My experience at Yinqi Tang Hotel was fantastic! The hotel’s ambiance is elegant and peaceful, the rooms are clean, tidy, well-equipped, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and it’s very reassuring to stay here. A special thank you to Xiao Liu, the staff member who was warm, attentive, and patient throughout, always ready to answer questions and respond to needs promptly. The overall value is high; it’s peaceful amidst the hustle and bustle, and convenient to get around. I would definitely choose this place again when I come to Chengdu next time and highly recommend it! 😄

Woo... an absolutely fantastic stay at the upscale Joyhub Air Hotel! On April 20th, 2026, check-in was a breeze – quick, no deposit required, just a passport registration. The staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful. The location is excellent, and the room was spotless with a cozy duvet on the bed – everything I could ask for. The room itself was very spacious, offering a relaxing garden view outside, which I captured in many photos. After settling in, I explored the hotel's facilities, which were also stunning. I thoroughly enjoyed the buffet dinner; there was a huge variety of delicious food. I paid CNY 298 / RM 178 (for 2 people) in cash, as Alipay wasn't accepted. There weren't many tourists dining, and every dish was incredibly tasty. The next day, April 21st, I tidied up my room before checking out. I left the room at 4:45 AM and returned my key card at the reception, and check-out was also quick. It's about a 10-minute leisurely walk from the hotel to the airport terminal – you just cross a bridge to enter the airport. At the airport, female customs officers scan you before entry. The hotel is directly opposite Terminal 1. I would happily recommend this place to my family and friends. I booked this hotel for a layover in Chengdu, and it wasn't quite what I expected. The cover photo showed it in a tall building, but in reality, you have to drive into a parking lot, and the lobby isn't at the main entrance. The decor is a bit old, and things inside are showing significant wear and tear. The soundproofing in the room was also pretty poor. I booked a special offer king room and was given a room at the end of the hall. I asked the front desk that evening if an upgrade was possible, which is something I usually do when staying at hotels. However, the front desk's response wasn't very satisfactory. Also, be aware that the hotel charges for parking. The cleanliness was okay, but some of the facilities are definitely too old and worn out. What was really puzzling was the lack of charging ports by the bed.

The round bed room was quite spacious, and the location is ideal – less than a minute's walk to Chunxi Road. Right across the street, there's a nameless 'maocai' (Sichuan hot pot stew) place that's really tasty, and there's a 24-hour convenience store right next door to the hotel. The front desk service was excellent; they even helped me out when I needed a local number for an airport transfer I booked on Taobao. My friend had booked a large room and they upgraded her to a round bed room for free. The only minor drawback was that the room lighting wasn't bright enough.

The environment is comfortable, and the service attitude is excellent. The explanations were very detailed, making it perfect for early morning flights. The breakfast was diverse and plentiful, and the restaurant environment was comfortable, clean, and hygienic, with a wide variety of options. Check-in was convenient. I'll definitely continue to support this hotel.

I'll definitely choose this place again for my next travels!

This hotel offers incredible value for money! It's right next to Hongxing Bridge Metro Station Exit C, just a few steps away. Line 3 takes you directly to Chunxi Road/Taikoo Li in two stops, and it's super convenient to get to Kuanzhai Alley and Jianshe Road Food Street. The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free. The bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. All necessary toiletries were provided, and the hot water pressure was strong. The front desk staff were very friendly, check-in and check-out were quick, and they were always responsive. There are plenty of great food options nearby, and getting around is a breeze. A must-stay when you're in Chengdu!

The photos make it seem like this hotel occupies its own standalone building, but that isn’t the case. It is actually located on the 15th and 18th floors of an older building, which makes the overall experience feel less premium than expected. While the hotel floors themselves have a modern, futuristic design, the contrast with the rest of the building was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the room we booked did not have a window, which was not clearly communicated in the images on trip.com, which did disappoint us. During our visit, there was also very loud construction noise. To their credit, the staff responded promptly and moved us to another floor. However, the noise was still noticeable even after the room change. The hotel offered a 5% discount as compensation, but we felt it was insufficient given the inconvenience caused, especially since we would also not be able to collect Trip.com coins for this stay. As a result, we declined the offer.

I visited Chengdu and stayed at the Yueya Hotel, which I found to be quite good value for money, especially during the off-season when the prices are very reasonable. I booked a comfortable twin room, which was clean and tidy, with large windows providing great ventilation. The only minor downsides were that the front desk and guest rooms are in separate areas, and the soundproofing was a little lacking. However, the value for money definitely makes up for it. The breakfast, priced at only 10 yuan per person, offered a good variety. The hotel entrance also had a good selection of complimentary disposable toiletries, toothbrushes, and slippers. The lobby area was very aesthetically pleasing. Plus, the hotel has a laundry room, which is a great bonus. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Chengdu.

fantastic view from our corner room 718. day time and evening was amazing. clean, quiet. and comfortable. close to everything we needed. the only negative was workmen below renovating the park which was noisy at times. at the rate theyre working they will finish soon. and the toilet is in close proximity to the sleeping area little privacy.
