Stayed just a night before visiting relatives near by. Rooms were clean and simple. If you're attending a convention at kintex, then it's a good place to stay. Looking for a ”romantic” getaway, might want to look around

the hotel is clean and nice but the guy at the reception spoke very rudely, it was really annoying. and it said the game room closes at 20:00 but when I went at 19:00 it was closed.

It's a bit expensive honestly. It's winter time so we didn't really enjoy the roof top. And no breakfast during our stay and no explanations. We were not able to see the everland from our room.

Due to a change of circumstances, I stayed 2 nights despite I booked 4 nights. I tried to send them an email on 12 February's evening to cancel my stay on 16 February, but they replied to me on 13 February that I could only cancel 3 days in advance. I understood that I sent them late on 12 February, but I didn't know the cut-off time and I had an emergency to shorten my trip. It was my second time staying here. I am not sure if the settings were different since I was assigned a different room. This time, they provided disposable slippers (which was good for hygiene's reason) and there was a smart toilet seat (also good for me!). I had a problem turning off the 2 nights beside my bed and when I tried to ask the front desk, there was no one available (looks like they don't have any staff on duty after 23:00). The problem was resolved by unplugging the key card that I was asked to insert to turn on the power of the room (not sure if this is the right way to do that though). Another issue was that I was waken up by music before 8am on the next day (I had an early flight the day before and I really needed the sleep). I found the source - It came from the loud speakers of a car which stopped in front of the construction site next to the hotel. There were 2 men with banners and they seemed to be protesting about something? The music was so loud that I could hear very clearly on the 6th Floor. There were stains on the carpet, but the cleanliness was okay overall. The parking spaces are too few and this is something the hotel needs to improve. All in all, it was a good value for money. The location was good - there were lots of restaurants, convenience stores nearby and a huge supermarket in walking distance. If I go to Suwon again, I may choose this hotel again.

Very convenient location to go Everland. Very comfortable hotel and clean to have a good rest after exploring the whole day at Everland. The next day could enter the park without long journey from Seoul. However, the breakfast served was continental breakfast, not buffet breakfast as stated. Very disappointed as spent a lot purchasing the package with breakfast. Besides the breakfast served, all the other aspects are satisfied. Heat patch was given for every guest. Check in pricess is smooth and fast. Luggage storage is provided as well. Bought bhc fried chicken and ribs where located just behind the hotel.

The location of the hotel is good for shopping at the outlet right next to it, but not for the other tourisun spots (a bit hard to reach even with taxi). The staffs of the hotel.l were v friendly The hotel is clean too.

The location was a little far from the nearest metro stations (juyeop and daehwa) but there were bus services with bus stops just a 3-5mins walk away from the hotel. Love the room, it was very clean and spacious. The pillow and bed were comfortable. I slept very well on all 3 nights. Despite being far from the metro stations, the area was close to a few shopping malls like Onemount and hyundai department store which had good shopping and food options. There was also a Starbucks right next to the hotel and a local mall with good brunch options right opposite the hotel. The staff were helpful and they told me that there was an airport limosine (bus 5600) that I could take from the bus stop in front of the hotel and advised me on the bus timings. It really saved me a lot of inconvenience trying to naviagate my way to incheon airport using the metro. Would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in goyang.

I really like the facts that breakfast was a all you can eat and the employees were helpful and nice. We liked that the family floor was in the same floor has the family pool, gym and laundry room. Location is about okay. 30 minutes away from the coex mall and 30 minutes away from the zoo so not too great but Awosome place to stay at above a small mall.

I really enjoyed my stay here as it was really clean and housekeeping was great. good location as there are laundry rooms 24hrs nearby and a nice mall right beside it, bus station is js a 5minute walk away and overall had a great experience. Would come here again in the future if had the chance

This is the perfect hotel for a family of four. I am very satisfied with the attention to detail, and the sunrise I saw from my room was the most satisfying part. I highly recommend it~

The hotel is good and a good value for money compared to the others. Very clean and everything works accordingly. The location is a bit remote but not a deal breaker….However, the hotel staff are definitely a deal breaker as they are very stingy and self-centered. I made a mistake and double-booked an extra room on the same day and pleaded with them to amend that, but they didn't….not only that, check-in is after 3 pm, but they start calling you at 11:30 a.m. the next day to check out and wants to squeeze more money out of you for as much as possible. The staff are low scum and I will never step foot in Wongheung again.

Excellent location for goyang stadium. No service really but amenities are perfectly adequate. Room is clean and spacious Minimal English at front desk though

It's close to the subway station and there are many restaurants nearby, which is great! However... the last time I went, my card key wasn't recognized, so I went to the info center and got it in a different room, but this time it happened again, so I was disappointed, but as expected, I was very kind and grateful.

