Hotel Panorama is really convenience, just 8 minutes walk to train and bus station.
Room is clean the bed is comfortable.
Breakfast dinning area are spacious and buffet breakfast is really good.
The views from the hotel is amazing.
The hotel located at the north of a river, walking distance to the old town about 15 minutes,
it is very convenient for travelling and hotel staff are nice and q of living is quiet and clean, too.
a bit far away from bus and train station , but it is in a very nice location , kind of newly developed area (not the old town) , which is quite nice , not so noisy. Inside the hotel everything is new , all in all definitely worth to stay there.
Good location, right next to the church. Ordered it because it is a chain hotel and chose a balcony room for two nights. It is the best and most expensive hotel in the local Vilnius. Room facilities are ok, but not comparable to domestic Kempinski.
But then temporarily need to continue to live another day, the original room can not be renewed and the hotel front desk said it was full. Booked on Ctrip, given it. Thanks to Ctrip. Please note in particular that the hotel gave a triangular attic-like room on the far side, reached out to open the roof skylight, and accidentally met when waking up. Because I only stayed one night, I didn't bother to toss.
Please confirm the room type and price with Ctrip and the hotel. The pictures are clearly marked. If you have no special circumstances when booking, please do not book this room type. That's bad.
If you run into it, you must jump up and scold it for such a low price / performance ratio.
Booked this room for new years , had a great lovely view from room , nice and clean standard room , service was good too , asked for a few toiletries got it straight away. Very close to town and walking distance to other beautiful spots.
Very close to the airport, only a 5-minute walk away. The room facilities are very good. I hope to stay here again next time.
You can sit on the platform and drink tea outside the room on the second floor.
Nice and quiet neighborhood with easy walking to the city centre. Room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable, and breakfast is good and delicious. I enjoyed the stay very much, thank you ibis.
The service attitude is average.
There are 3 bad points.
1- The elevator is a very old elevator. From rising to stopping completely, it needs to vibrate violently at least 3 times, which makes the passengers very worried.
2- No mineral water is prepared. When we asked the front desk, we were told that we can drink the paid water in the Mini Bar.
3- The third floor is being renovated, and the formaldehyde smell is very strong, but their front desk directly arranged a room on the third floor for us. After staying in it for half an hour, it was really unbearable. Then the front desk pretended to check and changed our room. But they should have known that the formaldehyde smell on the third floor was very strong, but they still arranged it like this, which is a bit unacceptable.
Hotel location is especially good! It is almost easy to walk to various attractions, very convenient! Although the hotel is not big, because of the historical precipitation, it feels great! The hotel's service staff is also very enthusiastic, there is a free parking lot, incoming and outgoing calls to inform the front desk.
Location close to bus stops for easy connection to airport and railway station but quite the walk to old town. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

GGuest UserThis boutique hotel was conveniently located near the old town of Vilnius in rooms that were originally monk cells. The hotel is right next to the St. Theresa Church and the Gate of Dawn which are two interesting attractions to check out if you're in Vilnius. There are quite a few shops and restaurants nearby as well.
We booked because the prices were very fair considering the location and we saw a review that said the parking was free. The parking is no longer free and costs 12 Euros a day which is still a decent price. A city tax of 2 euros per person per night was collected upon check in.
The beds in the twin room we booked were very comfy and they had good pillows too. The room was very quiet and we got a good night's rest here. The room did not have AC but did have a radiator where you could control the dial. The room was a little stuffy but leaving the window opened solved this quickly. We appreciated the workspace, tea station and wardrobe in our room. The bathroom was nice too and had great shower pressure and a warming rack for towels. There is body wash and shampoo provided but the packets are a bit on the smaller side. It is important to note that you need to put the cleaning sign on the door in the morning or the room will not be cleaned. Cleaning included stocking up toiletries and changing towels.
The breakfast was just a bit more when we booked and we enjoyed it. There were these apple stuffed crepe pancakes each day that were delicious and enough food to get the day started. The breakfast is set in a monk's dining hall and we felt that was pretty cool.

GGuest UserThe hotel is by the lake and the overall environment is ok. But the service was not very good and the room was not cleaned every day. When we informed the front desk that there was no cleaning, the front desk told them that we needed to inform them that the room needed cleaning, and then they would arrange for the aunt to clean it. Isn't it difficult to arrange cleaning by ourselves every day? Don't understand.
Also, the aunt just did a simple job, but the garbage we put on the balcony stayed there for 5 days, and it has always been there. Just make the bed and change the towels? I even suspect that they have never changed the sheets and quilts. . .

GGuest UserExcellent location 5 min from main bus and train station and 10 min walk from city center. Nice hotel an spacy rooms. No overnight reception.
GGuest UserThe hotel is 15 minutes walk from the airport. To the bus station / railway station - about 10 minutes. ride. (Taxi cost us 4 euros). 24/7 reception - convenient for arriving/departing at night. Purely. Service at a high level. They speak Russian (if necessary). The breakfasts are excellent. I would say one of the best selections for a continental breakfast. The hotel is decorated in an interesting ”industrial” style. The very high ceilings in the room we stayed in gave an extra sense of space.
The only downside I found was the weak water pressure in the shower.
GGuest UserIf I had only one word to describe this hotel, it would be: stylish!
From the entrance, the reception, the lobby, the breakfast room (with a glass roof!), the hotel restaurant, the staircase and the rooms: everything is coordinated with a lot of turquoise as the basic tone, metal, wood, and: funny figures in the flower boxes 🙂. Very appealing, you immediately feel at home.
The people who work here also contribute to this (special thanks to Lukas from reception! 🙂 and the ladies and gentlemen from the breakfast service were on the ball and very attentive and nice).
The breakfast (in a great atmosphere) was completely sufficient for me (but I'm not a big eater in the morning anyway).
I had a room in the inner courtyard (with a view of the glass roof of the breakfast room) - I've never slept so peacefully in a hotel. Which was probably also due to the very comfortable bed.
The only thing that could be improved is the bathroom: the glass partition on the bathtub is definitely too small - I had to dry the bathroom after every shower; perhaps that is also a reason why it wasn't cleaned every day, even though my ”Clean up” sign was hanging outside. The cleaning staff may think that the guest has to clean the bathroom after showering anyway, so I can save myself the trouble... 😂
But that really should be the only criticism of this gem of a hotel.
The rest - as already described - is simply great!
Others have already written enough about the location and facilities, I have nothing to add to that.

AAI CHEN CHUALocation is superb as it is walking distance from places of interest. There are restaurants and bars right next to hotel. I stayed over a weekend and it maybe so suitable for light sleepers like me. Very happening throughout night.
