The service is super in place. The plane arrived early in the morning and the hotel sent someone to pick up the plane. The breakfast was plentiful and the hotel cleaning facilities were new and clean. All staff are warm and patient.

The daily breakfast was prepared in house and amazing. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and any needs were addressed.The breakfast was amazing.Definitely exceeded our expectations coming from the United States where we are used to a cold breakfastDefinitely was very happy with it.Miguel went over and above to drive us to a couple destinations so we wouldn't have to find a taxi.And they were ready with amazing recommendations for dinners!

That said, the view from the upper floors is fantastic and definitely a highlight of the stay. Additionally, the breakfast was quite good, with a decent variety and tasty options. Overall, the experience was pleasant, but upgrading the facilities and decor would significantly improve the stay.

I was there for the first time, doing a seminar for leaders in Buenas Nuevas Chrsitian Church, the experience at the hotel was great, specially the staff, front desk waiters in the restaurant. The hotel's facilities, hygiene and service are all very good, although the facilities are a bit old. What satisfied us most was its restaurant. Breakfast and lunch are buffets, and dinner is a la carte. The service is also very good and not expensive. Because of this restaurant, we stay here when we pass by Quito and are very satisfied.

Shadian Airport is very close. It only takes 5 minutes. The bus departs every 20 minutes. It is very convenient and fast. The driver is very diligent and helps carry luggage. However, it is very slow to check in at the hotel. It takes 20 minutes to queue to get into the room. I am very tired from flying. , and I’m hungry, so it’s really not good to wait too long. But the massage was very good! 👍The food is also good! 👍

The hotel is located in the suburbs and the surrounding environment is excellent. The garden in the hotel is a bird watching holy place with more than 30 kinds of rare birds. Hotel facilities are good, service is good, suitable for business travel, meetings.
