Housekeeping done a great job, front desk staffs are helpful.They been helpful with my parcel order. As foreigners, we really need some of their guidance. Bedroom is comfy, and the water heater n pressure are good too. Only a little transparency on the shower glass, which I noticed this is a norm thing in china. But my preference is still hope the frosted glass can be re enfored . Location is a plus. About 10 minutes to chunxi train station. I will still stay this hotel if I were to go again.

On December 30, 10:30 p.m. Due to booking the wrong month and my inexperienced language communication As a result, I almost had a security deposit of 96 yuan collected from the official. For the reason that they did not trust me to stay. I had to show the luggage slip to the staff to confirm my continued stay. Make him change his mind about not doing that. Luckily I still have the same type of room. and can stay continuously for 3 days without having to move rooms around And on the last day, I still have to use the luggage storage service. to prepare for the return trip

It’s a hotel located between T1 and T2 in Chengdu airport, very easy to find if you follow the signs after exiting the arrivals zone. Staff at the desk speaks English, didn’t have any problems with communication. One thing to be aware of: since the hotel is very close to the airport, sounds of the airport can be heard in the late evening and night, so those who are noise sensitive, proceed booking with caution. Their breakfast is decent as well, with a lot to choose from Chinese to Western cuisine. Wasn’t crowded on a weekday at around 9:00AM. The room has all amenities: toothbrush, towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap. Definitely a place I’d recommend to stay at if you have a layover in Chengdu.

This is a very nice and cozy place, very near to Chun Xi Rd so it’s very convenient access and go anywhere including the airport bus nearby. But yet its away enough from the bustling crowd. Stayed in 3 different rooms during the trip. Food is easily accessible too. There is also a shop right infront with lots of panda and local souvenirs. The front desk area is a good relaxing area and also has a nice chill out roof top bar Aloha. There is a billiard table for those who enjoy that. Only thing is it’s a little odd with a wet market on L1 and only a small entrance to the lift leading up to the reception on L3. But not a bad thing as you can experience real daily live in CD. It’s not a noisy market though, just a quiet market with spices and local supply. Two feedbacks (1) There is no where to hang up clothes in the room although hangers are provided (2) The hand wash bottle is the foam type and the liquid inside is not foam type. The bottle is not compatible with the liquid. So when press nothing can come out. Please change the bottle to normal pump bottle instead of the foam bottle.

Kept our luggage when we were only going to stay there a couple days later. Place was clean and accessible to main shopping area. No smoke smell in the rooms. Only thing is that the hotel entrance is actually under their sister brand Jian Guo, which led to some confusion initially. Would book again nonetheless.

I got a room with window and was staying for two nights. The room is ok. Furniture might seems to be a little but old (the wooden part) but everything works normally. The staff is really nice. They came to make our room for another day of staying. They changed all towels, slippers, water and etc. The place is near by pharmacy which open 24/7. The opposite of the hotel is a minimart which sell many kind of products such as dairy profuct, fruits and food. It is only 7 mins walk from Chunxi road and also not far from Tianfu square

Recommend this hotel! Location is very good. Subway station is in 10 mins. Also next to the hotel you can find a good park, delicious restaurants and caffès. Rooms is very comfortable and staff is really helpful. They gave me a great recommendations for different places that I asked. Also in the hotel you can find good breakfast with great view.

We were like wow, wow, wow of its great location ! Just few steps away, you will find the vibrant shopping and eateries area. There are simply a lot of shops, malls to see and browse ! Do allocate some time for that ya. We just love the room that comes with a living hall as it gives a sense of staying just at your own home, seating area is comfortable and not just one single chair at the working desk or one single sofa which is absiolutely not enough ! The reception ladies especially Xiao Yue was very accomodating and works very fast ! Check in, check out, luggage handling were all super efficient. Kudos Xiao Yue ! Last one, the hotel name is TRAVELLING WITH !

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the IFS and Taikoo Li check-in places. The staff's attitude and service are very good. They are very enthusiastic. When checking in, the front desk will pour a cup of rose tea, which is freshly brewed. It is very good. The breakfast hours are also very nice, from 7:00 to 10:00. When we went downstairs to have breakfast at 10:00, it was still open, and we could still eat. This is still good. The breakfast is buffet-style, with both Chinese and Western food. The variety looks good, and the taste is also good. The room is clean, and the bathroom with the shower is dry and wet separated. Overall, it is worth recommending.

