AAnonymous UserThe location is very central. Dresden isn't that big, so staying anywhere in the old town is fine. This place feels more like a budget hotel, but the price isn't expensive either. Hotels in Dresden are much cheaper than in other cities. It's a bit old but clean and tidy. You can get sparkling water from the hallway. Check-out at noon is great.
A highlight is being able to use the swimming pool and the outdoor hot tub/jacuzzi that can fit five or six people. After seeing it, I immediately went to Primark and bought a 7-euro swimsuit to use it. The pool temperature is higher than usual, which is nice. No need to bring a swimming cap.
The sauna seems to be co-ed. I saw the men's changing room from the sauna! 😂 I quickly ran to get dressed when I saw someone walk by! 😱
You need to wear slippers to enter the pool area. Slippers aren't expensive to buy, and the hotel also provides disposable ones.
There are music festivals in the square outside during summer, but you can't hear the sound. It's great for strolling around at night.
We found the Japanese restaurant on the second floor, which has good reviews, to be particularly unappetizing, and the service was incredibly slow. Not recommended.
AAnonymous UserThe room and bathroom are very large and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was full. The location is very good, walking along the river to the Senbo Opera, Zwenger Palace, Notre Dame Church and other attractions are convenient.
GGuest UserVery good location, attentive service, and a good breakfast. We had problems with the air conditioning, but they quickly resolved the issue. It was annoying that the cleaning staff came to the room twice in the morning. If checkout is at 11 a.m., guests shouldn't be disturbed in the morning.
XXiaolongThere are ants in the room on the first floor of the villa. The environment is beautiful, the breakfast is good, the swimming fee is 5 euros per person, and the children are half price. Parking is charged. Don't be together like a stranger
GGuest UserClose to the city center, so I had breakfast at the bagel shop across the street. It's conveniently within walking distance to Leipzig city center. However, being near the city center, it was in a concrete jungle, but the laundry facilities were excellent.
GGuest UserThis hotel felt incredibly luxurious, the kind of place where the wealthy stay. Since it was a special occasion, my partner and I decided to splurge on a junior suite, even though it was pricey. The moment we walked in, we were greeted by a hallway so spacious we almost got lost – a true commoner's perspective! We had welcome drinks, along with beer and snacks. I was delighted to see a welcome message on the TV. Location-wise, it's a bit far from any station, so I'd recommend taking the tram. If you try to walk to the station with luggage without using the tram, it's a really tough journey. However, the Christmas market is less than a two-minute walk away, so if you're comfortable with trams, it might be a good option. Breakfast was also delicious. Since we were nearing the end of our trip, we decided to use the laundry service. Due to train schedules, we had to leave by 10:00 AM, so we asked if the laundry could be ready by 9:30 AM, but they refused. We ended up missing our train and waiting. Surprisingly, the laundry was delivered by 9:00 AM! It really made me think, 'High-end hotels are different!' But... this laundry service cost ¥50,000! If you're considering using it, I highly recommend checking the price beforehand. There wasn't any special scent or anything.
HHaixiaoJessThe room is big. Unfortunately we didn’t know that we have to take executive rooms in order to have the access to executive boardroom. Could be better if it specifies at the booking page. But overall it was a pleasant stay.
GGuest UserThe hotel is actually quite clean. Prei performance for the location is quite OK.
However, the room equipment and the bathroom have come somewhat in the years.
Breakfast: super!
AAnonymous UserThe location is very good, a few steps from the train station, very close to the zoo, the room in the center of Leipzig is very high and the number of floors is very good, overlooking the scenery of Leipzig.
GGuest UserThe hotel room is modernly furnished. I personally missed a small fridge and a coffee/tea maker in the rooms. The spa area is very nice, although the pool water is quite cold. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
The cleanliness is also good. However, I was personally shocked by the extremely worn seating in the dining area. It is cheeky of the management to expect guests to sit in such seating.
This urgently needs to be changed.
