Hotel is in good location to airport which was purpose of our stay. Customer service needs improvement, no one said hello or helped with bags when checking in. Only during checkout the reception was nice when we requested taxi service. Interior is a bit dated but everything is clean and was good enough for the stay. Even though on main street, rooms are quiet.

The hotel is a big brand, but maybe it's old, the facilities are a bit old, the hotel is large, and there are many choices of room floors and orientations. The service attitude is very good, and there is a restaurant for dinner. The breakfast is very rich, and I have to praise the breakfast. The location is close to the airport, but the surrounding area does not seem to be very prosperous. There are not many places to eat out.

I didn't get off to a good experience as the WiFi signal was poor and the room floor and corridor outside were dirty. However, after having spoken with Mustafa, the hotel manager, everything was fixed within an hour, which was much appreciated. The rest of my stay was perfect, the room was really comfy and practical and quiet and I slept really well on the bed. The food available was well priced and catered to vegetarians and there was a taxi always waiting outside. The location is ok. If you don't have a car the area is very polluted to walk in as it's on a motorway and very built up but there is a nice garden outside to relax in. The receptionist was always smiling and helpful, very polite.

We booked this car hotel because of the spa/wellness area. The reception at the hotel was extremely friendly. We were over an hour early and were even allowed into the room. The rooms were very large. There was even an espresso machine. We had a great view and I have to admit, I haven't slept so well in a long time. The bed was phenomenal. The staff were very friendly. There was almost too much choice for breakfast :) You can also just book the wellness area for a few hours. So I can recommend it

A ten-minute walk from the hotel to the castle for sightseeing.

I went to the restaurant for breakfast in the morning, and I took the initiative to tell the restaurant staff that my room rate did not include meals, and I would pay later, but he didn’t understand and it was embarrassing. She also went to confirm with the front desk, and you were embarrassed to wait for her to confirm. Only then can you go and have breakfast. Breakfast normally starts at 7 o'clock. Because I have to catch a flight, I want to have breakfast at 6:30 early. The restaurant agrees, but it requires you to pay a deposit in advance. How can there be such a reason to pay a deposit in advance to eat.
