It's close to all the key areas, with popular attractions just 15 to 20 minutes away. The room was incredibly comfortable and cozy, spotless, and fresh. From the moment we entered the hotel until we reached our room, everything was perfect, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that truly made us feel at home. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights, and we already miss the hotel! I was especially impressed by the cleanliness and overall maintenance of the property. The housekeeping team did an excellent job of keeping the rooms inviting and fresh throughout our stay. It was clear that the hotel takes great pride in providing a clean, comfortable environment for its guests. The common areas were also well-maintained, contributing to the hotel’s welcoming vibe. The attention to detail in cleanliness really enhanced our stay, making it even more enjoyable and relaxing. Service: The service at this hotel was outstanding and exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request. I was particularly impressed by the professionalism and warmth of the Front Desk team, including Mr. Riduan, Ms. Aida, Ms. Ain, Ms. Aishah, Ms. Aimi, Ms. Syafikah, Mr. Adam, and Ms. Syafiqah. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, offering helpful suggestions and regularly checking in to ensure our comfort. Their kindness and genuine care truly made a difference in our experience, and their positive attitude significantly enhanced our stay. It's clear that the hotel truly values its guests, and their exceptional service was one of the highlights of our visit. Every interaction with the team was marked by warmth, efficiency, and a true commitment to making our stay as enjoyable as possible. Check in and out proses is simple and fast, room not so clean, but the location is perfect cuz near a lot of shop service mall ….

Very strategic location. Walking distance to Nasi Dagang Atas Tol. 10 min to Pasar Payang. The staff is very polite. Breakfast is so good with Nasi Dagang, Laksa Terengganu n Keropok Lekor. Have gum, kids and adult pool. We enjoyed our stay here. Will repeated again next time.

Good location in the heart of the city kuala terengganu. Closed to the shopping mall and restaurant. Will come again

I love the hotel. It gives a serenity vibes and calm. I love how clean eventho the hotel is an old hotel. But everything is so clean and good condition. Talking about the pool. So big and save for the kids to enjoy. The surrounding also very big and got many parks for the kids to enjoy. Except kijal is quite far from KT and Kijal town itself has nothing except for the sea. But i love it anyway. Good place for taking a break from busy city

I reached the hotel at 11pm as I took the bus and waited at the front desk for 10 minutes as there were no receptionists there. The room was ok but the towels and bath tub were quite dirty and with many stains. The breakfast was so so. But the location of the hotel was quite strategic, near to the mall, some tourist attractions and nice food too

Comfortable stay. The buggy drivers could’ve been more friendly and accommodating. Housekeepers are very friendly (they better suited to be at the counter/buggy as the social skills are better) We need to follow the buggy to our hotel by car. The first buggy driver we need to follow — he’s okay but as he need to usher another family, he passed it to another buggy driver in the middle of the journey. But no 2 ways communication I guess, we didn’t even know that we should follow another buggy until we missed a junction and noticed this second driver only then was signalling us to follow him. And once we arrive at the place which is not a single unit (got multiple units at one area) he quickly tries to leave. I need to call him back before he was away to reconfirm which one is the building we are staying in. He looked annoyed when I asked, but he didn’t even explain properly… I should be the one who is annoyed tbh. The hotel is okay. It would be better if the staff are a little bit more accommodating and brush up on their social skills. It will significantly improve the staying experience.

Perfect for everyone . Nice view if u take starry seafront room which is u can see the beach through out the big window and can be open widely. Yahh there’s sunrise view from the room. Its a good choice for sun lover like me 😍breakfast just nice and delicious only rm20 for variety of food local and western food if u book earlier before 11pm after u check in. Check in process a bit slow but its ok for that maybe they tried to solve others matters. Its must be at 3 pm c in and out at 12pm. The pool can be use from morning until 10pm. Strictly no smoking in room and they will check the room before u leaving and get back ur deposit which is rm100 . Penalty will be charge rm100 if they got u smoking in room and it was happened to other guest in front of my eyes during my check out. Just smoke out away from the room which is near to the beach. Hair dryer, iron, prayer mat and toiletries provided. Hope my sharing can help u guys .

The hotel has a great location. But, the hotel itself has a foul smell once entering. I don't like the fact that the bed we have slept in made us very itchy through the night. The bathroom has a very weird smell too.

