Hotels With Wifi in Kayseri Province, Türkiye

Since the hotel is new, there were a few kinks. For example, we booked two rooms but only one was reserved initially. We appreciate that the refund for the unreserved room was processed afterward. The cleanliness on the first day wasn't great, but after we mentioned it, it improved significantly on the second day. Despite some minor issues and the hotel being new, it's still a place worth staying. The rooms are spacious and airy, and there's parking available. The breakfast selection could be expanded, though.

Advantages: Polite staff, excellent sound insulation, cozy rooms, delicious breakfasts, ski transfer, nice rooftop restaurant. Flaws: The room equipment is boring, there is nothing except soap, water and towels. Overpriced for expectations. But overall I liked it.

The hotel is new and beautifully designed. The rooms are spacious, and it was a wonderful surprise that the non-smoking room smelled so fresh. Its location is right in the city center, and the breakfast is of very high quality. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Kayseri.

Price/performance hotel. The staff are amateur but well-intentioned and ready to help. We came to Erciyes to ski and since the mountain hotels were too expensive, we stayed in the center of Kayseri and made the round trip, 28 km away from the mountain. The missing items in the room were brought quickly and without objection. The breakfast was average in taste and sufficient.

The location of the hotel was great. We didn’t had breakfast but It looked really nice. There was plenty of choice. The room was spacious enough. It was a good hotel according to Its price. There is free parking. There is EV charging in the next hotel.

It is nice staying in that hotel. Their breakfast is very excellent, the people are very friendly, and the location is not far from city center. I wish i stayed more than the days i booked.

The room is not particularly big, but it is enough for one person, much better than ibis. The most satisfying thing is the variety of breakfast, I like it very much, it satisfies the Chinese taste buds. There are different hot dishes every day for three days.

Excellent location, inside a quiet historical neighborhood (very atmospheric). There were small difficulties in finding a car car, but everything was found. The room is good, clean, but we were first offered a room next to the smoke room, and there was a bad smell of tobacco + the inability to open the window. But we were replacing the room on request to a similar and no smell. Breakfast is delicious, the staff is very nicely recommended hot traditional dishes they can cook (something was sharp, better to clarify, but everything is delicious). And a separate thank you to the staff member of the Respshen Cagkan for the hospitality and help with our questions.

Overall, a normal hotel for the money. Stayed for 2 nights. Come and spend the night. The only thing that bothered me was that they smoke in the rooms. There was an ashtray on the table (at least in ours). Breakfasts are ok. Not a cornucopia, but we didn't leave hungry. The staff is friendly.

I thought the service quality would be better if I stayed at a chain hotel. I didn't expect that there was no Chinese customer service staff, and the waiter couldn't even speak English fluently. The service attitude was very good, but communication was difficult.
