The bathroom is small if you're more than 85kg you might need to bath without the bath window itll just wet the floor. I like the bed is comfortable

We booked a room with a sofa bed for two adults and one child. The sofa bed was uncomfortable, with a sunken center and raised ends. The child's back was good enough to sleep on it, but the adult's was not. The room was quite big, the decoration was neither old nor new, the food in the restaurant was OK, but the service was very good, they would ask questions proactively, so we specially consumed a dinner in the evening, but we waited for 40.50 minutes before it was served. When it was served, we found that the price of the Tomahawk steak was per 100 grams, and ours was 120kg. No wonder the waiter kept saying it was very big. We confirmed it again and again, and the steak alone cost 200 euros. Fortunately, the taste was very good. We couldn't finish it and packed it up to eat it again with instant noodles the next day.

Great place to stay, elegant and well maintained. I particularly enjoyed the gym and the parking lot attached to the hotel. The daily rate of the parking lot is 15€.

Everything was good except for the fact that the only reason we booked the hotel was because of the outdoor pool on the top floor, since it’s the only one of its kind in Zagreb. Nowhere did it say that the pool would be closed when we made the booking. What compensation did we receive? Access to a pool at another hotel. The problem was that those pools were indoors. After several complaints and calls to Trip.com, we received 15% of the booking fee back. In my opinion, that was not sufficient, but it is what it is. Everything else was fine.

Staff at the reception are friendly and happy to help. Location is good, only within 10-25 minutes easy walk to different sight seeing places, lower and upper Zagreb, and museums. Train station is around 10 minutes from the hotel. Room is big and have enough spaces for your luggages, and work. However, room temperature could not be adjusted, always at 25-26 degree C, which makes the room quite hot and stuffy. This hotel is a good choice in Zagreb.

I booked this place on a friend's strong recommendation while preparing for my trip to Zagreb. My friend highly recommended this place, so I had high expectations. Since there was a discount, I was able to book it at a relatively reasonable price, but as expected, it was a 5-star hotel, so the base price was quite high. First of all, the location was perfect. It was in the city center, so I could easily walk to major tourist attractions, which was very convenient, and I especially liked being able to enjoy the beautiful night view while taking a walk in the evening. The kindness and service attitude of the hotel staff were very impressive. From check-in to check-out, the front desk staff's meticulous consideration and friendly service made my stay pleasant. However, the breakfast, which I had been looking forward to the most, was honestly disappointing. My friend said the breakfast was special, so I paid an additional 100,000 won for 2 people (50,000 won per person), but although the menu was varied and fresh, I wondered if it was worth the extra cost. The interior of the hotel was elegant and old-fashioned, but personally, it felt more old than luxurious. The way the windows in the guest rooms opened was classic and unique, but the old window frames and other parts of the facility stood out. The bathroom also had an old feel rather than a modern facility, which may be appealing depending on your taste, but it was disappointing for me. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location, which is the best for travelers. However, for the same price, you might have a more pleasant experience in a suite at a nearby 4-star hotel. It is worth experiencing once for travelers who value a traditional atmosphere, but I think I will consider other options if I come to Zagreb again next time.

Located about 15-20 minutes walk from the central bus station or about 5 minutes via taxi. A mix of tram and walking would take you 15-20 minutes. Surrounded by a pizza takeaway, coffee shop, bakery and mini mart. About 20 minutes walk to the main town centre or take the tram just outside the hotel. You can take a taxi which is generally outside. The surrounding area is safe but looks a bit run down because of graffiti. The hotel reception is immaculate. Customer service is really good and you can leave your bag if you check in early (3pm check in). The first floor has a pool (free), limited gym (free) and spa (paid). Restaurant and bar at the ground floor. The room is immaculate but looks a bit dated. King size bed is very comfortable and a bonus. Blankets are comfortable and weighted. Air conditioning is strong but a bit loud. Kettle, free coffee/tea, complimentary waters, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, robes/slippers, and towels available. Shower is strong with two different heads. The shower sprays everywhere on the outside floor due to a poor glass shower curtain. Noise? Rather quiet but can hear noisy people shouting in the corridor. TV is old and dated. Plugs on both sides of the bed (European style). Overall, a decent hotel for the price.

The hotel is a 4 star. A clean hotel, very friendly, pleasant staff… it is a place that I would recommend whenever you want to go through… since the center of Zagreb itself is quite far away. Very spacious room. That's right... BEWARE! On TRIP it said FREE PARKING… and we had to pay €7 per day… nothing free… I would recommend it if I would return while passing through Zagreb… breakfast, for example, is included and is very varied and delicious!!!

Hotel location is very good, in the city center, walking distance from the attractions. Next to the botanical garden, life around is also very convenient. Service attitude is very good, will give good travel advice, etc.

This wonderful hotel is right in the center of old Zagreb.  Everything is within walking distance.....restaurants abound, flower market and food markets, shops, the trolley for transportation is close by, and many museums, churches, government buildings, parks and Historic sites.  The Hotel Dubrovnik is clean, light rooms, comfy beds, and a sumptuous breakfast!  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