Staffs there were so nice, its suitable for 1-2days stay only, will not recommend if u r staying for more days. Room heater is not warm enough which resulted us from waking up in the middle of the night as its too cold. On our last day theres only cold water only not sure why, didnt bother to ask the staffs as theres no phone in the room to contact the counter. They provided counter number for us to use our phone to dial but we are foreigners so unable to do so.

I am satisfied with this hotel from check in process till the check out. Everything went on smoothly. Most importantly, the bed is comfortable and clean. The wc is warmed for the winter season which is greatly appreciated. I had a chance to speak with Xiau Du and true enough she is very helpful. The staffs may need to learn from her as her standard can be quite high being an experienced manager. I had a few occasion when other guests are speaking a little too loud, but the staffs handled it very professionally. I respect that. And I do appreciate that they care about every guests. It takes about 5 min drive to the entrance of the National Park, which need to flag down a taxi and every time, need to haggle with their pricing. Standard is rmb15, but some will charge rmb20. The hotel is located right next to all the food restaurant and convenient stores. Overall, the stay is really good and glad to be able to find this hotel. Hope to come back again for even greater experience. All the best to the hotel. Maintain the cleanliness and provide more assistance to international guests would definitely be a great thing for the hotel to come out greater than the rest of the nearby hotels. I recently stayed at this hotel, which is a bit further from the main entrance but easily accessible via Didi. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, featuring heated floors and excellent amenities. The hotel environment was cozy, complemented by an outdoor hot spring for relaxation. Unfortunately, the gym was under construction during my visit, which was disappointing. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a comfortable atmosphere, making it a great choice for exploring the beautiful Jiuzhaigou area.

-staff can speak english -staff can help you book your return bus to chengdu -staff can send you to bus station if the bus cannot pick up infront the hotel -they have a small cafe & restaurant at the hotel lobby -staff can help you book taxi to shuangqiao valley -good floor heating system -need to be at the hotel before 10pm..if not you cannot enter the hotel

The receptionist very nice and kind, especially Liu Yu (forgot to ask her name but I got her name from her colleague). Not sure whether she still remembers us, but we are the guest who check out on 27/11/24. Breakfast was good too.

However, we were misled by the hotel name, the hot spring is not real hot spring, it’s just jacuzzi…although they change water every time, the tub is still dirty, my back is full of sands afterwards…..and the water is not hot enough. Service is not adequate and professional enough.

A newly built hotel. The hotel is clean and cosy. The room comes with heated pad beds which make us feel warm during a cold winter. The hotel will assign a personal bulter to each room to take care of our needs. Thank you 小航 for the service. Highly recommended to stay in this hotel. The hotel is situated not too far from Jiuzhaigou National Park.

The hotel is near the bus stop from huanglongjiuzhai station, the building behind KFC. Around the hotel , there are many restaurants and shops. We stayed here for 3 nights, and walked to jiuzhai valley national park, my parents liked there and this hotel very much . The view from my families room is superb!

Get off the bus at the parking lot from Chengdu, walk out onto the street and walk to the left, walk up a bit, about 70 meters, you will see a bridge, turn left, walk across the bridge, and walk for 200 meters, you will see the hotel on the right, a yellow building. The hotel has an awning in front. There is breakfast, the room is clean, the bed is soft, sleep very comfortably, the room is just not soundproof. Everything else is good. I highly recommend this hotel if anyone comes to sleep at Bipengou. In the morning, you can check out and leave your bags at the hotel. Then go to Bipengou conveniently. After sightseeing, come back to get your bags and take the bus back to Chengdu.

Hotel Review I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall positive experience. Pros: The smart AI technology integrated into the hotel operations was impressive and made my stay more convenient. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The complimentary breakfast was both delicious and varied, a great way to start the day. The customer service was excellent—staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. The hotel provided a complimentary shuttle bus, which was very thoughtful given its location outside walking distance from major attractions. Cons: The only downside was the shower, which couldn’t provide adequate hot water. This was disappointing and slightly detracted from an otherwise great experience. Overall, I would recommend this hotel, especially for those who appreciate modern technology and great service, though I hope they address the shower issue soon.

The room is decent. Heating floor is good There is reastaurants nearby. The hotel locate not far from jiuzhaigou scenic area entrance. Can take the taxi from the hotel to jiuzhaigou around 15 yuan.
