It's a beautiful resort. Not the most easily accessible but they provide free shuttle bus from Inawashiro train station, at certain timing.
The front desk staffs are helpful and friendly. And the hotel proximity is all clean.
Down side is that my room was located further end of the corridor (due to the long stretch design of the resort), I have to walk very far from the lift to reach my room. And the room's air-conditioner doesn't seem to work very well, which is very hot during summer. I was told it's centralized and can't be changed. Facilities in the room/resort also seem to be quite old.
But otherwise great environment
I was looking forward to the Kitakata ramen at the breakfast buffet. It was even more delicious than I expected, and I thought I'd have a second helping, but the other dishes were also delicious, and I was left feeling full and satisfied. I'd love to visit again.
The room I stayed was satisfied with the cleanliness and sense.
It may be only at this time, but there were many overseas guests and families with children were seen, and there was a time when I could hear the fluttering sound of running around the room.
It will be quiet enough to change the day.
Also, because the room on the parking lot side was snow removal, the work started around 3 am, and I was worried about the sound of 々.
I am grateful that the ingredients are well balanced for dinner and breakfast, and that you can fried tempura and meat and bake it.
The water you can get on the free water server is very delicious
Herbal tea in the underground bathhouse? It was also great. It is a hotel that I want to take care of again.
This hotel the hot spring is higher quality and clean , Good atmosphere, close to nature and streams.
The staff are very attentive and provide higher service.
Recommend for every generation including the family and couples during multiple activities.
The hotel does not provide a shuttle service from Inawashiro Station to the Goshikinuma entrance area. Guests need to take the Aizu bus independently; cash or Visa card payments are accepted on board.
From the hotel, it's an 8-minute walk to the Goshikinuma Ponds entrance. We completed the entire trail in about 1 hour and 20 minutes, and it was truly worthwhile and beautiful. We then took a bus from Hibara back to the hotel.
Breakfast, dinner, beverages, and the onsen (hot spring) were all excellent. The stay would be even more enjoyable if the hotel rooms and bathrooms were renovated.
Got a room that had to walk through the middle of the restaurant. Along the way there were short stairs. But with very heavy luggage and traveling with an elderly person, it was very inconvenient. But really liked the dinner and breakfast. The staff provided good service. They walked over to explain the food. The parking lot is far from the hotel, but there was a driver who led the way to the parking lot and took us back. Overall, I was impressed.
The front desk staff were very patient and did their best to assist with our needs. The hotel is conveniently located right across from the station.
The soundproofing in the room isn’t great that you can hear the noise from downstairs.
There is a station connection. You can clearly find the shuttle bus as soon as you leave the train station. It is very convenient. After arriving at the hotel, the service staff immediately came to receive you. They were very considerate and tried their best to assist with the relevant needs raised. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. It’s clean and tidy. If you don’t have any other outdoor itineraries, the hotel has all the facilities and is suitable for hanging out all day long!
Service: The thoughtful little touches were really heartwarming.
Environment: Not too far from the subway station, about ten minutes walk. There's a food store downstairs that meets all your needs.
Cleanliness: Clean and tidy.
Facilities: Excellent.
Review Hotel Listel Inawashiro Wing Tower
This is another hotel that I would like to review because it is a hotel located in the countryside and Inawashiro City (in Fukushima) is not talked about or visited much. When I went there, I thought of some kind of ****** case from Conan. When I got there, I couldn't go anywhere because the hotel is far from the station and is in the middle of the forest. But I must say that you don't have to go anywhere because there is a ski slope there.
Inawashiro Wing Tower is like having everything built by itself. There is a half-floor supermarket, claw machines, game center, and gacha machines. If you don't want to play in the snow, there are other things to do and play. In addition, there is an onsen (no charge) and a temperature-controlled swimming pool inside the building (but you have to pay extra).
