Overall, the stay was almost good, but I encountered several issues. I found a false eyelash on the bed, the bathroom door was broken, and there was a strong sewage smell emanating from the bathroom. The room also suffered from very poor soundproofing, making it feel like I was sharing a room with my neighbors. A 500 deposit was required. There was a TV (which I didn't use), and the Wi-Fi worked well. My room was on the 5th floor. The location is a definite plus: it's easy to find food, close to a shopping mall, and very convenient for public transport with bus stops and a train station nearby.
I love this place so much. The waiters are very friendly. The room facing the sea is very comfortable. The location is very close to the popular highway. There is a delicious Thai seafood restaurant next door. If I go back again, I will still choose this one.
Quiet house with a view of coconut plantation. There is a swimming pool in the villa. Comfortable bed Ample parking, but be careful not to park under the coconut tree. Breakfast is available in three menus. Good taste, but criticizing about cleanliness, should have a cover or cover a container seal. Even though it is served and eaten at all, but on the way The autumn leaves can be turned into a plate. Overall, the accommodation is good. If there is a chance to come back and stay here again
Amazing hotel, every rooms can see the beach. Fantastic landscape and great service mind
Also have Southern foods in breakfast. I like khanomjean. Swimming pool was clean and nice.
Recommend this place!!
I was received by a loudly calling dog. The dog was peaceful and apparently wanted to announce my presence to the hotel staff. The lady of the reception copied my passport and gave me the room key for a 500-baht deposit and then showed me the room.
The hotel offers itself 5 stars. But they are not star according to European standard. In Europe, 5 stars include a safty box, an occupied reception, a water cooker, a telephone, etc. The price/performance ratio is very good. For the price of less than 2,000 baht can no longer be expected. Beautiful light rooms in top condition. Direct exit to the garden, at the pool and to the sea above the large balcony. refrigerator with water bottle, cabinet and a lot of depots. Big TV. Soft bed linen and soft mattress. As a table for the LapTop, I used the night table and picked up a chair from the balcony. In addition to sufficient sticks there is also a stick with USB connection to load smartphones. Flitter rail well to regulate air conditioning. Bathroom with windows and sufficient storage area. Shower with sufficient water pressure.
The location is great. Directly on the sea. Parking in front of the house. Quick W-Lan. Large pool directly on the sea. Unfortunately, the beach is not suitable for walking because of many unravel. I have not disturbed less the wood parts (this is nature), but the surrounding bottles and other plastic parts. Very quiet, no street noise, no music from a bar. I have sleeped very well. Very maintained facility. The sunrise over the sea was a dream.
I had such a good time here on the first visit, I came back here less than a month later.
I had another fantastic time staying here.
The only down side is I will have to wait longer before I can return next time.
Great comfortable beds and really nice and clean rooms. Overall a great choice. Super quiet rooms as well. The breakfast was good with many options. There are a lot of weddings and events that happen here, so it's usually pretty busy on weekends. The staff is kind and helpful and made things easy.
Great location right on a beautiful quiet beach. The room was spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable.
Perfect for those who seek solitude.
Staff were amazing. Very accommodating and attentive.
Beautiful resort with a great Thai breakfast located on the private beach. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you. A few renovations are necessary here and there, but where isn't that the case? We felt very comfortable and would come back.

I drive my motorcycle all around thailand ,

TtheandantelifeThe bungalow that we were assigned to (5) was the furthest away from the reception and the beach but that was a blessing of sorts because the ”beachfront” bungalows no longer have a beach view due to the Rim Lay cafe and bar (beautiful bamboo building) is built directly in front of them.
Our room had a lot of gecko droppings on that we had housekeeping come to clean up. The geckos get inside the room via the cable trunking for the satellite TV, I think.
The room itself was super cute and newly renovated. Bed was soft and comfy. TV was a smart tv and HUGE! Housekeeping replaced all minibar items daily.
Breakfast had to be pre-ordered the day before (not sure if it's a low season thing). For me, the jok or rice porridge with pork was fine but I wouldn't want to eat it more than 2 times in a row. The biryani and the fried chicken with sticky rice options were not appetizing, unfortunately.
