Near by the airport, good service, clean enough. If u use grab from airport at night, it takes RM30, 15min, not so far. There is also shuttle service, but when you are group, take a grab and spread the bill is cheaper.
There are washing and drying machines, and hotel customers can use it for free. Some mamak restaurants are behind the hotel, so you can have a breakfast there.

I booked this hotel because I had to attend a conference at One World Hotel and it costs a lot more to stay there for 2 nights. This hotel has designated parking for customers, and is only few min from the other hotel I had to go. It is located near the curve, Ikea and IPC which makes it very convenient for us. Location and parking availability wise, it’s perfect. Ambience of the hotel is good too. Looks fancy and nice. The room was a bit old but really spacious and I love the deco too.
The only two unfortunate events was that we had to wait thirty min ish to check in even though we arrived at 6pm. We were only given our access card around 6:35pm but we were not reimbursed with a late checkout. The other time was a lift breakdown around 10pm when hub wanted to pick me up but no signage were put at our floor. Hub waited and ended up walking down ten floors worth of stairs 😂 only to find out that the lift broke down. Anyway, it was resolved by the time we reached back at the hotel.
Breakfast was basic but good enough to fill our stomach. Overall I would give a 4.5/5 for this stay.
My kids love playground at the swimmingpool, Good Staff & services , matress for babycoat comfortable & clean. Shoppingmall My tenager kids love so much. Nice View at kafe & swimmingpool
This my second time booking via this host. But this our first time choose this room types.
kalau nak request extra pillow ada extra charge. sblm ni book dgn host lain dpt extra pillow without any charge. jadi mcm terkejut sikit. btw 2nd day i request to change towel, floor mat and trash bag, i get it. 👍
The hotel is conveniently located in Shah Alam, close to many amenities and attractions. However, the overall stay felt quite average. The hotel interior and facilities feel a bit old-fashioned, and the bathroom design was not to my liking — having to step into the bathtub to take a shower was inconvenient.
The air conditioning in my room was also not cold, and I had to call for maintenance to fix it. Although the staff were polite and responsive, the overall comfort and condition of the hotel could be improved for a better guest experience.
Good to see an older hotel with refreshed and renovated rooms and a modernised lobby. The stay was comfortable overall.
The food needs improvement. Breakfast was mediocre with limited variety. No fresh fruit juices served. I ordered the club sandwich and their so-called famous char koay teow for a 10pm dinner. Both were very bad.
I also attended an event on Friday, 14 November at the main ballroom. The food served there was horrendous.
The hotel has strong potential with its upgraded rooms. You need to improve the quality and consistency of the food across all outlets and events.
Pros:
1. The front desk staff was very good and friendly. He listened to my requests carefully and made sure they were granted.
2. The room was surprisingly spacious, comfortably fitting 3–4 people. There were plenty of compartments and switches, soundproof walls, and a smart TV (great for connecting a laptop and streaming content), though ASTRO was also available.
3. The location is highly convenient — directly connected to Paradigm Mall. You just go down to floor CC and turn left, and you’re there.
Cons:
1. The air-conditioning took a very long time to cool. Even at 18°C, it stayed underwhelming for almost an hour. We reported it, and the technician came quickly, which was appreciated. However, the issue still persisted until much later when we returned to the room.
2. Room service was extremely expensive, with prices ranging from RM40 to over RM100 for a relatively simple menu.
3. Breakfast was disappointing. While there was variety (local and western dishes like cauliflower cheese, charcuterie, rendang, sambal, Indian selections, and roti canai), many dishes were overly salty, heavy, and unbalanced. Even the roti canai was very hard.
4. Parking was a real letdown. The hotel lift is on the opposite side, forcing us to cross through the motorcycle area, which felt unsafe. To make matters worse, the crossing point is right next to the entry gate, adding to the risk.
Overall:
The stay had its good points ,especially the friendly front desk service, spacious room, and direct mall access, but was held back by underwhelming facilities like the air-conditioning, overpriced room service, poor breakfast, and problematic parking. With some improvements, this hotel could deliver a much better guest experience.

A lovely hotel with friendly staff and a warm, relaxing atmosphere.
Conveniently located within walking distance to 1Utama Mall, and the poolside offers a perfect view for relaxation.
A couple of minor points to note: the lighting from the lift lobby to the room is a bit dim, making it slightly challenging to see clearly. Additionally, the breakfast selection could be more varied, especially for a 5-star hotel.
Special thanks to the staff at M Lounge for her exceptionally attentive and excellent service.
It was a great experience staying here. At first, my room had a small issue with the air conditioning. The issue has been solved promptly. The view was spectacular. Surely, will come back again
Only one area for improvement, breakfast served too decent and limited.

GGuest UserWe are attending company Training and dinner at the Hotel. The foods is nice with cleaness room with comfortable bed.
AAnonymous UserSmall hotel but very good for convenient for touring around the city. At the heart of downtown just right across famoous street food night market, surrounded by shopping centers and restos, few blocks away from the hop-on-hop-off tour bus. The room is clean, modern and well-equipped. Just a warning to those looking for a quiet relaxing stay, do ask for a room not facing the front street as night life in the area could be noisy. Staff are professional and helpful. Will book again if coming to KL.
GGuest UserThe room was quite spacious and clean. The location was great for me as I travelled down for the event, AMG, which was 2 buildings away and was connected via linked bridges.
Other than the fact that the deposit for room key card must be in cash, the hotel staffs service was good.

AAlphieDint inform earlier that the driver will late because of buka puasa. And inform me to wait 1.5hrs.
At least, inform earlier then i may cancel the hotel booking.
The location is really ntg at all, no food, no convenient store, no clinic. Though is cheap but still feel doest worth the price.
And it is noise too, the whole night, i can hear few times at least 5 times, the door bang loudly.
SStarferryStrategic location at Putrajaya. Right at the shopping mall and very convenient to find food. Room is spacious. However, the breakfast is packed breakfast that I think shouldn't not be offered at all. Anyone booking this hotel, need not book the room with breakfast. Full with disappointments only.
AAnonymous UserAn excellent 5-star stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Shah Alam i-City! From the warm welcome and signature cookies at check-in to the attentive service throughout our stay, everything was top-notch.
The location is unbeatable — just a short walk to i-City Theme Park and a nearby mall, making it easy to enjoy the area’s attractions. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were professional, friendly, and went the extra mile to make us feel at home.
Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay in Shah Alam.
JJos GohGround floor only 1 lift. Main lobby not at ground floor, only works at certain timings, no swimming pool, no buffet breakfast, ants on my son laptop.
Ole Ole indo rest is very good. Pics below.
AAnonymous UserEasy check in. Comfortable stay. It has everything, microwave, mini fridge, sink, plates.
Actually this is my 3rd stay here and will keep coming back. Hehe.
CChrisLSLI booked 3 room x 2 nights for my brother’s birthday celebration and we had really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Service is top notch! Moses have helped us with the luggage when we were arrived. Thiban at the receptionist desk who served us was friendly and tried his best to accommodate our request. The check in process was smooth and quick. We also received a delicious birthday cake which brightened up our stay. Kids were excited to play at the kids club and swimming pool. For adults, there’s gym and sauna facilities. Hotel is connected to shopping mall which is great for shopping and eateries. The room is spacious comes with big TV with screen sharing and a magnetic wireless charger, a big plus for those who want to watch the show on their own choice and people like me who forgot to bring phone charger. Breakfast has abundant food and variety of choices. Nasi lemak is the best. Just the hotel didn’t provide free parking, you need to pay MYR15 per day. Other than that we were satisfied with our stay. We would definitely come back again for staycation.
