The hotel itself is new and quite clean except the beach area where it should be regularly cleaned as there are quite noticeable debris and trashes. The ocean view room is very beautiful, the room is abit small comparing to the price but acceptable. However I find the bed and pillow are not comfortable. They are soft but somehow gave me body aches and every time you move there is a sound which is quite annoying. Also to my surprise, with the price we paid, there was no welcome drink or cold towel. The reception staffs somehow didn’t really give me a welcoming/engaging or pleasant impression. Also I forgot my baby swimming suit at the public shower near the pool and contacted the staff a day later to check and they said they couldn’t find. Overall, I had a fun time with my little family there but the overall experience want up to my expectation considering the price.

I had a wonderful stay at this beachfront hotel! The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the ocean, with stunning views of the sunrise and sunset. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. I especially appreciated their warm hospitality, which made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The restaurant served fresh and delicious food, and dining while overlooking the sea was a highlight of my trip. Fantastic resort, highly recommended. The room is cosy with a comfortable bed. Wet room bathroom with shower gel and shampoo. No kettle or refrigerator in room but hot water available from the restaurant. Restaurant menu was wonderful with a BBQ option every day. Lots of people not staying at Sara opt to eat there. Pool is gorgeous with 4 cabanas with double mattresses available for guests, grab one early! Staff were really friendly and helpful. Kayaks available for free use, kayaked every day.

Stayed here for one night in January 2024. Just across the road from Otres Beach 2. Nice swimming pool and rooms are clean. Lacking hot water for the shower but apart from that included breakfast was nice and food in the restaurant good too although somewhat expensive.

Quite new place with clean and peaceful environment. Staff were friendly and supportive. Downsize is that it’s quite far from city central so you can’t even book Grab to go into the city from the location. Also some services closed too soon, like massage/spa closed at 7pm which is too early.

For those who like the natural feel, the way there and back would be attractive, but I was taken aback because it was a completely unexpected route. However, from the moment I checked in and went in to the moment I checked out, I thought it was such an attractive accommodation that I wanted to stay a few more days. I highly recommend it to those who have the time to stay at least 2 nights.

We stayed for three days and were absolutely thrilled! This place is simply stunning! Our room offered breathtaking ocean views right outside the window, was private, and incredibly photogenic – my partner couldn't stop taking photos, haha! The service was impeccable. The staff were so thoughtful, always anticipating our needs. The food was also superb! The beachfront restaurant served incredibly fresh seafood, caught and cooked on the spot. Breakfast even had a dedicated kids' section, making it perfect for families with little ones. For active guests, there's no need to worry! Kayaking, yoga, and more are all available, so you'll never get bored. The highlight for me was the Spa. The therapists were incredibly skilled, and I felt completely revitalized afterwards! Overall, it offered excellent value for money. It truly caters to everyone – whether you're a couple on honeymoon, a family with various age groups, or a group of friends, everyone will have a fantastic time. I've already recommended it to my best friend!
