The hotel was very nice and clean. The room was spacious and overall it's a great value for your money. The location is very good - really close to the city center. The only inconvenience was the noise from the vehicles passing by the nearby street.

Very good hotel! Clean and comfortable. Very good location too. They also have a parking at an enclosed building just 1 min walk away after you parked your car and exit the building. You can also check with the hotel before hand, and they will send you the parking instruction which was really useful!

Hotel was basic, but clean. In walking distance from the bus station and also to the shopping districts. There are a few bars nearby. Adequate hotel, but not exciting.

Overall not bad, only downside are the paper-thin walls of the room. Location is perfect, you are in the centre. Breakfast sufficient/enough selection of meat and cheese, and freshly baked pastries. With a nice cortado coffee. If you happen to order the coffee from the reception/bar, it is decently price too. Staff are nicely and friendly. 😀 thanks 😊

The location is good, the parking lot line is difficult to find, and there is a charge of 23 euros, the same as the private parking lot outside.

The room was very clean and the reception staff were always friendly. You get a spa which is much appreciated when it starts to get cold. There are extra pillows in the cupboards which is much appreciated. The buffet is continental and is fine. It would be better if they changed the coffee machine which is a bit old!

It is no longer called Holiday Inn, Trip It needs to be updated as soon as possible. Good location, the bus stops down, steps backwards, from the picture of this mocha pot decoration this road, go straight, no slope, 3 minutes to arrive. From the main entrance of the hotel, facing the road, walk for 1 minute on the left hand, there is an elevator, first sit on the first floor, the elevator comes out and transfer to the elevator in the opposite door to the 5th floor. Come out is the valley cabin, facing the cabin, the right hand side is the entrance, 5 euros per person, the elderly fare is discounted. Out of the hut, go straight, pass a church, and then go straight to the main street, about 15 minutes away, to the letter bridge, Dali clock, visitor center.

During this special period, an elderly female manager at the front desk of the hotel was very warm and friendly. She was very patient in introducing the hotel and various expenses. The hotel provides an underground parking garage for 17 euros a night. The elevator can go directly to the room, which is very convenient. The room is also very large, enough for a family of three, breakfast is also rich, ski season, the hotel’s occupancy rate is very high, there are more guests, so the breakfast restaurant is also full; then, the room soundproofing is a bit poor, the corridor Foreigners are a bit noisy, others are very good, there is a swimming pool, the room temperature is colder, there is a sauna, the location is also good, very close to the shopping street, itself is not big in Andorra, there are many restaurants and shops around, a good experience

The hotel location is good with all the amenties. The room is spacious which is good for 3 of us and view is magnificent. Have request for nice view which staff has accommodated our request with mountain views. You wake up everyday with mountain views which is a plus point and the weather is cooling during our stay in October. Walking distance to shopping and supermarket and food. And there is a casino nearby and the hotel staff is polite and helpful too
