The hotel was fantastic, great location and great facilities. The staff were also top class, extremely helpful and polite. Nathaly on reception ensured we were not only up to date of what the hotel could offer but provide a city map and pointed out lots of areas of interest for us to explore. Matthew in the concierge team was equally helpful and polite, leading use directly into the subway from the hotel to prevent us needing to carry heavy cases down the steep steps at the external entrance. Many thanks for helping make Toronto a great experience.

The hotel is located within 10min drive from Toronto airport, which is very convenient for transit passengers. The hotel offers free shuttle to and from airport every 30 minutes. The restaurant opens till 11pm and has a reasonable menu to choose from.  Overall, good experience as we only stayed for one night for our onward journey.

Super tolle Lage an den Niagara Fällen. Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer mit Blick auf die Niagara Fälle. Freundlicher Empfang. Valet Parking für unseren Miet SUV = 100 Kanadische Dollar. Aufgrund der Top Lage ist das Hotel sehr beliebt und daher von sehr vielen Menschen besucht. Der Andrang am Frühstücksbüffet bereits um 7:30 Uhr ist immens. Wartezeit am Buffet für ein Omelett mind. 20 Minuten und beim Rest vom Buffet geht es drunter und drüber. Sitzplätze werden selber ausgesucht was zu einem mittleren Chaos führt. Das Personal ist heillos überfordert. Hier sollte man die Frühstückspolitik eventuell nochmal überdenken. Einzig toll am Frühstück ist der Ausblick auf die Niagarafälle

Good place to stay. But the heater noise was kinda loud but not warm enough. We thought that it was all like in Canada that however, we stayed at the other hotel the next day, they had an LG air conditioner with a heater. The heater was very quiet and very warm. We even had to open the window somehow.

Honestly I had a wonderful stay. The room was cleanly, had all needed amenities, the beds were so comfy, and the service we got from the staff was excellent. Incredibly convenient parking, and the pricing was very cheap for the value of what we got.

It's a hidden gem. The hotel is really nice. It has perfect location, convenient parking (paid ~$50/night though). There is 24/7 coffee, tea in the dining area next to the lobby. We had a room on the 6 floor, new and clean (room itself and the bathroom), the view from the room was also nice. Beds were comfortable, there was a choice of pillows. There was refrigerator and microwave in the room. Hotel provided very nice breakfast! Staff on the reception was nice except for one girl. When we tried to check in, she said we have to provide credit card, we told her that we have debit card or cash ( to leave as a deposit). Her reply was - then you can change the hotel, there is plenty nearby. (BTW, the room was prepaid online already). Other than that girl everything was great!

The location is excellent, with undisturbed views of all three falls. Hospitality is as expected from Marriott. Within walking distance to many eateries and the falls. Highly recommended to select the rooms that guaranteed views of the falls, with great sunrise views in the morning, and fireworks and light show at night.

2nd times stay in this hotel, good location , have gym room and free shuttle to hotel/airport. walk 5 to 7minutes to restaurant near by. Recommended.

Great clean room and love the city view! Room is spacious. Nice firm bed. Bathroom is clean and spacious too! Do note that they do not have electric kettle in the rooms, so do request for one if you need one. Slightly outside of downtown Toronto approx 20-30mins drive out, depending on traffic. Got the room at a great price during Black Friday, for non peak season!

This hotel is amazing! We were on our honeymoon and received an upgrade to a jacuzzi room with a falls view! The view from our room was absolutely amazing, we looked right down over the falls! The staff also gave us food vouchers and it was a very generous gesture and we were very appreciative of it! The room was clean and the hotel was well maintained. The only issue I had at this hotel was they charged a $100 deposit as I don’t have a credit card, and there was issues with getting the deposit back as they said they released it back to my ‘credit card’ however I explained a debit/ credit doesn’t work like they, they became confrontational, the general manager called me and he was a bit rude and arrogant. I still have not received my deposit back. My husband and I are on a cross country road trip for our honey moon and have stayed in quite a few hotels so far, and this was they only hotel that had an issue with refunding the deposit.

