This is a formerly Westin property. While i can see that this property once was an amazing hotel with lots of land and amenities, i could tell the new management wasn't doing a great maintenance job. Lots of wear and tears in common areas. But still the rooms were clean and while the location isnt in downtown, lots of restaurant options nearby to make it appealing

Stayed at the DoubleTree Kingston and had a great experience. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the breakfast at Cannery Kitchen was excellent. Loved the warm cookie at check-in! Only downside was some hallway noise, but overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Great location in Richmond Hill. Convenient to shopping malls restaurants bars and more. Lots of things to choose from. Indoor swimming pool gym and Starbucks coffee shop in the lobby area. They also have shops in the complex for all you need. I would recommend this hotel to all in this area. Only kickback no airport shuttle bus service. Need to book a taxi or other way of transport

I went to Canada for a short visit to relatives and stayed in this hotel several times. It is next to City Hall in downtown Hamilton. There are supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants downstairs. It is not far from Go Center, so it is very convenient for eating and traveling. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service is also OK. You can overlook Lake Ontario through the window of the room. During the stay, I went to Niagara for a day and checked out. I forgot to take a newly bought facial cleanser. When I came back to check in on the third day, I explained the situation to the front desk and asked if they could help find it. The staff was a young Indian-looking woman 😅 glanced at me coldly, perfunctorily said a few words, and then never said anything else. Well, when you go out, just ask for safety and don't care. The overall feeling of this hotel is not bad, suitable for short-term stay.

There is no light on celling the first room they give me, before I went down to the front desk, I ask the housekeeping lady and she told me talk to front desk room after 21, there is no celling light, the room inside was very dark, I went down told front desk and changed another room and then she give me room 25, I told her housekeeping lady told me no celling light after 21 then she ask me go upstairs to check first, after I check and going back down said no night, she give me another room #49, I told her again no celling light after room #21, she still give me room#49 , I told her to call housekeeping department to check but she ask me go to check by myself, I never heard a 4 stars hotel will asked guess to check room for front desk, she don't want to change another room for me before I check room#49. Then I go upstairs to check then going back down again. She told me there is no more rooms available. I told her I want to talk to her supervisor, her supervisor come out and finally give me room#11 room with a celling light . Total I using 1 hour to check-in. That is what kind of hotel it is.

This experience was simply great! As soon as I stepped into the hotel, I was impressed by the brand new facilities and spacious space, and the decoration was modern and stylish. More surprising, at 8 o'clock in the evening, the hotel held a lion dance show with a Chinese flavor. The scene was full of drums and drums, and the lion dance was lively and flexible, and the Spring Festival atmosphere was strong. The beds in the room are soft and comfortable, all facilities are available, the service staff are also very warm and thoughtful, and every link makes people feel very comfortable. This stay is really super satisfied!

The room is very clean and it is right next to the famous farm. It is very cost-effective. It is a hotel in a small town. There is not much to eat nearby. Although breakfast is free, it is indeed unsatisfactory. It can only be said to be okay.

Our check-in process was bad. Even though we booked 3 rooms, only 2 were recognized by the hotel. It took more than 30 minutes to check in, and the ”solution” suggested by the hotel was to pay for my 3rd room. In addition to me being charged by Trip.com (C$777.21), I had to pay an extra $250.00 approximatey for the 3rd room. The 3 rooms my family stayed in were rooms 312, 317 and 318. Don't be busy without taking photos, it's not that there are too few parking spaces in the hotel on weekends. The front desk gave me an address to go to other parking. I parked the car and walked back for more than five minutes, and the charge was charged. Super inconvenient, others are okay
