Nothing wrong per se! Great location. Helpful reception staff.
Miserable atmosphere. Bit like staying in a migrant hotel in the uk I’d imagine. Except with paying. Lots of coach parties here filling their pockets with fruit & breads at breakfast. Breakfast is very, very busy. Always did manage to get a seat but more good luck I think. Comparatively expensive in comparison to other similar places. Room was clean, no air con. Very dated shower room.
Check in was a breeze and was greeted by Justas, who has an amazing smile and was really helpful, showing me Vilnius map and saying hi every time we meet. Such service surpass many of the 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in. Room was clean and has: shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, hand soap, body lotion, cotton pad, kettle, cups, mini fridge, normal Europe plugs and usb A and C chargers, TV, nice pillows (4 in total), towels. There’s no bathrobes, WiFi sometimes drops off during peak hours but one is not supposed to be staying in the comfortable room but should be out exploring. Love this hotel and will stay here again if I’m in Vilnius.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and the music theme of the hotel. Good quality bedroom, nice bar and although we didn't eat it, breakfast looked good. Well located near the train station so you can easily access Kaunus and Traki castle for days out. Big supermarket opposite
With its convenient city-centre location, stunning sunset views at the top of the castle, and friendly staff, the Courtyard Vilnius City Center is a fantastic choice for exploring beautiful Vilnius. Weather & food in Vilnius make a good choice to visit this place again.
Hotel location is good, the environment is good, but in the old city pedestrian street, taxi is not convenient. Said to be a four-star hotel, even Samsung can not reach, the door face is particularly small, not easy to find. The most important thing is that I booked and prepaid, there is no room, let me go to another hotel, people are in a foreign land, it is a helpless! But Ctrip is still good, and compensation is a comfort.
The Congress Hotel in Vilnius left me with positive, but slightly mixed impressions. On the one hand, the lobby and restaurant are really pleasing to the eye: they are new, stylish and create a pleasant atmosphere. I especially liked the breakfast, which was varied and delicious.
However, the rooms, unfortunately, are a bit tired. It feels like they could do with a little renovation or updating. It is also worth noting that the room was quite hot, and the air conditioning could not be turned on independently, it was set to a timer.
Overall, the Congress Hotel is a good choice for a stay in Vilnius, especially if you plan to spend a lot of time outside the room.

It’s not a 24-hour front desk. It’s troublesome to check in by yourself. Did you not receive self-check-in on your mobile phone? ➕ Customer service whatsapp finally solved it.
Good environment, you can hear the sound of the church bell

GGuest UserThe location is perfect, very convenient to shops and famous tourist spots, all within walking distance. The reception is friendly and helpful with questions. Can feel the hotel is old but yet clean and comfortable to stay. Can hear the sound when people talking on the aisle but overall not the noise that’s loud enough to disturb you sleep. Will definitely book this hotel if I were to visit Vilnius again.
GGiliukas“+” : good gym, clean rooms, good breakfast; tea and coffee in room;
“-“ : hairdryers very old(not working properly), no shower caps, no toothpaste, no nothing with bath things (was only one small bottle of shampoo and one hand soak); no shoes (to go to the pool) or walk inside - not convinient. The pool rooms should be seperated i think- kids and adults, its anoying to come to relax and hear only children screaming, swiming and so on; realy not for relax place.
About rooms service - i stayed 2 nights, and nobody came to check, to clean, or to restore my water bottles, coffee, tea and so on.
If I come to hotel, and pay more than 100 eur for night - i would like to have things in bedroom, in bathroom, cause for example I travel all around the world, so I dont travel with a lot of stuffs with me, so all these casualy used things should be included in room service. And if its says - spa, pools, relax zone- i would like to get relax and quiet place.
So for me - this price for night should be max 30 eur in this hotel, cause now its very overpriced, just not worth it, in Vilnius are more cheaper hotels with better services which includes all these things.

Iirina03Stayed for 1 night and I loved the luxury experience for an affordable price. The room is super clean & has coffee, tea & water heater and a fridge.
Breakfast is very delicious, you can order and take from the buffet and everything is included. Staffs are kind and ask me if I need anything. Location is so good! Literally in front of the Old Town and the prettiest streets of Vilnius.
The only downside is Wi-Fi is weak in room on third floor and should be improved.
GGlen TeohI stayed only one night, and walked from the airport to the hotel. I would say that the distance is walkable but not convenient with luggage. The reason is that the pavement is not smooth, and will result in abrasions and damage to your luggage wheels for the distance that you have to drag it along. For the hotel itself, it had a very high ceiling and industrial vibes, which is nice to some and perhaps not so great to others. However just a note that I couldn't figure out how to get the heating to work. Wifi speed was good, though there is a bit of a weird limitation in that some services like steam did not work, which isnt a problem for most.

RRayssa Helena AlmeidaIn a good location with nice staff.
The room was comfortable but could have the portable table to open the luggage and also a shower cap would be nice.
They have a filter in every floor, so it’s really easy and environment friendly, but they could let one full bottle in the room by the checkin.
The breakfast was really good but they took some time to replace the food.
It’s a new building and we don’t hear anything from outside and corridor, so really good acoustic.
NNzubechukwu OnyiwaraI booked a studio apartment for a few nights during my stay in Vilnius after having issues with my first booking. I booked the lodging on my ride over from the other place and within 20 minutes, I was checked into the flat.
The customer service guy I spoke with on the phone was a very helpful and stand-up guy, pity I didn't get his name.
What's more? The flat was very clean with all amenities in place. I loved my stay. Didn't really want to leave but alas all things must have an end
Bbwr19The room was basic but clean with the standard amenities like television, air conditioning, and a hair dryer. The walls are a little bit thin so you can sometimes hear neighbouring rooms, but with earplugs I had no problem. The hotel is very well situated just across the road from the Dawn Gate, which is the last remaining original entrance to the city’s old town. The reception desk is manned 24 hours and the staff speak English and are happy to help with any issues.