At first glance, the hotel looks very new. The back of the hair dryer is covered in dust. There are two bottles of shower gel but no shampoo... I was speechless when I opened my head. I could only console myself that it was someone else's foundation that was not washed off. What else can I say? At 9 o'clock in the morning, the room service knocked hard on the door. Do you still need to help me clean the house if I only stay for one night?

I’m a big fan of the Canopy brand in general, but I have a hard time loving this particular Canopy. It seems like it’s designed more to look great than to be great. For example, the electric controls next to the bed are unnecessarily complicated— there’s about 9 buttons to control different lights and shades and things, and it isn’t easily usable. You have to hunt through all of them and try to remember the difference between the sconce light and the halo. It’s needlessly complex and that makes it harder to use. There is also a motion-activated night light under the bed, so if you get up in the middle of the night, it shines a light for you, which isn’t great if your partner if sleeping or even if you yourself want to try to go back to sleep. The night light is hyper sensitive, so it activates even if you just lay in bed and dangle your leg down. And there’s no way to disable it. If you don’t want lights going off every time you get out of bed, you have to shove a pillow under the bed to block the motion sensor or cover up the light. I love the filtered water/ice stations (one of my favorite parts about canopy hotels!) but the ones I used here seemed a lot more temperamental than others. You have to hold your water bottle at exactly the perfect angle before water will dispense, but since there’s no instructions, you have to poke around til you figure it out. There’s no little shelf in the shower stall, so if you bring your own toiletries, you have to either put them on the shower floor or balance them on top of the wall-mounted toiletry bottles. I also didn’t love that there’s no door on the bathroom and only frosted glass around the toilet cubicle. The bed was great — very comfy — and the blackout shades were an excellent touch. Very convenient location, close to the subway. And the decor is beautiful, very sleek and bright. It just all feels like it was designed without any context of how a guest will actually interact with all these things.

I stayed here during the Toronto International Film Festival and I don't ever want to stay anywhere else. The location is ideal; the service is impeccable; the rooms are spacious, well-designed, and spotless; and the food is to die for. Upon check in, I was upgraded to a Junior Suite, which made my weeklong stay all the more comfortable. The bathtub, Japanese toilet, and views were the most impressive part of the room. As I got settled, I texted the front desk for additional hangers, and they arrived almost immediately. We had drinks at the bar that night, which were spot on. Every morning, I stopped by the cafe for a croissant, which was always fresh and delicious. Sleeping was heavenly in the massive bed and the room was always silent. We had breakfast in the Deauville Club on the last day, and I wish I had known about it sooner. I will be setting all my meetings there next year. This is the best kept secret in Toronto and I can't wait to go back.

The service at reception was ok. Elevators took forever to go to my floor or come back down. When I checked out it took 30 min on the elevator to get to the lobby from my floor. No water or snacks in the room. No coffee pot or glasses in the room. The cleaning lady refused to clean the room when I was there. So I left and let her know and came back and it was still not clean, pretty annoying. The menu lacked options. After I checked out I asked for a taxi and they gave me an unlicensed one which I didn’t notice until after we left. Paid considerably more for the fare. I don’t recommend this hotel.

We stayed at the DoubleTree in September prior to flying to Greece and were really impressed! Everything was very clean and the decor was modern and updated. Robert, our server at the Taza Grill, was delightful to talk to, and the meal was excellent. Joseph and the front desk staff were very friendly and professional and the airport shuttle driver, Qurshi, had a wonderful sense of humour and helped to make our experience a really enjoyable one. We will definitely be back!

We stayed in this hotel for two nights with a group of colleagues on business trip. It was not too far from downtown and we managed to get to our conference within 45 minutes with a taxi even with Toronto’s week day traffic. The rooms were clean and staff were friendly and welcoming. The only trouble was slow breakfast service. We were down at 6:00 am for breakfast (weekdays ) but had to wait so long to be served. There is a small gym at this facility and staff were nice enough to open it for us at 5:00 am. Overall we had a comfortable stay at this hotel.