Another important thing about a hotel located in the countryside is that it is very spacious and large, which is not found in hotels in the city centers like Tokyo and Osaka. There are also rooms that have both futons and beds in the same room. So, it's up to you whichever you prefer.
A disadvantage that can't be called a disadvantage is that we can't go anywhere because of the snow and the distance from other places. This makes us have to buy the hotel's buffet inevitably. But it is very delicious. There is a lot of variety and the local soups that the chef makes for us every day are very delicious. Especially the beef with truffle sauce is a great dish (I usually don't eat truffle, but I still like it). In conclusion, if you want to escape the city, don't want to meet many people, and enjoy skiing without being a disaster victim, I recommend you to try it.

Very Good
GGuest UserThe size of the room is good, but I think the sound of the next room, corridor, etc. is a bit noisy, the sound insulation is not good, the bathroom is too small, the obedient staff is very polite, located on the seven-day ~ suitable for sightseeing, reasonable price
GGuest UserI am quite impressed with this hotel and almost try to reserve another one from the same hotel grouo. First, the room is not big but it is decided to use the space efficiently, e.g. standing shower instead of bath tub. large TV attached to the wall (which is a smart TV!), simple chair and can be placed below the desk. And in terms of facilities, there is a small bookshelf of comic books, massage chair ( with no cost ) in the relaxation room. The public bath has mid side hot tube, a sauna and cold bath. And for breakfast, there are good variety of choice and the area is large and comfortable. I think it is a result for thoughtful design and good use of space (again!). The only downside would be the lobby is located at the 3rd floor and the entry is facing a sidewalk, which can be confusing to find.
JJürganI came here specifically for the hotel's famous lobby design and performances. The two-hour show was a really enjoyable experience. The hotel room felt quite new, I assume it's been renovated. The open-air hot spring offers a view of the river outside, and it was particularly relaxing when snow started falling in the morning.
I especially loved the hot spring's body wash, which uses local fruit and has a wonderful fragrance.
After a soak, I ordered a recommended winter beer, but the flavor was quite bland.
I felt one of the front desk staff members was a bit slow to react; I asked a question and got stared at for a while.
The breakfast options weren't particularly extensive. However, the special *sōryōri* (creative cuisine) was absolutely delicious, with a very unique taste.
We took the hotel shuttle bus to the station. We had a lot of luggage, but the hotel still helped us with it, which was great.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very good with great proximity to the ski place. The room is clean and cosy with great views. And the onsen is very good that it had long opening hours, we can go after the ski to relax.
However, it would be better if the guest had a choice of whether the room can be made everyday or after we left. And it will be even better if more variety of restaurants/ cur-sine can be provided rather than just buffet.
PPhittikI checked in 10 minutes early but the room was ready to check-in.
The Staff were nice as they tried to communicate with me even though I’m not good at Japanese.
The room was nice but when I was looking for an earphone case I had dropped underneath my bed, I found out that it was a little dusty down there.
The breakfast was japanese-style which cost only 550 yen and it was delicious.
I asked them not to clean my room during my stay so they just hung a new amenity bag at the door for the second night.
I also had a chance to use the laundry and drying machines which worked fine.
The hotel is near the Iwaki station so it was easy to get the bus and the train. I really enjoyed staying there.

The soundproofing in the room isn’t great that you can hear the noise from downstairs.
TTravellingAllTheTimeThe service is great and comes with subsidised car parking for 600yen per night. You can also exit and enter multiple times subject to availability when you come back. Otherwise just wait at the car park entrance until the barrier lifts. Room is standard. Nearby Food options might be limited if you are picky otherwise it’s a great stay!
GGuest UserThe hotel was clean and good. I like the concept of taking of the shoes at the front desk to switch to slippers throughout the hotel. Just to note the 20 min walk from the station to the hotel (but is an easy walk down a straight road) and actually from the hotel is also only 20 mins walk to the tsurago castle so super convenient if you are visiting the castle as well.
