My friends and I stayed here to celebrate my birthday and had a great time! The apartment is clean, cozy, and in a perfect location in Sunset Town, Phu Quoc. The view of the fireworks at night was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. You can also ask them to get you an airport transfer with no hassle

Our stay was truly exceptional! The location is absolutely perfect, boasting an amazing, pristine beach that's ideal for relaxation and water activities. We especially loved the complimentary kayak usage, adding to the fun. The hospitality was a perfect 10/10 – every staff member was incredibly attentive and friendly. Our sea view room offered breathtaking vistas, and having a private beach felt incredibly luxurious. So many wonderful amenities to count, making our Anniversary unforgettable. Highly recommended for a fantastic Phu Quoc experience

Thank you to the hotel for the lovely birthday decorations and the small cake for my daughter—it was such a thoughtful surprise! Overall, the service was excellent. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious food and was the tastiest among the three hotels we stayed at during our trip. The pool was clean and spacious, and all the staff were polite and attentive. The hotel also offers great value for money. The only minor downside was that a staff member promised to bring us an extra blanket but unfortunately never did. Despite this small hiccup, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return!

We stayed at La Festa Phu Quoc in a King Deluxe Ocean View Room with an additional bed. While the view from the room was lovely, the space felt a bit tight for three people. The extra bed provided was a folding type with a fairly thin mattress — not the most comfortable for a long stay. Despite the room size, the overall experience was pleasant. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist, which made a positive difference throughout our stay. Housekeeping was consistent, and the facilities were generally clean and well-maintained. If you're traveling as a couple, the room would be a better fit. For small families or groups needing an extra bed, it may feel a little cramped. That said, the location is convenient, and the ocean view certainly adds to the charm. Overall, it was an okay stay — simple, clean, and made better by the warmth of the staff.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ocean Villa, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff members who provided exceptional service throughout my stay. The villa itself was a dream. It featured a private pool that was perfect for relaxing under the sun. The view from the villa was breathtaking, offering stunning vistas that made every moment feel like a postcard. Even though it was hot outside, the air conditioning inside was more than adequate, ensuring a comfortable escape from the heat. One highlight of my stay was the smoothie at the juice bar—it was absolutely delicious! Fresh and flavorful, it was the perfect treat to cool down after a day of lounging by the pool. The beach near the Juice Bar was amazing and surprisingly not crowded, allowing for a serene and peaceful experience by the water. Getting around the property was a breeze thanks to the convenient buggy service. It made accessing different amenities quick and easy, allowing me to fully enjoy my time without any hassle. Overall, my stay at the Ocean Villa was nothing short of perfect. The combination of excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and comfort made it an ideal getaway. I can't wait to return!

Super greenery in and around hotel. ..good shopping market in front of Novotel.....Only concern is....as evening closes in....so do the mosquito near reception area.......overall food also great with indian jeera rice ....nice and lovely stay

Gorgeous Hotel and Service was totally excellent. Spotlessly clean. The people at the front desk were very informative and even helped me arrange the best table for my birthday dinner. Unfortunately I got food poisoning (not from the hotel) and they were nice enough to give me a late checkout until my evening flight.  will definitely come again! Thank you!

It’s a very good hotel with nice village at nice location, the service provided by the staffs is amazingly good which is really over my expectations, special thank to Ms Tran My Tien who had provided remarkable help during our stay. Highly recommended especially for family travelers. The only thing needs to be improved probably is the breakfast buffet which would need to offer more variety for selection.

Overall, this hotel is good! Pros: - peace and quite, nice hotel environment for relaxation. - Pleasant staff, even when we check out, a staff comes to our room door to help us grab our baggage to the reception counter. - Spacious room, toilet and bath room (both shower and bath tube available). - 2-king sized beds, great! - Free airport transfer, better email the hotel directly to make your request at least one day in advance. - It’s a small scaled resort, but reasonable varieties of choices in breakfast. - Free minimal water for refill. - Welcome drink and fruit at room - free bike rental Cons: - the resort is located in a very remote area, like inside a village. Many taxi drivers not sure the location, so many times they lose their ways to the hotel. - Actually, not recommend for 1-2 girls to book this hotel, its remoteness is really a big concern, both day time and night time! - I feel scared in the toilet and shower area, because they install something like mosquito net only in window areas. That means I can see through outside, vice versa. I wonder I may see some eyes starring at me when I shower at night…. Scary! - Their hot water tap takes over 15 mins for heating, wasting lot of water to wait for shower… - Eco-friendly hotel, they provide plastic reusable sandals, so better bring your own sandals if needed

I am very impressed with the accommodation. The room is clean, the amenities are complete, and most importantly, the staff provides excellent service, especially Mr. Jerry, who provided service before and after my stay. I will come back to stay again, I promise. Thank you so much.