We booked this hotel for an overnight stay before flying across to LA . On arrival , the lobby seemed a little dingy , however , we were warmly welcomed, and although our room wasn’t ready ( as we were early ) we were offered a place to sit , our luggage to be stored , and a cup of coffee so all was good ! When we got access to our room , we were pleasantly surprised , it was spacious , spotlessly clean , comfy beds , a nice bathroom , everything you need for an overnight stay . We went into the bar / pub in the hotel , have to say the bar tender was AMAZING ,he had a knack of keeping everyone happy , he engaged , cleaned tables , took food orders , delivered said food orders , cleared away , and no one sat with an empty glass ! He really was an excellent bar tender , I would happily employ him ! ! Food and wine standard were excellent also ! Free airport shuttle , so , all in all , I’d say this is an excellent choice for a night before or after a flight , give it a try !

Good location from YYZ Airport with not too expensive however, good for someone who drive a car.

The hotel itself is a decent 3.5 star hotel. But the WiFi there is the worst of any hotel I've stayed at in the past 10 years. With download speeds usually around 0.50 MBps and upload speeds often 0.00 MBps as per SpeedTest, the Internet was completely unusable. I complained several times but nothing was done. If you don't need to work at this hotel, then it will be perfectly fine. But, if like me, you were all set to work there for a couple of days, you will be in trouble.

This is by far the worst experience i have ever had. This was a nightmare to say the very least. To begin the hotel charged me a 100$ security deposit BEFORE i even checked in. Second, AFTER checking in and already being charged they tell us there is NO hot water since wednesday ( we check in on friday) they told me you have a kitchen you can heat up water if you want. And then they put a frame with a sign saying that. Third they gave us a room on the 3rd floor and the elevators were down for “repair” but someone staying there said it’s been weeks it’s down. Do you know how hard it is to go up and down 3 flights of stairs with a newborn ? Fourth - NO functioning WIFI in the rooms. I had to contact my service provider to get more data and pay. Fifth- The rooms are filthy and sheets are not changed one of them had a yellow stain i’m assuming was pee. But here goes the BEST PART are you ready for it ? I was eaten ALIVE by bed bugs !!!!!! I told them they told me there was nothing they can do, i called the main customer service they told me they would look into having me change rooms. They changed me room and guess what? The room also had bed bugs but they knew so they decided to put 5 bed sheets and open the window thinking this would hide it. When i went to check out the arrogant horrible human being working tells me it was my choice to stay there knowing there was bed bugs. My choice ???? I paid already it was thanksgiving long weekend i couldn’t find another hotel and this was already paid and any other hotelhicked up the price to 600 a night last minute. Then he tells me i’m the one that brought the bed bugs to the second room. Are you kidding me ? When i checked in the second room we looked at bed sheets and there was alrea du bed bugs but they knew that that’s why they put 5 bed sheets. They saw me all eaten i showed pi tires, they saw all the clothes i had to throw!!!! Expensive clothing worth over 500$ and they didn’t want to refund me my stay they said they have protocol for bed bugs and that is to call exterminator the next day. Ok and what does that do for me ? This cost me a lot more money, and stress I tried to sleep in the car in the hotel parking lot with a baby you can’t it’s impossible it was cold out. I asked customer service to accommodate me to another hotel they said there was nothing they can do. I will be taking legal action the man thought he was doing me a favour by offering me 50% of 1 NIGHT back i went frantic he then said he was going to refund me 1 night because i only complained 1 night. What do tyou mean i made several complaints the girls would hang up the phone even the booking company called them 3 times got the line once and then they hung up on her aswell so they said they couldn’t do nothing for me now but escalate the situation meanwhile. I had to sleep abit in the car and abit on the kitchen chair. I have video footage of the bed bugs moving around horrible.