Do note there are 3 bars around the resort. The Rim Lay is the newest and not yet open for business. When it does, I believe in high season this place will become packed with drinkers (hopefully of the mellow kind, but who knows). Right now in low season (July) there was hardly anybody around the bars were mostly quiet and deserted.
RRapid DecentThis is a fairly new hotel which is well designed and appointed. The rooms are nice and large, the decor is modern and tasteful. The staff are very polite and efficient. The food and bar is good however limited choice for foreigners if you like western cuisine. Other than that it’s definitely the best place to stay in NST!
SSlocumDepends on your need ... I have stayed @Ta Wang and Phatanawang Khukwan Area... Town... This is Just behind Railway station, 700 meter walk.. and 1.5-2 km. Max to Van,bus terminal...This is best location for me to visit ”Tai Teck Foundation” and than off again.. Hotel is located Saphan Yau in Pho Sang.. It's ñot a new hotel but we'll maintained... It's mean more for outstation guests overnight stay, as I can see.. just 30 meter off main Road.. Outside fascade not impressive but inside is nice and Big Clean room with balcony.... I was given a room balcony facing lush tree, plants a and forested view.. with Birds Tweeting and squirrel running around.Perfect and cooling..Plus they are Using Daikin Quality Aircon. The wrong thing in the room is to put in a useless bar fridge... Sadly and understandly there are Mossi in the Room.. 1 call to reception. They immediately came with spray . and later 2nd spray to wipe Mossi off.... If you have own transport this is a good hotel to sleep in.. Quite and Privacy...
RRogersWhat a gem of a place! The owner Pizzy made the experience for us, welcoming us to her place like old friends. The staff were mostly new and didn't speak English, but were so happy to help with a smile and aome google translate.
Foos offerings are sp**** right now but breakfast was good, and they're planning to offer more as business picks up post covid. They were building a new cafe area which looked lovely!
The room we had was a little run down but the view waa incredible and we enjoyed every second we were there. The pool is fantastic to cool off and we enjoyed hanging out there.
The only downside of the location is that you really need your own transport as to walk anywhere is a long way away. But they have room for parking and can also help with bike rental if needed. Just be aware there isn't much nearby, you need to walk about 30 minutes to get to any shops etc.
LLetsss GoooLuxtalay Khanom Hotel is a new hotel, built in 2024. The hotel offers two main type of rooms, which are villas and rooms in the main building.
I booked the room in the main building, ocean view room. The sea can be seen from the room. The room is new clean and convenient. The hotel has the gym and swimming pool you can use for free - a pity I didn’t use them. The beach can be accessed from the hotel and you can walk up to Kho Kao Beach.
There are parking lot available (can accommodate up to more than 20 cars). The staff are nice and welcoming.
Really enjoy staying here for the night! Definitely have to come here if you visit Khanom district!
SSyazrul AizatThe room is very clean, spacious & suitable for families completed with refrigerator, air-conditioner, a fan and toiletries. The surrounding area is quite calm. Just 10-13 minutes drive to the town. The owner set up some space outside with table and chairs for you to sit, relax and have a coffee talk with your partner/friends/family. This home is situated inside the local village. So you can strolling around and blend in with locals cause they are very friendly and helpful. If u are Muslims, this place is definitely for you cause the owner also Muslims and very easy to find Halal food nearby. Most importantly, the owner is very kind and helpful.
KKOK HANOverall very peaceful location, alittle bit off from central, better to have own car/transportation, hotel is quite big with good swimming pool, gym, playground field. The beach is clean but not outstanding, no white sand.
Many good seafood restaurant nearby within 5-10km
They have many room types and view.
Parking available, limited but ok.
Breakfast is decent, limited choice, but adequate.
Check in and out quite fast and efficient.
Friendly staff.
Room cleanliness could be further improved.
Please put 1 big mirror at living room in premier 2 bedroom family room as mirror only available in the bathroom which is not convenient.. thank you
AAnonymous UserUpon arriving you could tell it was a very great hotel before.
But due to some unfavorable situations like covid, now it's just a regular hotel. However the price is decent. Location is also good.
GGuest Usergreat location right in the city center.
amenities are high quality.
No buffet breakfast but enormous amount of food they offered in a meal set and tasty.
