AAnonymous UserEXPERIENCIA DECEPCIONANTE. Nos dieron una habitación que no tenía ni cortinas ni persianas y no pegamos ojo en toda la noche. Se suponía que nos habían hecho un upgrade porque el hotel no estaba lleno y en lugar de darnos la habitación que yo había reservado, nos dieron ésta sin cortinas… ¿eso es un upgrade? Había un foco justo en la ventana que iluminaba la fachada exterior así que dormimos con un foco apuntándonos toda la noche. Lamentable. Esa habitación no debería estar en el catálogo hasta que no se resuelva este problema porque vas a un hotel a descansar, no a contar ovejas. La habitación tampoco tenía espejo de cuerpo entero y había muy poco espacio para dejar las cosas en el baño. Para ser un cinco estrellas, habitaciones muy básicas. No volveré ni lo recomendaré.

SSantiMMFor convenience, I decided to have a snack at the NH Oquendo cafeteria with a client, taking advantage of the fact that I was staying there.
Service at the level of any franchise cafeteria found in suburban shopping centers in any city.
Once we were served, I asked for a little oil for the bread and honey for the cheese. In the photos you can see what they took and what they charged.
In some respects, nh Palacio de Oquendo does not live up to the city in which it is located or the prices it charges.

GGuest UserWe were originally assigned to room 101, but there was no WiFi signal at all. After reporting it to the hotel, they immediately changed our room to premium. Very good service. The room was very big and spacious, I loved it.

KKoutianyangyuA very grand hotel, the building is the appearance of the ancient Roman Colosseum, the room is large and comfortable, the breakfast is good, the location is a few hundred meters away from the Roman Bridge, although I only stayed for one night, I was impressed

SSa CrisThe hotel’s location is about 25 mins walk from the stations (bus and train). And is just a minute or two from Plaza Mayor.
When checking in, check your email as they might have sent you instructions on how to get in. Otherwise, call them through the phone number provided as there might be a time wherein the staff is occupied with another task. There is no receptionist that can assist you whenever but they are very accommodating when you call them.

GGuest UserThe apartment was very nice. The location was very good. We were right in the city centre. they had a kitchen which made it easy to cook own meals also washing machine to clean out clothes. It was very clean. There were too large beds that were very comfortable. However, the only issue was that there was no available parking however the staff did recommend a place to park which was very helpful. Overall, I’d recommend this place to stay.

JJoseph DaytonWe enjoyed our one night at the hotel. The lobby and the common spaces were all well decorated and clean. The rooms were well kept, clean and comfortable, everything worked.
The only thing that was a bit disappointing was breakfast, there were few choices and just underwhelming for a four star hotel.
I would still recommend this hotel and would stay there again

The condition is not new, even where it requires upgrades. The hotel is declared as 4 stars, but in fact 3.
We stopped for 2 nights, went on business, ripped and paid attention to the state of the state.
Breakfast costs 9 euros, delicious enough diverse.
