Average Hotel , VERY basic room without a closet and without a fridge but there was a common area where u can find a very small fridge and free coffee in each floor. It was fairly clean, located in a quite residential area with 30mn walk to the center. Don't expect to find anything to do there after 7pm or during Weekends/Holidays The Breakfast was very basic and the same everyday .. The staff was professional and friendly

The service attitude of the two female staff members was negative; they weren't proactive in helping guests. Cleanliness: Spotless. Environment: Very good. Facilities: I didn't spend much time in the hotel, so I didn't have a chance to use or observe the facilities.

This time, I got a room on the fourth floor, which was more standard (last time, the top-floor 'Dachzimmer' was smaller). The bathroom renovation was also good. The breakfast was quite rich, with self-service freshly squeezed juice, a good variety of cheeses and meats, and excellent baked goods. The hotel is about 150 meters from the subway station, making it very convenient for getting around.

Staff was pleasant, attentive and knowledgeable. Buffet breakfast was an abundant selection of breads, cheeses, salads and continental fare. Location was excellent. Less than a 5 min walk from Brussels central station and grocery store and 1 block from different restaurants. Nice safe area.

There is no way to reach the hotel via phone or email. They do not answer the phone or respond to emails. Accidentally left a valuable item in the hotel. They will not respond to try and get it shipped even offered to pay. Called over 12 times with no answer and sent 4 emails no responses. Disappointing, my bad for leaving something but they could have the decency to answer the phone.

Hotel is only a few minutes walk from Bruxelles Midi making it a good option for taking the Eurostar. While the hotel corridors smell of old smoke, the room itself smelt fine and was well presented. Only very basic tea/coffee facilities in the room.

I stayed for three nights. On the second day, I left the room around 11 AM, placing the 'Please Make Up Room' sign on the door. However, upon returning in the afternoon, I found the room had not been serviced. When I complained to the front desk staff on the afternoon shift, they not only claimed I hadn't hung the sign but also suggested I hadn't read the hotel's information board requirements, stating that the housekeeping staff had already finished their shift. Frankly, I just wanted an apology and an assurance that cleaning would be arranged for the next day. Instead, they told me to read the information board and essentially blamed me for improper scheduling. The next morning, when I reminded the front desk staff on the morning shift about cleaning, I immediately received an apology. I suspect the afternoon shift staff's communication skills (or perhaps English proficiency) might not have been very strong. Overall, the hotel was clean, but the value for money was quite mediocre. I'm not sure how it earned its 4-star rating; it felt more like a 3-star hotel, typical of one near a train station.

Hotel was in a great location and just outside the grand place and center square, walking distance of about 8-10mins. I walked everywhere from this location and was convenient with subway tram nearby and easy access to and from the central station. The hotel foyer and entrance was large and welcoming, service staff were helpful, there was also a gym on premise. The hotel room was a little dated and old although fairly large. The bathroom was fairly old and could need an upgrade soon although was functional and clean. The door and walls were thin and I could hear the doors slamming all the time (from guests coming in and out of their rooms) at all hours and in the morning, I got woken up by the cleaning lady vacuuming and always hitting the sides of the wall which was a little irritating. On one of the late evenings, I could hear the couple in the next room ****** *** as she was ******* ******. So yes, the walls/ceiling are thin.
