Hotels with Parking in Biarritz

An enjoyable stay at this lovely independent hotel.( I think it is part of a small group of hotels, but St Julien is not like a chain hotel. The bedroom was lovely and spacious with a very comfortable king size bed.  The en-suite shower was walk in ( very easy for oldies like us) and with modern fixtures and fittings. Breakfast which can be served in the dining room or in the garden was a plentiful continental offering- lots of choice and all delicious. All the staff we encountered were efficient and friendly. Hotel is situated a short walk from Les Halles and  approximately 20 minutes walk to the seafront. We so enjoyed our stay that we booked for an extra night. .

The hotel is new! The rooms are large. Everything is compact and convenient! The staff is responsive and friendly!

The parking space is quite sufficient. The town center is two kilometers away. It is very close to the lighthouse. It is not far from the beach. The sea view is not obvious. Family friendly, close to the shopping, market and eateries. All attractions within walking distance. With car park space. Clean and full service apartments amenities. Friendly staff and services.

Hotel ideally located and clean. However, the rooms are very small, breakfast is also quite expensive, 20€. There is also room for improvement in the knowledge of the employees, they booked me a taxi to the airport at a time when the airport was still closed (i.e. 4:45 a.m. but the airport opens at 5:30 a.m.). Not a big deal, I waited outside the entrance for the airport to open but I could have slept a little more :)

Atrocious dinner service; I asked twice for water, but it was never brought. I had to ask a third time. We ate all of our starters without any of our ordered drinks (wine or water) delivered. Awful breakfast service on the first morning. In a busy environment, the logical layout of where plates and cutlery are kept (also a large distance apart) is completely nonsensical and the staff were very slow to replenish breakfast supplies during peak breakfast time. At 9.05 am, a cleaner knocked on the door! Ludicrously early. We shouted to ask them to leave. At 2.52 pm, a male staff member unlocked the door and promptly walked into the room without invitation while my partner was in bed, unclothed. This was grossly unacceptable. On that basis, you absolutely must not stay at this hotel. There is a serious safety issue here. This hotel is the ”Fawlty Towers” of Biarritz, except nobody is laughing.

The room is very, very small, the window faces another wall, and there is air conditioning outside. Breakfast is not selected, but breakfast is actually included. The location is very good, just beside the *** and the beach, the bus can reach it directly. It rained on the day I went, so I probably won’t go live again

L’hôtel est super bien placé et très reposant . La vue est superbe. L’hôtel mériterait une petite rénovation , mais tout le reste est super . Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour et le personnel est très à l’écoute et gentil.

The staff was super friendly. The budget hotel is ok for one night solo traveler or for a short stay when having a long drive. Good parking.
