The hotel was everything. I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days and we spent all the time from the pool, to the beach and then restaurants. They have an outdoor bar by the poolside, an outdoor restaurant 1 on the 2nd floor and a cigar lounge. There’s not much to do in the area but the hotel offered enough for relaxing as it has its own private beach. There’s staff was very friendly and helpful and on our 2nd day, they helped us to upgrade from city view room to ocean view. I’d definitely recommend if going to Sihanoukville. Food wasn’t my thing though but everyone’s taste is different.

All in all, I can’t complain. The hotel is nice well equipped. The staff is friendly and responsible. Nevertheless, there’s a room for improvement. For example kitchen personnel most certainly requires some training. In the middle of our stay we had a severe food poisoning from breakfast buffet (there’s no doubt), which leads me to thinking a hygiene issue took place, not the food quality. Furthermore, Sunset restaurant has served me mashed potatoes with side vegetables instead of ordered ratatouille with chicken breast without any explanation or warning. Not crucial but disappointing.

i like staying here. the staff are very helpful and have good english. i asked for sea view room when booking but they gave me other room instead. its okay i have a good time staying here. i order food from room service and the food is so good!! the breakfast food also good. i really recommend to stay here! overall i’m satisfied! 😍

Very nice stay at here. It is good for those who are looking for a nice quiet place to chill and have fun. The staffs are very friendly and welcoming. A good value for money stay.

While the hotel is mostly ok and the front desk staff is very friendly and hard working, the hotels casino is incredibly unprofessional and lacks in operational standard. If you do spend time there its advisable to check amount and money received thoroughly.

A serene setting adorned our seaside villa & balcony atop, sea water lapping beneath. Villa 126 with vogue decor & a wraparound view to match was as perfect as the abundant sea life that exists below with crabs scurrying about doing their business a the sight of magnificent tropical fish of many colours including a school of Angelfish & an array of ever colourful coral spanned Pearl Resorts entire coastal boardwalk. Sheer delight! The highlight being the view beneath the waters surface in a CLEAR KAYAK at 6:30am the silent serene glass like sea water enabled a mesmerising view; an array of intricate coloured corals with hundreds of fish weaving through its channels, unbelievable in our now ever changing climate BUT it was real! Can't fault this resort from the time we arrived to its end the facilities and activities & to the hospitality staff incl. the managers to the service staff were all outstanding & waterside beauty & body treatments with Jenny it’s well & truely beyond a 5 star resort. Exquisite food of perfect presentation & perfectly cooked seafood al dente’ pasta & rice a foodies delight even the breakfast lobster fried rice was sensational. A genuine eco-retreat, truly connecting you with nature. The villas are nestled among lush greenery, offering excellent privacy, and the outdoor shower area was a delightful surprise. The curated activities, such as mangrove exploration and farm visits, were very enriching. The food was fresh, organic, and authentically delicious. This is an ideal destination for environmentally conscious travelers looking to escape the daily grind and immerse themselves in nature.

Very good service, good environment, good breakfast, pasta and pastries and fruits, and the supplement is very good, the sea view is good, the only thing is that check in after 2 pm and check out at 11 am

The staff is so accomodating. They always ask us whenever we need something. It was my husband's birthday, they surprised him with a greeting on our dinner and we appreciate it! Will book this hotel again when we come back.
