Despite being in a busy location, the hotel tries to create a relaxing environment. Room even has background/ambient music and Bluetooth for you to hook up your favourite music. The beds come with memory pillow and a soft pillow option and the bed is not to the extent of a rock hard Asian type bed.

Stay two night here. Hotel downstair is a supermarket, you can get everything from there direct access from the hotel lift to lower ground floor. There also have 2 unit of washing machine and dryer. It will be peak during night time.

Our stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel near Changbai Mountain was delightful. While the room was slightly dated, it was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere amidst the stunning mountain views. The staff (小张和小邹) offered excellent service, and the dining options featured a tasty mix of local and international dishes. One of the highlights was the outdoor hot spring, which was awesome in the freezing winter! With easy access to hiking trails and scenic spots, it’s a perfect blend of luxury and nature. Highly recommended for a rejuvenating getaway!

The hotel is generally good. Although the facilities are a bit old, the service is OK. There are no cumbersome procedures from check-in to check-out, and no deposit is required. The front desk is also warm and thoughtful to answer the questions we asked! Worth recommending

However, the lobby has a small convenience store room that is open sometimes.

We had a wonderful stay at the Yatai Hotel, the staff were amazing; extremely friendly, helpful and the service throughout our stay was of a high professional standard. We were close to great restaurants and tourist sights, we could walk to almost everywhere, and centrally located only a short 5-10min taxi ride to the Changchun Railway Station. The rooms were very clean, modern and convenient. This was my second stay at Yatai Hotel. And it won’t be my last!

Overall, we were very satisfied with this hotel as it ticked all the boxes for us. We really recommend it and are definitely coming back.

One standout feature is the personalized service of a travel butler; 大玲儿, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure our trip was seamless. She addressed all our queries, arranged transportation, handled all necessary bookings, and regularly checked on our welfare, ensuring we had everything we needed, from extra water in our room to confirming our Changbaishan plans. Most of the staff in this hotel is well trained and offer to help me during check in and check out. 5 mins Walking distance to a big shopping mall in YanJi. Location is superb. Take taxi to nearby attractions also near, easily to get taxi at front door. Definitely will be back if I travel to YanJi again.

Overall, I was quite satisfied. The location is right next to the high-speed rail station, which is very convenient for catching an early train the next day. The subway station is also very close. When I arrived at the hotel, they said that the room was not ready, but they quickly urged me to arrange it, which did not delay my trip. The service attitude was quite good.

There are couple of things that I love about this hotel and some things that they can be improve. 1. Hotel is nice, bed is comfy as expected 2 . Very near to the mall, where there are tons of delicious food/ restaurants there 3. There is subway just beside the hotel which is very convenient if you choose to take subway 4. Breakfast is varies from Chinese to western which is great. I usually have omelette, toasted bread, coffee and juices. We had issue with the air purifier, and asked for someone to fix it then seems it couldn’t be fixed, then they keep coming back coz after 5 mins of use it’s broken again. We asked to change to another one, at first they keep saying that no way that it’s broken, but it is broken. Finally they changed, but they wasted our time, we wanted to sleep early instead having them in the room with us. This kind service should be improved. They should just take it away and fixed it somewhere else and not to disturb guests.

The best thing about it is the location- right outside the Changchun railway station. I arrived from Jilin City via high speed train. Took the south exit and the hotel is right there across street from the south exit. The breakfast is included and offers a great variety of choices, both Chinese and Western styles. I only stayed for one night and didn’t check out the gym and other amenities but overall it was well worth it.

The hotel isn't near to any places of attraction, nothing walkable for those who want to save on transportation, however the price is really good so still worth the effort. Their service is really good, just 1 call to room service and they will come immediately. They clean the room daily yet don't vacuum the room everyday.

The decoration of the Yingbin Building was disturbing my rest, so the hotel upgraded me to the VIP Building for free. I accepted the hotel's kindness, which also gave me a chance to compare. Stayed here for 2 nights. Location is near the Wanda mall. It’s also 10mins short drive to 网红墙. It’s a “smart” hotel with robots delivering your ordered food from Mei Tuan. Room is also controlled by AI assistant “Xiao Du”. Hotel manager very helpful. He provides local information as well as facilitates guests queries effectively. Hotel provides free self service laundry on the 11th floor. You do need to understand Chinese to use it. We were there in December and room central heating is too warm to our liking and cannot be controlled effectively within the room even with “Xiao Du”help. Housekeeping between the 2 days can be improve as well. However I will still recommend this hotel if you are in YanJi.

This hotel is located walking distance to lots of stores and eating places. The price is very reasonable for what they provide. My room was small, but perfect for one person or a couple. Everything was neat and tidy. The hotel has a washing machine on the first floor that guests are free to use at no charge. A Chinese stye buffet breakfast is available which is very adequate to start your day. Staff was somewhat reserved but helpful. Some had English as well which was appreciated. Definitely would stay in this hotel again.

The room has a large tatami that can sleep at least 4 people and is very warm. The bedding given to the children is very thick.
