же, в ванной комнате очень не удобно сделана занавеска для ванной, во первых, сама занавеска довольно узкая, а во вторых, штанга, её держащая, выполнена под наклоном, поэтому, как не двигай занавеску она закрывает только часть ванной и вода брызгается за её пределы, хотелось бы, чтобы этот нюанс исправили. Во всём остальном, могу сказать, что отель достойный, чтобы в него возвращаться вновь.

Вкусные обильные завтраки. Комплиментом раннее заселение. 2 бассейна.

From the first minutes of your stay you feel like a special guest, they try to fulfill all your wishes. I was very pleasantly surprised by such competent staff in a 4-star hotel, be it the restaurant staff, the spa area or the cleaning service. In a room with a beautiful view of the mountains, perfectly white bed linen, a comfortable mattress, pillows and a duvet, you can sleep well. Soundproofing is good. We did not hear our neighbors throughout the entire stay. The hotel offers the possibility of renting an umbrella. Breakfasts are varied and delicious. In the evening, after the cable car closes, there is a shuttle to the hotel. Of course, the hotel has some flaws that require repair, but all this pales in comparison to all the advantages that I saw. For me, this vacation was a delight. I thank the hotel administration and especially its staff. On my next trip, I will definitely stay here again.

Very good hotel in a wonderful location! My room was on the 2nd floor with a view to the forest. Also on the 2nd floor is a perfectly equipped gym. The bed Mega is comfortable, there is a safe, a refrigerator, a table, TV.  Very warm in the room, I opened the window in November for clean air.  The rope is located 100 meters from the hotel, tickets are better to take at the hotel, goes slightly cheaper by 250 rubles The hotel has a massage chair of Yamoguchi , for 600 rubles it is possible to relax 20 minutes.  I didn't like breakfast in another hotel across the bridge. But breakfasts themselves are very delicious: tortoise, nuts, humus, pancakes, chestnut, cheese and a lot of different things!

Лучший отель в Сочи, сервис, номера, завтраки - все идеально. Единственное, слева от отеля - стройка, поэтому при бронировании учитывайте это! Стандартные номера с частичным видом на стройку, и в номере слышно даже при закрытых окнах

Not bad, requires repair of the room, but again it is a standard room. There is no yusb routine, but the warm and chic view on the balcony, the bed is not bad. In general for its price a good room, but would like to be better)
