Food options are very limited. Di pa masarap yung buffet nila for lunch and dinner. The rooms are seemingly old, we got 3 king rooms, the other one had issue sa lock, other one naman didn't have bidet walang provided na bucket and dipper until we requested. Internet only worked day 1. Rest of the days we stayed (3 days 2 nights) wala na. We paid for 3 adults each room yet when we requested for replenishments ng toiletries and bottled water, they insisted na 2 lang kasama per room and may additional na fee if we request another 1 set. There's also a bed on the window side alloted if more than 2 pax will stay in the room, but it didnt even have any pillows or blanket. Need mo pa irequest. The cottages lack bulb installations so during the night agawan sa cottage na may ilaw. What's so hard to put a 3 watts bulb to make use of all the cottages. There was also 1 time we were at the bar for some drinks (this was around 9:45-10pm) I had to use the restroom and as I was heading in side the ladiew room, this lady hotel staff told she's already cleaned the ladies room hence I can just use the men's room anyway there's no one there and its not cleaned yet. I didnt want to argue so i called my husband instead to watch the door for me as i use the men's room. Not a very good customer service. Overall stay was manageable but definitely noy superb.

I can feel very impressed from the first step into the room will see beautiful and most importantly very clean must be soft and comfortable. There are many pillows to choose from to make you sleep well all night long. The room has a large screen TV, air conditioning that is cool enough, save in the part that you want to use a notebook and a relaxing corner with a comfortable sofa, a clean toilet with strong liquid flow, complete toiletries Make sure that is clear and very relaxing to see a little soft light through and start the day very well The staff here also provide good service, no jam and talk about travel information or recommend delicious restaurants nearby. To get a great room, worth the price and really suitable for relaxation and will definitely come back again!

The unit we stayed in for a night is clean and spacious. One thing we liked is they have a partition for the room and living room. There are few things we noticed that need improvements. No slippers for guests but there is one pair for the bathroom use. They don't provide toiletries such as shampoo, toothpaste , toothbrush, soap except for 1 roll tissue. The shower drain is slow to drain. The toilet bowl is not fixed, no sealant and quite moves when you rise up after use (it can cause accidents if ever it may crack due to moving). It needs to secure for guests safety.They provide kitchen wares but lack a fork and spoon. All in all, those mentioned flaws did not affect our stay, yet we still had a good sleep even when we turned off the aircon due to windy and cold weather on Tagaytay.

Great stay overall. Great location. Surprised to find a mini sanctuary within the city centre. Pool occupies the whole courtyard center. Nice they have a restaurant and cafe within the property. Ample parking space too. Breakfast time could be a bit longer, but appreciate them calling to check if you're having breakfast before the breakfast hours close. Bathroom has an unpleasant drain odor which they got rid of, but came back eventually.

Considering to go back again. All the staff are excellent in giving service to all the guest. From Reception, Concierge and all the staff of food dine-inn are prefessional. We had an amazing time at Timberland Highlands Resort! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and every moment was memorable. The s'mores night and movie under the stars were such delightful experiences, creating warm and cozy memories. The infinity pool offered breathtaking views and was the perfect spot to relax. The room was clean and comfortable but lacks maintenance which was really a minor disappointment given the price. I would like to suggest that some outlets be placed near the head of the bed and the rooms be renovated.

Huge and clean swimming pool, making it a great place for family with kids. The rooms are clean though some of the bedsheets and comforter cover are already showing ‘signs of ageing’ and some has stains. Had a little hiccup during breakfast as apparently our room number was used by some other people or it could just be a simple misunderstanding, I don’t know what happened, no explanation. It was immediately resolved though I felt a little worried. They must have some process to verify both the room number and names to avoid incorrect room charges. Another not so good but tolerable experience is being at the 7th floor, just below the Fields restaurant, we can hear the floor noises from the 8th floor which is a little bit annoying. We loved the breakfast and ambiance at Atrium and the dinner buffet at the Fields (French Cuisine). Overall, we had a great experience and we consider this as our go to hotel for quick getaway / swimming with kids.

Awesome , rooms are immaculately clean and still like almost like new. A blisful stay with complete amenities. No deposit requireds so u have more cash to spend on the hotel menu. Breakfast buffet is the highlight of the stay. Going home with lots of smile and kudos to the team.

It was an excellent stay,service,cleanliness,my children enjoyed the heated pool. The complementary birthday cake I was requested for my daughter never arrived.i wished even small details request can be look after too. We wished to comeback soon this march for my son's birthday and I hope that my request will be granted. Overall excellent stay and breakfast buffet excellent a lot of dishes to choose from. Estancia was a great place to stay at when in Tagaytay. There is a Starbucks that is a 2-minute walk from the resort. There are great restaurants and a church that are not too far. Quite a bit of walk from the entrance to the unit we stayed at. There are stairs on the side of units, and you can walk to the rooftop to enjoy the view of Taal. The place is quiet and at night you can just relax on the balcony looking out to Taal lake, enjoying coffee and an intimate conversation with your significant other. We saw several units that have a great view of Taal, so we'll definitely book one of those units when we visit Tagaytay again. Last but not the least, the staff at Estancia are friendly.

Overall hotel experience is great. The room is spacious and nice view on taal volcano. The hotel and amenities is quite old but well maintained. Highly recommended.

The room is big and staffs are very accomodating and friendly.only downside was the water pressure but all good. Definitely recommended for church wedding/venue. As the church is less than a minute shuttle ride. I love the view and food.will definitely be back

The place was incredible! The food was amazing, and there were so many fun things to do. Just a heads up, there aren’t any private bathrooms, but the one they have is huge and clean.

The hotel's location is very convenient - in the city center, accessible by public transport. There is underground parking available. The room was very spacious and the aircon was working well. A good place to stay for business travellers or attendees of local seminars/trainings/event. Value for money.

Staff service is very good they communicate very well with guest. The room and toilet is clean but when you take to shower the water over flows to the toilet, making the toilet wet. Bidet handle is detached/ moving not stable, cobwebs in every corners ,the secret garden pool full of fallen leaves looking very unpleasant to swim in I get disappointed by little things i’m sorry but little things matters. I hope they will improve their service next time we vist

My third time in aquaria but first time staying overnight and it did not disappoint. Casobe just keeps on improving everytime we go back and its services never fail. We loved the cocoons, its good for stayinf overnight you wont really need a big room coz your out to play in aquaria and beach, but they made the cocoons so cozy and complete with towels, kettle , toiletries and coffee. Level up glamping i guess 😅 the shower and toilet is a common access but we didnt have any hassle at all it was clean! We'll definitely come back!
