This the first time I have been assing to room 6489. Nice room and nice view.. Have a small balcony. Winter is cool is best for relaxing at this place. Hope that next time can check in back in this same floor have nice balcony nice view. 😊😊

Our recent stay at First world hotel in Genting Highlands was absolutely fantastic! The hotel was impeccably clean, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our entire experience feel welcoming and relaxed.

Overall satisfactory. However, need to improve on the breakfast menu. Limited selection of menu & need to wait 8am to order & served to slow even though ready prepared meal such as nasi lemak & western breakfast menu. The worst part is scrambled eggs, can't eat it. Free basement parking.

This hotel are worth of value of money to stay, big and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only concern here, it’s abit far to Gothong Jaya. And if you drive at night, please be careful as some the distance do not have lamppost, you need to very precaution. Overall, we are happy stay here as it’s meeting our budget. Hopefully they can have improvements on the road with lampposts. Thanks

Pros: - Free shuttle bus provided to Awana Sky Station (wait at Platform 1) - Family friendly with pools, gym facilities, large hotel lobby space with some board games (I think?) and pool tables - Spacious room Cons: - The toilet had many ants crawling on the floor along the door - Rooms look old and dirty (a corner was filled with saw dust that we had to call housekeeping to clean it the moment we checked in). Not sure if it meant to kill off the ants? But they are very prompt and apologetic about it - The bed was noisy if you flipped and tossed - Netflix on TV cannot be accessed - The shuttle bus frequency is at every hour - They no longer provide free Cable Car Tickets unlike what you might have seen on Social Media

Toilet sink is clog and smells, but just 2nights so I didn’t care much. Recommendations to add some towel rail and hooks in the toilet, no place to put towel and dirty clothes.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always greeted me with a smile. The location is strategic, close to Kuantan City and the beach. Plenty of good eateries are nearby, offering a variety of local and international cuisines. The hotel provides complete amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like the sajadah inside the TV cabinet, making it Muslim-friendly. The WiFi connection was stable and fast, which was perfect for work and entertainment. Housekeeping was efficient, keeping the room spotless throughout my stay. Parking was convenient and easily accessible. The hotel lobby was welcoming, with a pleasant ambiance. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free. The bed was comfortable, allowing me to have a restful sleep. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool. The bathroom was clean, with good water pressure and hot water available. The toiletries provided were of good quality. The hotel also had a prayer room, which was a great addition for Muslim guests. The breakfast spread was decent, with a mix of local and continental options. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and good service. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Hotel’s located was good, very conveniently located, ample parking space. Room nice, big, spacious plus there’s pool 🏊♂️ which was great for relaxing. Just across the road, there’s 2 malls, shopping, food…. Will be back should l travel to Kuantan again!

The parking are waived, coffee machine at the lobby are are foc, the view from the room and the restaurant are really nice, many socket in the room, many mat towel provided and the toilet are clean. Just there are few facilities are still under renovate and the electricity supply by the room card are not working. However, the staff are friendly and have solved it very quickly. Just one female staff are not friendly and mentioned check in are only available on 3pm sharp but immediately the other staff said its ok to process for check in hmmm. Lastly, the bed was really really really dirty, full of short hair and eyelashes and some black pieces.

This is my second visit to this hotel. Everything is fine. I went there with my bf to celebrate my bf birthday, hotel had provided us a cake in the room upon arrival and also arranged us a ground floor room upon requested. Receptionist is nice and can validate tng card at the lobby everytime before leave the property. Cons - 1. the hotel has 2 parking space, one is right beside the hotel lobby another one is a bit far from the hotel lobby but it is still within walking distance, just that you need to walk under the hot sun. 2. The breakfast time is from 630am-1030am and we woke up late which reach the breakfast restaurant at around 10.22am and the receptionist telling us that ‘the breakfast section is closing soon and you only have around 8mins left you still want to have your breakfast?’ Which we feel rude as we had purchased for that and we also reach the place before the breakfast time end and there are still guests eating breakfast which we don’t see the point for doing the countdown thing. (We never work in hotel before which don’t know if doing this countdown thing is correct or not, but we just don’t feel comfortable with it) Improvement - hope hotel can arrange for buggy service for guest that park their car at the far parking space.