During my stay in the Hilton Gardens hotel at Toronto airport mistakes were made. Let me start with my own. I didn't realize there are several Hilton hotels at the airport and took the shuttle to the wrong one. Let me tell you: Canada is not made for pedestrians and it was a cumbersome walk to the correct Hilton on foot. Also: because of the name Garden I expected a hotel surrounded by a lush garden. No such thing. It's on a bleak, grey, asphalt area with no garden or any features at all. Or do they consider the giant car parks to be ”gardens”? Another mistake by me: this being the first visit to Canada, perhaps I should be prepared better. However, the breakfast at Hilton Gardens is not suitable at all for vegans. Smoothies have cow milk in them and other options are just sweets disguised as actual food. As Canada is not designed for pedestrians, there's no supermarket anywhere and thus I went seriously hungry. Next it's the hotels turn. Hotel airports need good sound insulation to keep the airplane noise out. And indeed: not an airplane can be heard in the room. However, the air conditioning is the loudest I have ever encountered. Parking a car with a petrol engine in the room and running it would be more quiet! Luckily, the airco can be turned off. However, the frig cannot be turned off and it kept me awake basically all night. And the worst thing is: when I opened it in the morning hoping to find a mini bar, it turns out it's empty! Why waste so much electricity and noise to cool an empty space? How about just running it if in use to cool stuff? On top of the noise of the a frig a constant 24 hour droning mechanical noise could be heard in my room (#1516). It sounded like a factory or perhaps a huge aircon unit on top of the roof?

We are staying now at Four points by Sheraton. We satisfied with our room. Its large and clean. In room you can found a coffee mashine, coffee, tea, sugar (any kind of), small refregiretor and microwave. In bathroom you can found a hair dryer, towels and bathroom staff. Also hotel provide a free parking. Inside a hotel a small shop with a souvenirs. Javid, who is working in shop very helpful and friendly guy. The hotel located out of city, but in walking distance (around 10 min) you can found a couple of restaurants. If you would like to visit a big shop such as Walmart, you can use bus number 38N (driving around 10-15 min).

This hotel is a must-stay for me whenever I have a morning flight departing Terminal 3 at YYZ. The terminal is just a short walk across the street! No worries, if you are traveling from T1 or happen to have lots of heavy baggage there is a free shuttle service. The restaurant offers a great regular menu and an extra good breakfast if you include this in your booking.

Enjoyed our stay here. A lot of amenities - fitness club, indoor and outdoor pools, spa, wine tasting, beer tasting, etc. the room we took was for 3 with 2 queens and it was spacious. Breakfast has a good spread with live counter for eggs. Lunch is ok in comparison. Service we received for this booking was pleasant. Location is perfect with all the important attractions nearby and in the night the entire neighborhood is alive with things to do and food to eat.

The Hilton Niagara Falls is a fantastic choice for a stay near the falls. The hotel offers comfortable rooms with stunning views of the Niagara River and both the American and Canadian Falls. The location is convenient for exploring the attractions around the falls, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. While the rooms are well-appointed, the highlight is definitely the panoramic vistas of the falls from select rooms. Overall, a great option for a memorable stay in Niagara Falls.

We were here for the Victoria Day long weekend. Check-in was easy, and they had a room available as early as 1 pm. This was incredibly helpful, as we were here for a dance competition and needed the space to rest between dances. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Milestones host and servers were very accommodating to our large party, despite needing to change the party number multiple times. We had a city view room, but had a wonderful view of the falls from the large windows by the elevators and in the restaurant. The location is great for viewing the falls, but is a bit of a trek to Clifton Hill.

Good value hotel, room and bathroom were very spacious and clean. Decor is dated but in good condition and the price was good. $90 Canadian dollars for a room with two queens (including tax and a $15 voucher for breakfast). 15 minutes walk to Horseshoe Falls.

The overall feeling was pretty good. I was upgraded to a twin room for free. Unfortunately, the toilet button was broken and the shower room could only use a shower head. The faucet below was broken. I wanted to put water in to soak my feet, but the plug in the bathtub wouldn't stop. Helpless to give up

This was a rundown dirty 'hotel' Check in was slow and the room was musty and damp. The ceiling was full of cobwebs from God knows when. There was a long hair on the bathroom ceiling. They sent someone in to wipe the room down instead of offering us a different one. I asked for a fan to help clear out some of the musty smell. They brought me a very dirty one with black stuff covering the blades. I would be ashamed to offer that to guests. They were doing repairs on the roof. It was 9:30 pm and the drilling continued until I went to the hall and unplugged the long extension cord leading to the roof. The breakfast offering was sub-par and inedible. Needless to say, I will not be back.

The staff was always supportive in every aspects of our stay.✊. We could not have asked for a better service. The hotel is close to many other places that we went too. The breakfast could have been better.
