GGuest UserI was lucky enough to get an upgrade, and the room was spacious and clean. They provided disposable towels and bathrobes, and there was a fridge – my first RV experience was absolutely perfect! The service was incredibly attentive; whenever I asked a question in the butler group chat, I'd get an immediate reply. The shuttle driver recommended a restaurant that was super delicious. And the breakfast in the morning was excellent. In the evening, we went to the nearby dunes to stargaze and try sandboarding, which was a wonderful experience. Because our itinerary was a bit tight, we didn't get to try the desert off-roading or the bonfire party (both free). I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit.

Yyubo823This is the first time I've specifically waited to review a hotel: 1. Location: Less than 10 minutes from the high-speed train station, very convenient. 2. Service: Beyond five-star service! They added me on WeChat in advance, and all the hotel staff were incredibly enthusiastic. Every detail was meticulously taken care of, from bottled water available everywhere to free laundry and drying facilities, complete with laundry detergent. In the evenings, there were complimentary sweet soups, milk, and pastries. It was so convenient when traveling with a child and ordering extra food. There were welcome gifts upon check-in and also gifts upon check-out, plus a play area for kids. An excellent hotel! 👍👍👍

GGuest User⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended! If you come to Lanzhou, you must stay at the Hyatt Regency Lanzhou! The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows of the river view room offer a truly stunning view. Looking down at the Yellow River from high up, with the continuous loess hills in the distance alongside urban buildings, it's a breathtaking scene straight out of a photo. Watching the sunrise and sunset here is incredibly therapeutic. The room is spacious and clean, the bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent. The breakfast is a real highlight, featuring authentic Lanzhou beef noodles, milk egg *laozao* (fermented glutinous rice soup), and a full array of local specialties. The hotel's location is superb, right next to the Waterwheel Park, making it very convenient for walks along the Yellow River. The front desk and service staff are attentive and thoughtful. The heated swimming pool and gym facilities are also comprehensive. This stay far exceeded my expectations. It's my top choice for a trip to Lanzhou, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!

GGuest UserI stayed in a 4-person room. The room was minimalist and medium-small, with lockers – basic but comfortable. The common area is stylish and inviting, with plenty of seating, cozy corners, plants, kettles, and power outlets, though it’s on a high floor with a glass ceiling – warm when hot, cozy when cold, and the few fans aren’t always enough. The staff at the desk were friendly, laundry facilities available, though no snacks or cold drinks. The area is urban, among regular buildings, so not particularly attractive from the outside, but within walking distance to the museum and the metro station, with a large supermarket and several food options nearby. Overall, a decent place to stay in Lanzhou.

HHuangqijinqiangyuI brought my parents, who are in their 70s, to visit Maiji Mountain. The hostess was incredibly warm and attentive. After arriving at the North Gate 1 of the Maiji Mountain scenic area, we just made a call and she came directly to pick us up and take us to the guesthouse. The room was spotless, not a speck of dust anywhere. For dinner, we had mushroom stew with free-range chicken and stir-fried wild vegetables – truly delicious! 😋 The next day, she dropped us off at the entrance of the Maiji Mountain scenic spot at 7:30 AM, so we were the first ones to go in at 8:30 AM. After our visit, we saw a super long queue had already formed outside. Afterward, we took a taxi to explore Xianren Cliff and Jingtu Temple. Finally, the hostess even drove our luggage to the Line 34 bus stop to drop us off. It was a truly perfect day, so relaxed and easy. We avoided the crowds in the morning and didn't have to wait in long lines, making for a 10/10 visiting experience. Huge thanks to the hostess for the pick-up and drop-off service!

BBeijinghuzhuangzhuThe hotel's location is excellent, right opposite Shazhou Night Market. The room decor is also very nice. I forgot to take pictures of breakfast, but they had a great selection of cold dishes, hot dishes, fruits, and drinks. There's parking available right in front of the hotel and also an underground garage. In the evening, after visiting Crescent Spring, we took the free shuttle bus that drops you near the hotel, and it was only a 7-8 minute walk back to rest. So convenient! Plus, the room even has a bathtub, perfect for the kids to soak in after a tiring day. From its location to its service, this hotel is simply perfect. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Dunhuang!!

ZZhenxi0929This was by far the most welcoming and hospitable hotel we stayed at during our Northwest loop trip. We checked in around 1 PM, and the front desk staff proactively upgraded our room. The new room type was incredibly spacious, with a logical layout and stylish decor, and the tea-drinking area was absolutely charming. The entire guesthouse's common areas were beautiful, with tons of photo opportunities and rich, authentic Northwestern decorative elements. In the afternoon, we enjoyed the water toys in the hotel pool. The guesthouse even provided a complimentary travel photoshoot, and the pictures turned out great! We also got to pick apricots, and seriously, they were the sweetest apricots I've ever tasted, haha. No matter where we went, the enthusiastic staff greeted us and immediately offered assistance, making the experience truly exceptional. After a day of exploring, we returned to the room to relax, and the facilities were top-notch, ensuring a fantastic night's sleep. When we checked out the next day, the front desk even gave us a cute camel plushie as a gift. If I come to Dunhuang again, I will definitely choose this guesthouse. Highly recommend!

WWZXSYXAfter comparing several guesthouses, I finally chose Burberry, and it certainly didn't disappoint. The guesthouse's decor is absolutely beautiful, and the common areas are very spacious, even featuring a pool. They have outdoor movies at night, and for visiting Mingsha Mountain, they offer free sand shoe covers and a shuttle service. The staff at the guesthouse were incredibly warm and attentive, and their travel photographer took some amazing shots. It was a fantastic experience overall.

GGuest UserI came for the beautiful public decor and the desert dune view, and it did not disappoint! The stay was also very comfortable; the cleaning staff did an excellent job, making for a super great experience. It's very close to the Mingsha Mountain parking lot, making access to and from the scenic area very convenient. Getting to Mogao Grottoes in the morning was also quick, only a 20-minute drive! The environment is peaceful, and it happened to be sunny during my two-day stay. This location, free from city lights, offers a crystal-clear view of the stars – perfect for stargazing enthusiasts! It's also not far from the city center, about a 10-20 minute drive if you're self-driving. Breakfast is usually at 8 AM, but they were also able to provide an early packed breakfast for us when we needed to leave early. Overall, I'm very satisfied!