The good: The room was overall clean and the toilet was clean too. The water pressure in the shower is decently strong. Fresh sheets and pillow cases were provided, and the pillows did not stink like in many other hotels. The location is great (an 8-minute slow drive from First World Hotel), the check-in staff was friendly and so nice, and the wi-fi was fast. There's free parking (You will have to take the lift from the parking building to the 7th floor, then walk over to the tower you're living in, then take the lift in that tower to the floor you're staying in). Also, they provide complimentary bedroom slippers, shower gel/shampoo, soap, toothbrush/paste, vanity kit and razor. They have convenience stores and a few restaurants in the complex, so you won't go hungry and you can always buy your necessities just a few steps from your room. The bad: The toilet door was creaking terribly, waking up your roommates when you go to the toilet in the middle of the night. The floor was very clean but also rather slippery from the floor detergent used. The water leaks out from the shower cubicle when bathing, so put your floor mat further away from the door when bathing so it doesn't get wet (same distance as the toilet bowl). The hot water does not run continuously - if you have a fantastic super hot shower for 15 to 20 minutes, the water will become cool and you'll have to wait another 20 minutes before the hot water tank heats up and you can have another fantastic super hot shower. And the pump that supplies water to the tap in the room sink makes a horribly loud sound whenever you switch it on and off. Conclusion: I paid less than RM100 to stay in this room so I think it's definitely value for money. Love the location - it's higher than the Genting theme park area, cold and misty. Will come back again next time.

The best hotel I have stayed in Melaka😍 the ultimate best I would say, hospitality top notch and cleanliness no words, very clean. I would appreciate the owner as he literally concerned about customers stay which included availability of parking as well. Snacks provided by them brought back all the child memories. Thank you again, will definitely come here again and highly recommended.

I came here for my appointment at SASMEC IIUM as this hotel is nearby. This hotel provide breakfast for it's guest and the choices are good considering its price. This hotel also provide rooftop swimming pool. The downside for me is the hotel is vertically large, and the walking distance from elevator to rooms can be quite a distance, if you are unlucky enough to get the furthest room 😂. All in all, a great stay and recommended for families. The room is comfy and the space is benevolent enough.

Love the king sized bed and all the big pillows. Room was big enough and comes with a sofa bed. Toilet also very clean and comes with bottled shower gels, shampoo and conditioner. Look very organised and complete. Food during breakfast was also very nice, served by well-mannered waiters and chefs. Plenty of delicious food to choose from. I particularly like the vege fritters they cooked, brings back old memories when i was little, living in kampung with my late mom. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience staying there and would definitely come back whenever I'm Kuantan.

Staying at Hotel Sentral Kuantan for the first time was a delightful experience overall. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city and close to attractions and eateries. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the check-in process smooth and efficient. The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. However, I was a bit disappointed as the room didn’t have a window, which made it feel a little enclosed. Despite this, the private parking facilities and overall service made up for it. It’s still a great choice for anyone visiting Kuantan, whether for business or leisure, offering good value for money.

I called one day earlier to request early checkup. It was entertained however due to system breakdown still required to wait almost one hour in the car. To their credit they still did their best. According to the Trip package I was supposed get welcome drink but it was not there.  The nasi lemak rendang so good but the breakfast spread so limited. The renovation thingy quite a disturbance, need to walk all the way to access beach, no Deli yet, lobby not ready too. However they already informed that in advance so it was acceptable.  During housekeeping, our room key that was used to power up the room was taken, but the concierge sent a new one once the complaint lodged. They also restock only one bottle of mineral water instead of two, but the housekeeper comply with our request for another without much hassle.  I did not have enough time to try their fitness centre but one visit showed it was wide and adequate. I hope in the future it will be for 24 hours like other hotel and accessible with keycard.  All in all I will give 4 stars. Need to improve on breakfast spread. Special shoutout for Mr Kamarul our concierge/porter for excellent service. Will come again later.

Such a beautiful hotel, full of excitement, such as restaurants and scenic spots, is located in the center of Kuantan. The room is very comfortable, with a clear TV, refrigerator and good air conditioning. The most important thing is that it is worth it and the price is reasonable.

Decent property with basic rooms. No food options in the hotel. Pros are a comfortable room and clean. Cons, Allocated room no. 301. Consistent with problem of hot water in the room. During the shower , suddenly water turned cold on both the days. Suddenly the water was extremely hot and suddenly getting cold. Complained to reception but no use. Multiple warning of charges as per the photo all across the room did not give a good feeling. Alright for a stopover minus the water issue.
