The location truly stands out as exceptional (AAA), situated within a small shopping center which provides convenience but comes with notable drawbacks.
Room Quality
Linens: The towels are noticeably dated and in need of replacement
Infrastructure: Air conditioning systems are subpar
Noise Insulation: Virtually non-existent, particularly problematic given the hotel's location

Upper Floors: Clearly audible gym classes from the shopping center
First Floor: Additional disturbance from restaurant and bar equipment (mixers and other kitchen equipment)
Overall: Inadequate soundproofing throughout the property

AAdrian (London)I am very happy with this hotel. I arrived in the city quite early so I asked if I could leave my luggage with them until check in time. They kindly agreed to this.
All of the staff are excellent, professional and efficient.
The room was spacious and clean. It was serviced every day I was there and towels were changed daily. There was a fridge in the room and the bottled water was restocked every day. There was also lots of room in the fridge for other drinks etc
The breakfast was the best I have encountered on this South American trip. It included eggs, meats, cheese, bread, cakes, fruit juice, coffee and more
I used their laundry service. I left it with them in the morning and everything was hanging up in my room when I returned in the late afternoon.
The location was perfect, a short walk from many sights including the river, cathedral, Government Buildings and the Railway Museum. It's easy to get a Taxi, Uber or Bolt to any part of the city or beyond. It was about a 15 minute trip to the Coach Station.
I would highly recommend this excellent Hotel. Thank you

GGuest UserWenn wir in der Stadt sind wählen wir meist dieses Hotel. Sehr gutes Buffet zu Mittag das Frühstück hat Potential nach oben. Der Pool auch sehr schön, leider keinen Service. Die Betten sind auch sehr bequem.

CCayinitaSúper contenta con este alojamiento. Edificio y departamentos super nuevos. Todo A1, camas comodisimas, ropa de cama A1! El departamento tiene todo lo necesario. La verdad nada de que quejarme. Todo me encantó. Super recomendado y volvería definitivamente!

SSaeed nhClean place ,,good staff ,close to shopping mall,kitchen ,laundry machine ,balcony for people ,who want to relax and possibly smoke a cigarette,building is almost new , considered good area in Asuncion ,rooftop services ,but I didn't try it and good for money

GGuest UserWie wurden sehr nett empfangen und konnten das Zimmer auch schon früher beziehen. Der Pool ist sauber und schön zum abkühlen und schwimmen. Leider konnten wir die Fenster nicht öffnen und das Licht war defekt bzw. hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Man kann auch nicht richtig abdunkeln. Trotzdem können wir das Appartement empfehlen und auch wieder hier übernachten.

Las camas cómodas, el desayuno todo delicioso y abundante (jugos, café, te, yogures; panes, salados, dulces). Super tranquilo, lo repetiría y recomiendo.

OOlivier PIERARDService was great, very friendly. Located behind one of the best shopping centre in Asunción in the financial district. A roof bar with a pool is the best part. Good food until 1am. Breakfast is great.

MMarco1894The room was excellent and the view from the desk (workplace) was phenomenal. The pool is also a feast for the eyes. As is the steak restaurant next door. The only downside for me: the breakfast. I have already visited a number of hotels in Asuncion and the breakfast in this hotel is, for my taste, at best passable. The scrambled eggs were inedible (which my companion also confirmed), there was no bacon and even the coffee was not tasty. So I limited myself to cakes/sweets and fruit. There is definitely still a lot of room for improvement here. Otherwise, though, it was great.