The room is quite large, with a view of the city from the window. There is a fan and air conditioning, everything is in working order. The room has a kettle, a computer (we didn't have to use it, so we can't say anything), a modern hair dryer. The bed is comfortable, the bed linen is clean. The shower room is spacious, there was everything necessary for personal hygiene. Coffee is available on the ground floor at the reception. Of the disadvantages - poor soundproofing, the room was in a little gloomy tones, there was a slight smell.

I simply stayed alone for one night. It was convenient because there were restaurants and amenities nearby. It is a cost-effective hotel, so there is no shortage of staying for one night with a light heart. The room was also good because the ondol was bass.

Yellow8 is right next to juyeop station. If you’re staying in the Ilsan area, this is an outstanding place to be. The hotel is on the top floor of a building with some convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants in the immediate area. This hotel is very clean inside and the rooms are as well. The hotel allows smoking in the room I stayed in but the smell wasn’t strong to me. I definitely recommend it.

Great size clean room (credit to the Cleaning staff), hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Comfortable big size bed, WiFi had great speed. City hall subway a short walk and bus stop directly outside. Plenty of restaurants close, lots of choices just a short walk away.

This hotel surprised me a lot. First thing, my room is very new. Both the bedding and furniture are clean, and the room is spacious. The bathroom and shower are separate. Second, breakfast was very rich and everything was clean. However, I picked a city-view room. The floor is low, and I can't see anything outside the window except the parking lot. My family and I are very satisfied with the cleanliness and breakfast. I will choose to stay here again next time.

This Marriott is connected to a very small mall with many restaurants (nothing fancy). The Mall is convenient and nice to walk around in. More importantly, it borders a wetland park, which is really nice to spend time in. There is not much to do in Suwon (it seems to be a business oriented city with many business people visiting LG and Samsung.) There is also a convention center and a larger mall next door. Breakfast is ok.

The hotel facilities looked a bit outdated, but the rooms were spacious and clean! There was an airport bus right in front of the hotel, so it was easy to get back to the airport, and it was great that I could go to the hot places in Nyingtong just by crossing the overpass.

It small but very clean. Best of all the room very beautiful and the mattress is firm. They have all ladies floor. I would love to know the mattress brand that you used. For the first time I don’t have painful back pain. Thank you

It is quite hidden to find it. As there aren't many parking spaces, you need to go to the reception and he's even going to park your car where a cone is reserving the parking space for the Malu Hotel after you check-in. The bed was a bit bouncy but okay, as I didn't slept much. You can hear people talking in the corridor through the door. There was a small kitchen with a kettle and microwave. A fridge and tiny freezer in it, with bottles of water. The shower head handle was cracked so the water was leaking from there too, but I had a nice hot shower with a big towel since a long time.

The shower water was not hot enough. As the weather was very cold at Christmas day. That's the only point feel disappointed. And the buffet breakfast is quite good. Service also good

I ended up arriving early and was willing to wait for my room to be ready, but my room was ready, and I was able to go in. Everything was very clean, and the service was top-notch. It was pretty easy to get around and not too bad if you had to take a taxi. The area wasn't noisy. There were plenty of places to eat, including a healthy sandwich shop around the corner. I wish I could remember the name, but the ingredients were fresh, and there was English available, so no guessing. The place is like a Salady, but for sandwiches. Anyway, I had a great stay and would definitely stay there again.

The room is big in Korea. The hygiene is also good. The key point is that the attitude of the front desk guy is really good. Although it is not a high-end hotel, the service attitude is definitely much better than that of many high-end hotels. Let's not talk about other hotels. Let's compare it with the Four Points Sheraton not far from this hotel. The service attitude of the front desk of this hotel is 10,000 times better than that of the Four Points Sheraton. It was close to Kim Hyun-ah, so it was convenient to eat and shop. It seems like most things are delivered as well. The pool has a great view, and if you come at the right time when there are no people around, you will be very satisfied.

Hotel down stairs is convenient, a lot of food to choice it walk few minutes have an olive young shop . Recommend

The room is clean and tidy. This time I upgraded it to a bigger room! The room is equipped with a computer, which is very convenient and practical for searching the Internet in Korea! The breakfast is rich and delicious. I have stayed here many times!

It was clean and nice. The manager and staff were nice, and it was especially nice that parking was easy! It was also nice to play around Lavenice nearby!

Nice near Laveniche, which is nice. Have a convenient store on the ground floor and free coffee and snacks. I booked this hotel and booked this room to play games, but the Riot game couldn't be lunch, and the staff couldn't help... Very sad and disappointed

The design and service response of the hotel were really good, but when I was assigned a room at first, the condition was not good, so I moved the room several times. But the good reason was that I trusted the response and used it without any inconvenience. If you take the car, you must contact the front desk. That way you can get the parking fee off.

Traveling, the price is OK, it is a bit biased, the room is large, breakfast is more fooled.

It was super easy to find and the ladies at the reception were very friendly and helpful, the price is also OK, I would be happy to book there again.
