It’s a good choice to come to this hotel if you have the opportunity in the summer, the privacy is good and the high-speed outer ring is convenient, the hotel room service is humanized and the service is very heartwarming, and the check-out time does not stop urging, which gives us enough patience and trust . The heating is very powerful to make the originally cold winter no longer cold 🥶. The sheets and quilts were clean and dry, and did not bring any unpleasantness to the wet winter. It was a acceptable accommodation taking into account the price. Be aware that there are no air conditioning in the hotel (both room and common areas), so it might be good idea to check other accommodations during summer months.

I went for an oversea training in Nante and spent 2 weeks in this hotel, I chose this hotel is mainly because of their flexibility on Trip.com and the price is within company requirement. The location is good, around 15 mins walk to city center, and door step to Tram station. The service and cleanliness are just normal, the facilities are quite old school, especially the TV. It's a stand TV, really ”long time no see” this kind of TV in a hotel. Have wardrobe, no safe box or lockers, shower cubicle is small. However, as what we always say, you get what you paid for. There was one day the cleaner helped me clean the room then left my window opened (wide open mode), I'm staying on level 2 (1st floor as per the lift), if someone want to climb up, will be very possible. The 2nd time room cleaning didn't have this issue, so I guess it's the first cleaner forgot to close my window. In addition, the first cleaner never re-fill the toilet roll for me, at first I thought here need to purchase toilet roll (as a budget hotel), so I bought some tissues on my own. Then 2nd time room cleaning, the cleaner left me 2 more toilet rolls... then I realized, the hotel is providing toilet rolls, just the 1st cleaner forgot it. In conclusion, the 2nd cleaner is good, the 1st cleaner is a forgetful person. On my checkout day, there was a crazy women smashed the reception desk. this is not hotel's fault, they were calmly solving this problem. They are quite professional, just a bit unlucky. In general, my suggestion is, for business travel here is not a good choice, better choose a more secured place to stay. If for personal short stay, you can consider it as a budget choice.

Great hotel in a very attractive location. I loved the fact that there is an access to sauna and free tea or coffee along with some snacks. Staff were very helpful and kind. I had a great experience and I will be back when I can.

This time, I came to the hotel where my son came to the competition. I just started because I didn’t figure out how to stay. I didn’t live in the first night. I went to find a friend. It was a self-service check-in. I asked for the room password when making a reservation. Later, I found that I especially liked it here. The hotel is convenient for parking. The hotel is opposite to the hotel. Next to the big lake, the scenery is beautiful. The room is very clean and warm. The bathing water is big. The last night because I am 2 singles, the boss deliberately left the door to me. When I went back to China to buy the jam at breakfast, the boss sent me two bottles directly, which is really good!

J'ai passé un excellent moment à l'Hôtel Oldegar. Dès l'arrivée, l'accueil a été très agréable. La situation géographique est idéale, l'hôtel étant situé à proximité immédiate de la gare, ce qui facilite grandement les déplacements. L'ambiance de l'établissement est particulièrement sympa et originale grâce à la mise à disposition de vinyles à écouter, avec même la possibilité d'en acheter sur place. Le petit-déjeuner est complet, proposant tout le nécessaire ainsi que certains produits locaux appréciables. La chambre était correcte et propre. Seul petit bémol concernant la salle de bain : la douche est un peu petite et ne dispose pas de fermeture complète. Cependant, cela reste un détail mineur qui ne m'empêchera pas de revenir lors de mon prochain passage à Nantes. Je recommande !

What to say… An amazing location with great service and beautiful bedrooms. First, the castle in itself is just amazing, with its building architecture and its interior design with art collections… gorgeous. Our bedroom was the Île Sacrée Miyajima bleu and gold symphony… with outside balcony and intimate deco… superb… Second, the service, everyone was perfect, smiling, helpful and courteous. One note: no one proposed to take our suitcases from the car, which I would have expected from a 5 stars hotel… Third, the cuisine at the restaurant was actually not my favorite cup of tea. But it is obviously a very updated one, and both service and quality of ingredients were great. The breakfast and its buffet was very high quality. Price wise, obviously not a cheap location, but expected for the 5 stars ranking and the beauty of our stay. After a flight of 13h + a train of 3h , it was a sophisticated and resting break where we will come back.

I had a pleasant stay at this apartment in Le Mans, France. The location is very convenient, with a Carrefour supermarket and a boulangerie just within 200 meters, making it easy to grab groceries and fresh bread. One of the best features was the air conditioning—it was already on when we entered the loft, which was very welcoming, especially on warm days. The apartment is nicely arranged, with a dishwasher and provided towels adding to the comfort. I also appreciated the local recommendations, especially for food and gastronomy, which enhanced my experience of the area. However, there were a few minor shortcomings. There was only one fork available, the shower gel supply was insufficient, and a mop was missing, which would have been helpful for cleaning. Additionally, the aroma liquid that was supposed to be in the jar was missing. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay, with just a few small details that could be improved.

When I booked I read the complete explanation about the property and I then messaged the property for the answers I still needed. There was no mention at time of booking of a gym, it did say they had a restaurant and a shuttle to the airport. To confirm I messaged the property and they said there was a gym, a restaurant and a shuttle. When we got to the hotel, it was a Saturday and the desk clerk stated there was no gym and the restaurant isn't open on the weekends but we can walk to the closest restaurants which were at the airport and no shuttle during the weekend. End of explanation! I received an email after check in asking if I needed anything to which I replied about these missing features, to which they replied I should have read their website where it supposedly explains more about these 3 items. I surely wouldn't have booked had this information been properly stated on the booking website.
