The location is near to ERL Salak tinggi, which a good thing about this hotel. The room is quite dim and I prefer a brighter environment so that’s a minus for me. But overall this hotel is suit and best for layover/ transit. Oh ya that’s a mamak behind too!

I booked this hotel because I had to attend a conference at One World Hotel and it costs a lot more to stay there for 2 nights. This hotel has designated parking for customers, and is only few min from the other hotel I had to go. It is located near the curve, Ikea and IPC which makes it very convenient for us. Location and parking availability wise, it’s perfect. Ambience of the hotel is good too. Looks fancy and nice. The room was a bit old but really spacious and I love the deco too. The only two unfortunate events was that we had to wait thirty min ish to check in even though we arrived at 6pm. We were only given our access card around 6:35pm but we were not reimbursed with a late checkout. The other time was a lift breakdown around 10pm when hub wanted to pick me up but no signage were put at our floor. Hub waited and ended up walking down ten floors worth of stairs 😂 only to find out that the lift broke down. Anyway, it was resolved by the time we reached back at the hotel. Breakfast was basic but good enough to fill our stomach. Overall I would give a 4.5/5 for this stay.

Helpful desk. Clean room. Comfortable bed. However the water pump was a bit spoilt but did not affect my bathing. Parking is free until 1 Sept 2025 which will charge RM1 per entry. Gym access at believe fitness at Ksl esplanade mall next door to get complimentary voucher from front desk. Overall satisfied.

hotel just beside new shopping mall. Room spacious and clean. TV with youtube and netflix. Definitely will come back again with family

Had a free upgrade to premium suite with a nice view of Sultan Alam Syah Mosque. It has a bath tub too. The location is very strategic which is just a walking distance to the mall. There’s also food truck at the back of the hotel. So don’t worry if you want to have dinner outside. Our room is so spacious , and to our surprise there was also a box of Malay traditional kueh we called as ‘bahulu’ as well as 2 bottles of soft drinks as complimentary. Breakfast was great and we had variety of foods to choose. Add on breakfast for adult is RM66.00. They also provide free parking and we need to validate our TnG card before going out. Overall, Concorde Hotel will be our hotel choice in Shah Alam.

The room is wide, clean and grand. The hotel breakfast have plenty of choices and has an elegant swimming pool.

My friends and I chose this hotel to see a show. The room had five mirrors, and though it was non-smoking, there was a designated smoking area by the entrance. We checked in around 2 PM, even though official check-in was at 3 PM. During peak hours, there was a queue for vehicles at the entrance.

One of my favorites hotel for Marriot brand hotel. I made a summary here: 1. Service was just ok only. 2. Location is close to mall. 3. Price of the hotel is reasonable, as I get great offer in the merdeka month. 4. Comfort room and facility. 5. Breakfast was a lot of choice but limited serve, weird 6. Hotel is old a bit but things still new 7. Bad thing is complementary parking is only once per entry, if you stay long hours just park and waive it when discharge. Overall if I pay the price the thing I get is reasonable, hope they can improve on the customer servicing.

Very well run hotel. Location is excellent as the Bandar Utama MRT station is just a few minutes away via a covered walk. One Utama shopping mall is right after the MRT exit. Access to lobby by car is good but the lobby entrance is not easily visible (you don’t want to turn into the Power House lobby next to the hotel and be confronted by their security). See photo for lobby entrance. This was taken long before Avante was renamed M World. The sign & position has since been updated but I think it is still not prominent enough.

Room and amenities are just fine. Got tv with local chanel and fridge also. Free hotel parking. But I feel very disappointed with my 2nd visit cz the breakfast is getting worse. Cheap cereal, susu tasteless, cheap sosauge, sos chili basi, tasteless soup. Roti pun keras. Aduh sedihhhhh. Kalau takde chef, boleh je hotel beli makanan gerai dan letak dari hidangkan tasteless food macam ni or please exclude breakfast from room package much better.
