The hotel's location is great, very close to the old train station. The breakfast is well worth the price, quite generous, and the chef was constantly checking and refilling dishes. All the hotel staff were very friendly, and the receptionists were especially welcoming. Definitely recommend!
Was only here for a night as early morning flight. Was in a good location, close to public transport. Checked in around 9pm and receptionist was tending to other guests so had to wait around. Room is very standard but enough for what I needed it for. Fairly clean. AC system was loud but at least it had it in to keep the room cool. Overall, a reasonable option hotel which is fairly central and about 10-15 minutes taxi away from the airport.
While I typically opt for older European hotels near attractions when traveling in Europe, this hotel truly stood out with its superb location; all major sights were within a few minutes' walk. The hotel itself was very spacious and bright, and both the lobby and the rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfast offered an extensive variety, and the service was warm and attentive. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!
The location was great, very central and perfect for exploring the area, with easy access to buses, trams, restaurants, and shops. The room was clean, spacious, and included a fridge, which was convenient for keeping drinks cold. A microwave would have been a nice addition for heating up food, but overall, it was a great stay.
The location is very good! It is very close to the old town of Bratislava and the Danube River! The swimming pool, sauna and gym in the hotel are also highlights! The buffet breakfast is very rich, and the fruits, meat, eggs and milk are fresh and delicious, which is worthy of praise! It is very cost-effective! It is a good stay experience!
Even though the hostel was in the middle of the city center, I was able to stay comfortably while I was assigned a quiet room.
It was amazing and fun that the elevator had a classic feel.
The creaking toilet door summons memories in old country houses but at night~
As expected of an old hotel, the software and hardware are first-class. The waiters are kind and hospitable, the bedding is comfortable, the room is spacious, and the breakfast is varied and delicious. It is worth recommending!
Overview: nice and super big rooms!
Location: centrally located, 10-15 mins walking distance to most attractions like Bratislava Castle, Old Town Hall, Michael’s Gate etc, tram stations just within 2 mins away!
Breakfast: good choice, particularly impressed when they extended the ending time by 10 mins on a Sunday as there were a lot of new guests the night before who might not have been aware of the ending time!
Service: nice and friendly staff!
Cleanliness: spotless from what I can see which is nice!
Rooms: I thought I was staying in a flat for a second, super big and roomy, with sofa, a separate living area, impressive!
Facilities: good gym, but the sauna costs a bit which is unexpected (and rare, consider it is a decent 4*…) so didn’t use it, and the lobby was a bit dim when I checked in at night, but not a major issue.
The overall experience is very good. First of all, the hotel is in a very advantageous location with convenient transportation and many dining and shopping places around. The room is modernly decorated with complete facilities, comfortable beds with moderate hardness, ensuring good sleep quality. The bathroom is clean and tidy, and the bath towels and towels are also soft. The service staff is friendly, helpful, and able to respond to guests' needs in a timely manner. The breakfast is rich in variety, fresh in ingredients, and diverse in flavors, which can meet the needs of different guests.
Overall, this hotel has excellent hardware facilities and service quality, and it is very cost-effective. It is a pleasant accommodation experience.
The location is very convenient. There is a square at the door, where there will be a Christmas market, and the surrounding transportation and food are also very convenient. According to the information, it is a century-old building, but the facilities in the hotel are still good, and the supporting facilities and facilities are very convenient.

廣廣嶋鯉A hostel that offers good value for money. I stayed in a 6-bed dorm room with three bunk beds. The bunk beds (both top and bottom) were quite wobbly; even a slight movement caused a lot of shaking, which meant everyone had to be very considerate.
The room had lockable lockers large enough for a backpack or a small suitcase.
The shared toilets and kitchen were spotless. However, many of the shower rooms were out of order, and getting hot water at a comfortable temperature was often a challenge. Also, no complimentary toiletries like shampoo were provided.
It was noisy until 10 PM with people drinking and chatting in the garden, but it quieted down significantly after that. Check-out is by 10 AM the following day. Be aware that your €10 deposit might not be refunded if you check out late.
The front desk staff were friendly and spoke English.
Overall, it's a good place for friends who want to have a fun, social stay.

GgenewiloMy partner and I have just returned to the United Kingdom after having a trip to Europe, the final destination of our travels was at the very beautiful and picturesque hotel. The hotel is very well situated to river and minutes away from the Old Town. The interior is beautiful and the decor clearly reflects the reason why it’s a highly rated hotel. Our room was situated on the second floor and there is a lift for those who overindulge in the cuisine or infamous Slovak wines 😁 the staff are all smarty presented in their appearance and polite, the breakfast is varied and it is self service even the hot/cold drinks, so please bare that in mind if you’re mobility is restricted when dining in the restaurant for breakfast. The only negative I can recall, and this is no reflection of the hotel, the hospitality or staff as it was “other guests” having no consideration for guests still in their slumber or at least trying to be. Guests would allow their room doors to slam closed and guests would talk loudly on the corridor throughout the evening/night/morning. So next time I’d probably request a room on the top floor to avoid the inconsiderate guests 👍

MMakhan Manraj SinghStayed for one night, although I couldn’t check in early, receptionist allowed me to store luggage and freshen up after early morning flight. Seemed all clean and location is close by to tram. Good storage in sleeping area. Cannot complain with that price. Only plus would be a fan on the warmer days as I was on the top floor.

KKarolinaWe travelled with 2 kids. The room was big enough and gave us 3 beds plus small cot bed for the 1 year old which was a huge help. Room was very clean, hotel very nice for a city break, had a parking and close to the castle and presidential palace. We were very pleased. Food was good too.
