The hotel is sooooooooo beautiful, clean and with a pool, but its location is far from Lissabona, 25 minutes walking distance. You can go by train. Since I did not prefer Lissabona much, we went to a region called CasCais more often. Just come here knowing that you need to be fluent in English and it makes more sense to rent a car. Taxis are expensive. Choose an Uber taxi. Seeing Must-see places: Cascais Sintra. Definitely go to the beach, the beach, the sea, it's sooooooooo beautiful. CasCais is a restaurant in Iran. It's amazing. CasCais is an elite place. You can see the difference between Lissabon and the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel. If you choose the wonderful, friendly Londres Hotel, you won't regret it. It's sooooooooo ideal for children. It's a problem-free spotless hotel. CasCais is sooooooooo close. If you choose Uber taxi, you can go to CasCais without paying too much, we went for 5 euros. Easy access from metro, only 2 stops to Rossio station. Decent facility and cleanliness. There are many Indian, Nepali and Bangla restaurants around the hotel but if you crave something different not a lot of options nearby, you need to reach your legs to somewhere else. Staff are nice and helpful.

The hotel building looks old but it's much better inside. I appreciate the family room which makes my life much easier when travelling with kids. The buffet breakfast was good too. We were starving when we arrived at the hotel, so we rushed into the hotel restaurant for lunch set (EUROS 19 with main course, salad bar and tea/coffee) , rather nice. Overall, value for money hotel, will come back.

Hotel VIP Grand Lisboa is located about 4 min walking from the metro station Campo Pequeno, which is the yellow line. It is not far from the airport, about 10 mins by taxi. It is also easy to go to the city center or the airport by metro. There is a nice restaurant in the hotel. You can also find some small restaurants nearby and a food court at Sagres Campo Pequeno. The room is spacious with a bathtub. They provide a bottle of water everyday, but there is no kettle to boil water and they don’t provide coffee or tea bags. For a four star hotel, the numbers of toiletries and towels provided daily are quite inconsistent. There are many parking spaces on the street outside the hotel, but there is no specific place for taxi drop off. The outdoor swimming pool is closed in December. Overall, it is not a bad choice.

To be honest, the room is cleaned and quiet enough. But outside the hotel, it’s kind of dangerous? I think, there are always some people sitting right on the stairs of the entrance,it’s hard to have a entirely stay there, all in all, except for the location,everything is good enough.

It's super convenient and easy to find. The room itself was clean. There's a water machine next to the lift. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there.

Despite my late-night arrival, the Customer Service was still operational. The breakfast was delightful, the sauna experience was exceptional, and the cleaning staff were outstanding. Without a doubt, this is a recommended hotel for a stay in Lisbon.

I booked twice to stay at this hotel because I wasn't allowed to modify my booking, even though my second booking meant my husband and I would stay longer at the hotel. My first booking was for November 29 to December 4, and because flights to Lisbon were much cheaper on November 26th than November 28th, I decided to take the earlier flight and therefore enjoy Lisbon a bit longer. I was disappointed in the inconvenience of having to book a different room instead of being allowed to stay in the same room, not to mention the hassle of having to pack and unpack our stuff when we transferred rooms from the 12th floor to the 13th floor. But fortunately, our second room was much nicer than the first, even though the first one was slightly more expensive because it had a view of the river. The second room was newly decorated with tasteful interior design in blue, white, and gray, while the first had a tacky red padded leatherette headboard wall. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. The wheelchair they lent us during our stay was new and sturdy, the breakfast food was decent, and the folks were friendly. The location was excellent, right next to the gorgeous train and bus station by Santiago Calatrava, a huge mall, and walking distance from the Expo area, the Fiera Internacional Lisboa, and two excellent restaurants - Honest Greens (best hummus we ever tasted, grilled veggies and salmon) and Butchers (grilled ribeye and lovely staff).
