Room is very spacious and comfy, the hotel is also perfectly located near the airport. Walking (on the sidewalk) to the hotel from the airport is possible.
Perfect for people needing to have overnight layovers in Otopeni.
The hotel is newly renovated and in very good condition. The decoration is also very luxurious. The service attitude of the front desk is also very good. The overall experience is very good. However, the street lights outside are too bright. Even if the curtains are drawn, light will come in. It is recommended that the rooms near the street lights upgrade the light-blocking performance of the curtains.
The hotel was clean and nice.
After I got my luggage and contacted the hotel,
I was told to come downstairs (Ground Zero), so I met the driver and came to the hotel comfortably.
The room was clean and nice, but it smelled of stale cigarette smoke.
The bedding didn't smell like that,
but it seemed to smell like the room itself.
The breakfast was great, and I especially liked the bread.
When going to the airport, if you tell the counter your time in advance when checking in, they will make a reservation for you.
Perfect as a stopover for a late evening arrival into Bucharest, and as a starting point for a drive north the following day. 4 stars for location as the road system required a very long U-turn to get to from the airport, and there are no places nearby to get food late in the evening other than a vending machine in the lobby and a petrol station about 5 minutes' walk along a busy highway. Also the seats in the airport shuttle car are limited to 5 (4 small sized Asians squeezed in the back), so you need to book early for the popular morning slots otherwise you will end up calling your own Uber.
Stayed here on route to my destination for one night, based on the advertisement that there was a shuttle bus to and from the airport however this was not true and ended up paying another €15 to get there from the airport which was about 5 mins away , was told the next day that the shuttle does not collect but drops off at the airport however you need to book 24 he's in advance , I tried this even contacting trip.com customer service who also tried to reach the hotel via the phone number they had provided however this is wrong and there is another number available at the front desk ,
Breakfast was average and again a separate payment of €8 from a very unfriendly staff member who flat out denied I had breakfast included which is what I paid for , so in the end £50 for a room in a shitty part of town with miserable staff , ( the chap who checked me in that night was the only friendly and helpful person )
Overall not worth it should of stayed in a better place , I do not understand why people who have no compassion or respect for other human beings work in public places that involve dealing with customers ...???

This architectural masterpiece offers a perfect blend of inspiration, relaxation, and fairytale comfort for both business and leisure activities.
The hotel itself was very good. I believed I was paying for use of the gym inclusive.when I checked out I was asked to pay approximately 40 euros for using the gym on both days of my stay.
I ate in the restaurant which was very average if not poor quality and quite expensive.
The airport transfer was good.
Romanians are notoriously tricky be warned The gym guys did not speak English and did not indicate a fee which is always possible in any language.
Lesson learned
The hotel is older than it is, it is a very old four-star hotel, so the environment and breakfast are more general, there is a small shopping mall next to it. There is not much to eat, and the price is more expensive.
The environment is very good, the breakfast is good, and it is rare for a European hotel to have a water dispenser, so you can drink water by yourself.