Hotel a bit outdated..room was big with comfy bed and high water pressure..room amenitities and cleanliness can be improved. Hotel located at batu buruk beach with walking distance to beach, food stall and KTCC..good breakfast spread but taste can be improved. Overall i enjoy my stay.

Strategic location close to pasar payang and china town. Limited parking inside the hotel compound but easily can find nearby parking lot. Good river view..

Just a transit to Redang. Hotel room just ok, nothing much to complaint. Location is ok, near to ChinaTown. But parking not so convenient, where parking is behind hotel building. If you have big luggages, young kids and elderly along, difficult a bit

Comfortable to stay , good experience , spacious and clean room. I frequently need to work travel to Kemaman and this is my choice of hotel for overnight stay. Staffs are friendly and amenities provided are suffice.

Hotel is small but overall was alright , will be back to here for next working trip

Stayed for one night after our trip to Pulau Redang; took the cheapest room without windows and was pleasantly surprised how large and spacious the room was, although sp****ly furnished. No kettle was provided but there was a hot and cold water dispenser outside the room. Bathroom was the ‘wet’ type but the rain shower was simply awesome! Location was convenient - with the popular Hai Peng Kopitiam ( sister branch) and seafood restaurants practically next door. The river is just across the road . Parking is not provided but there are ample public parking spaces around ( just buy the parking coupons from the nearby shops). Overall, a good place for a short stay.

Stayed here a couple of days on business & leisure. A budget hotel @ only MYR 105 per nite, I was pleasantly surprised that the accomodation included - air condition, 36 inch flat tv, hot/cold water dispenser,mini fridge, mini safe, hot/cold shower, hair dryer. And...friendly reception...SUPER!

I have booked this hotel for our staff who has a business trip to Kemaman. Not so bad. The hotel is clean nd comfortable but a bit far from town. Youu need to have a transport to get or to buy something. Overal is good.

I liked the location of the hotel, close to restaurants and shops. The hotel is very new and clean with not very big size rooms.The hospitality of staff are awesome. They treat us so well. I had a good time here at this hotel. I got a yummy icecream during check in. The hotel interior design is lovely. Absolutely amazing stay with a great location.

The room is a bit old and ruined, however the lcation is good. The room just near a main road and opposite of school so it's a bit noisy at time. Could get a better room with the price, however not so much option in kemaman

The resort and the entire staff are just amazing. If you are looking for an island get away - this is the place to be. The private beach is stunning, and no needs and demands were left unsatisfied. The rooms are clean and tidy and the beds are extremely comfortable. Just bear in mind that the island pretty much consists of this resort, especially during monsoon season. There is not much else to do (except for snorkeling and diving) - it’s overall beautiful if you’re looking for relaxation in paradise.

Looking through the reviews here, there are no recent ones. Things have deteriorated much since I first stayed here in 2019. Back then, service was friendly, room was nice and clean, aircon was functioning like it should. Perhaps blame it on covid restrictions past 2 years. Blame it on low cash flow to do maintenance. Blame it on lack of motivated staff. Truth is, this hotel’s standard has gone down. Broken, poor maintained room, unmotivated & deary staff working, moldy & poorly cleaned bathroom.. I can go on but you can probably get the picture. Pity, it was great back in 2019 but I won’t be returning.

Hotel location next to the airport. Lots of free parking lot. Nice view of the flight take off and landing. Has elevator so don't worry if you come with senior citizens. Room is ok . Water heater function. Got Coway outside the rooms . Breakfast is great (tasteful) nasi dagang (during my stay). Expect less of the varieties cuz u just pay for RM 16 per pax for breakfast. They serve 1 main meal, 1 kuih, fruits, bread with spreads and 3 drinks. I don't mind with the varieties cuz the main meal is delicious! I'm gonna repeat this place if coming to Kuala Terengganu next time. Recommended.

The tv is not working Cats are fighting at the balcony n u could hrar the sound of waves I guess it s a bit pricy on normal days Due to the location near the sea, there is big erosion n the house is standing uneven . A bit funny though

The place is ok .. not very clean, not very dirty .. just a bit noisy because there is a badminton court, right .. because I have a newborn .. but overall it's ok, no complain because there's no hotel holiday, right
