Location, 6 metro stops to central. Metro station is 300m away, close enough.
Parking is 12Eur a day, unlimited in and out. Super
We booked an executive suite, with is huge.
The only complain is the bathroom
1.the designer needs to be fired
2.the tap for bidet, the ass cleaner, is 90 degree pointing downward, in fact is the same tap use for hand washing... Who has an ******* facing outward?
3. The bathtub is high, with a slope, and super slippery, luckily there is a handle, wonder anyone fell and injured in the bathtub.
4. The bathtub comes with a clear glass facing the bed outside, and the curtains is outside.. If you have a sexy partner, that would be a good design, for families... Hmm.
5. The washing basin is took high, wrong product
Please fire the bathroom designer.
The hotel is located only 4 stops by metro from the airport so it's great for a short stay if you have an early flight. It's also a 10 min walk from a big shopping center in Lisbon.
Nice retreat from noisy central Lisbon hotels. The rooms were large and quiet. The air conditioning was perfect. The breakfast was great. We also enjoyed the fitness center and small indoor pool and hot tub. The front desk and dining staff were extremely friendly and spoke English very well. Would stay again
We loved the hotel despite not being so close to anything, to go anywhere you had to take the car.
The facilities were in perfect condition, the bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, ours had a balcony overlooking the street.
The breakfast staff were charming and very friendly.
The reception staff was apathetic, unhelpful, the two girls who attended to us when we arrived didn't even look at us and the one at check-out acted as if we had never been to the hotel.
I asked if it was possible to borrow a cooler to put a bottle of champagne in because it was my anniversary and the immediate answer was no and there was no chance of getting one.
Easy parking in the area, without paying.
The rest was fine.
I had a truly pleasant stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and professionalism. The check-in process was smooth, and my room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the train station, which is perfectly acceptable given the price. Complimentary cucumber water is available by the front desk in the lobby, a welcome touch, especially on hot summer days. The room itself was spacious, though the breakfast options were quite limited.
Brilliant hotel quite and very relax atmosphere. The area is very good to reach lisbon and cascaise . Very friendly staff. Specially junior who helped us when we had a tyre popped in front of the hotel he went out of his way to make sure we can get in touch with the rental company

GGuest UserThis is a very cost-effective hotel in Lisbon. It is the best and most convenient choice for family travel. It has a refrigerator, an induction cooker, pots and pans, and even red wine glasses. This is really surprising. The decoration of the hotel is very high-quality, and every waiter is enthusiastic. A handsome guy at the front desk even shared the snacks he bought with us, which was really heartwarming! I stay here with my family every year.
JJaneShGood hotel, clean rooms. The location is great, there is a beautiful park nearby, metro, you can walk to the sights. Breakfasts are delicious, there is a large selection, only the breakfast to go (breakfast box) would be good to improve. If we go to Lisbon again, we will gladly stay in the same hotel.
AAnonymous UserBe careful with this hotel, in which service and facilities are wildly variable.
For our last night, one bath towel is missing for a room of double occupancy - a schoolboy error as they would call it - and when we requested the second one, the receptionist acted as if he were doing us a big favour. Then, on our last day, neither of our two room cards worked when we returned to the room 30 min before check out time - and because of receptionist shortage, it took us a good 15 min to get a replacement card - not a good thing for a hotel that brands itself for being chic and high tech.
The room controller, which is run by the TV system, as well as the lighting panel, are as dysfunctional as they get - one would have thought it should be a very simple thing to raise or lower the temperature through a quick flip of a switch, or a simple touch on dial. Instead, it is waiting for the TV to warm up, entering the room control panel, blah blah blah.
Note also a double bed at this hotel means two single beds slapped together. Not great if you have no wish to sleep atop a trench.
Our last night happens to be on a Friday, and the lobby practically turned into a dance floor with loud and cheap beats that went all the way to almost midnight and heard even on the highest floors.
No problem for being chic, but being chic is very different from being dysfunctional and uncomfy. A shame, as the location is excellent, some of the staff were nice and helpful, and some of the decor are clever.
TTruefoodie93Very good and nice hotel and friendly receptionist Ana.
Superb location as the mall opposite the hotel opens till midnight.
Awesome sky bar at level 16.
We booked the room with river view and it was a sight to behold.
Unfortunately it was foggy the morning we were checking out hence the foggy photo from the window.
ZZaherWe had a great stay at Moon & Sun Hotel in Lisbon. If you’re looking for a centrally located hotel that’s perfect for exploring the city, this is an excellent choice. The location is ideal—within walking distance of major attractions, great restaurants, and public transport, making it easy to discover Lisbon without needing a Taxi/Uber/Bolt.
The rooms are modern, stylish, and spotlessly clean. While they are on the smaller side, they’re perfect for travelers who want a comfortable place to rest after a full day of sightseeing. If you’re planning to spend most of your time exploring the city rather than lounging in your room, this hotel offers great value for money.
The service was outstanding. The front desk staff spoke fluent English and provided excellent recommendations for places to visit and eat. They were also very accommodating—when I requested a different pillow for better comfort, they replaced it immediately, and when we asked for mint to be brought to our room, they did so at no extra charge. Small gestures like these really made us feel welcome.
Overall, Moon & Sun Hotel was exactly what we were looking for—clean, comfortable, and centrally located, with a high level of service. It’s a great option for couples or anyone who wants to explore Lisbon with ease while staying in a well-priced, stylish hotel. We would definitely stay here again!
LLau Wing HinVery nice hotel!! We spent our vacation there 4 nights. Clean and good amenities, good for photos. Nice service with everyday room cleaning.Staff are mostly friendly. We received a little presents because of my boyfriend’s birthday. A little improvement is the room view it is blocked by wire. Would be better if they have the airport shuttle service as mentioned. The spa was the best part of this hotel 😆 We have been there twice and its free of charge! This hotel is a great deal in my point.
GGuest UserConvenient location, a 5 minute walk to the nearest Metro- Anjos, but the nearest entrance is closed on weekends.
Many restaurants nearby within 10 minutes walk. There is also a supermarket on the opposite street with a short walk.
Welcome drink for each of us which is a bonus and a 30% off voucher for dining too. Breakfast serves with varieties. Room is clean and quiet at night.
CCurious_soulBeautiful boutique hotel, nice restaurants and bars on sight. Superb service, friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Enjoyed my stay immensely and will definitely stay there again, next time I am in Lisbon.
GGuest UserThis is the second time I have stayed in this hotel. The time difference between the first time and the first time is quite long, because the time difference is only eight days. When I came back, the room was smaller and I had to stay on the 1st floor. The attitude was average and the sanitary products in the room were often forgotten to be updated. I stayed there for five days and had to ask every day if I had forgotten to change the sanitary equipment. Because I often forget to ask for a taxi before I leave, there is no helper to take my luggage to the taxi. I will not stay in this hotel again next time!
GGuest UserThe hotel location is convenient to reach, it is closed to the train station in walking distance. We are only staying overnight so not much knowing the areas. Draw back is try located restaurant with walking distance but most of the food restaurants are over 15 minutes walks or closed.
The rooms size and house keeping are great, and the reception is so nice and helpful. Room has plenty power outlets and USB ports, just bring enough power adapters for your own use.One draw back is missing a formal desk but it has a hanging platform instead.
