Parking quite difficult due too many customers and the staffs not friendly at all. Bellboy come to pick my luggages from my car and then he drop off my luggages next to the walk way without tell me and i was looking my luggages. After checked in, they gave me the key card and not even tell me where the elevator is. This is my first time i go there, i can say that i need to find the elevator to access my room. When i comeback arrived in front hotel looking for parking, security keep standing and talk even see my car already stop in front of the hotel and they don’t tell us have space for park or not until i go asking him, do you have parking space.
The room was clean and tidy, providing a comfortable atmosphere. The staff offered a warm welcome at the lobby, and everyone was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast featured a delightful variety of options, including Cambodian, Western, and Chinese dishes—all included with the stay. The view of the sea from the room was breathtaking, and opening the curtains allowed the refreshing sea breeze to fill the space.

Top class hotel for reasonable price . Our room was clean, everything brand new . Distance to the see quite far if you choose to walk , but on Tuk Tuk is nothing . There was really nice swimming pool at the hotel with the bar . The staff is super helpful and polite . I recommend this hotel if you come to Sihanoukville.
Not exactly the getaway I imagined.
From the moment we checked in, I already sensed things weren’t going to meet expectations. The room was far from what was promised—definitely not beachfront. Instead, we got a partial view of the tree which felt like a downgrade. Maybe because we booked under a promo, they treated it like a second-tier reservation.
The food? Sadly, underwhelming. The portions were small, the taste was average at best, and overall presentation lacked effort. It felt more like a rushed meal than something you'd expect from a place that claims to offer a relaxing, luxurious escape.
We came here hoping to relax and feel pampered, but everything felt just enough to get by—not special, not thoughtful, not memorable. The only redeeming factor was the staff, who were polite, though clearly trying to do their best with limited resources.
If you're looking for an experience that lives up to its photos and descriptions, this might leave you a little disappointed—unless you manage to get the full-priced package. Unfortunately, this stay felt more like a budget overnight stop than a dreamy vacation spot.

The rooms and big and pretty clean. The hotel feels luxurious. The pool is big and the view is nice, you also have a steam room (for women) and sauna (for men). You got towels at the pool. However I did not like the surroundings. There is a 7/11 tho. The breakfast is good, with western and eastern options.
Great location with very nice view from the rooms with balcony. Bad things are too crowded with casino people and if the front parking is only for the casino guest.
Located just outside the center. But the apartments are very spacious and were clean. We wanted to check out an hour later and that was no problem for the staff. Definitely recommended

New building with good furnishing, the floor a bit unclean maybe housekeeping using unclean mop. maybe the room was not inspected from superior that they forgotten to put bath tower in the room so we need to call front desk to bring it up for us. Breakfast was so so not much choice mostly for Chinese friendly breakfast. Shower carbine was small and after shower the floor in bathroom was wet all over it could be cause trouble if u didn’t careful.
Nice decoration hotel.
Swimming pool really attracts kids.
Friendly staff providing good services.
Sea view rooftop restaurant
However less parking lots are available and rooms are a bit small for family.
I had a wonderful experience staying at Ting Bo From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I immediately felt at home.
The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the high-quality linens and thoughtful amenities provided—everything from a stocked minibar to a strong Wi-Fi connection.
One of the highlights of my stay was the [pool, sea view, breakfast buffet, gym, etc.]. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The hotel is also ideally located, yet quiet enough for a peaceful rest.

Very Good
PphengThe place is so fresh, clean, and nice view. I highly recommend for couples, friends, and family. If u wish to have a private and relax trip, pls go there. The staff, managers, services are all very friendly. The price is reasonable with given breakfast. Will visit again!
VViktoriiaweiki absolutely love this place.
Food, beach, sea, pool everything was gorgeous. Any dish and drinks from menu was so much delicious.
Staff was so friendly and helpful.
It was really the best choice for such price.
Also I liked so much that can take for free some boats and kayaks from the hotel. We really had more fun there.
Also want to mention some minuses which maybe not totally connected with the hotel but would like somebody tell me in advance about it:
1) hotel doesn’t accept all cash. At our last day we need to get some changes and hotel didn’t accept my hundred dollar because there was some red stamp on it. As for me it’s so strange but I heard it could happen in Cambodia. But next day when we moved to the Sihanouk they accept this hundred dollar easily , so I don’t understand this logic too much. But even the hotel didn’t accept that hundred they still help us with some cash as for us it was urgent to buy tickets for early morning ferry.
2) and the biggest minus it was trip which we bought from the hotel: fishing +snorkeling +sunset+plankton
Never ever buy it! Safe 20$ for anything else. The most useless half of day of my trip was there. And what make me sad it was last day in the Koh Rong. Was upset that spent last evening at this stupid way.
The tour is organized by tourist group “three brothers “ and the hotel sell it. Could be nice if they tell from beginning that this trip is a total 💩and don’t allow spoil vocation of there customers. But anyway nobody force us to buy it so can’t totally blame hotel, but…😢
So will explain why I such upset about the trip. We came to the ferry and boat brought us to another place where stay 3 boats . Than we change boat and a guy just give us that special mask for snorkeling and tell: ok go… but our boat was staying between 2 other boats so how I should go I didn’t understand. After we sitting and don’t understand anything for 10-15 min other boats left than we decided to go inside water. There was no fish !!!!!!!!! Maybe maximum 5 fishes!!!!!! We saw more in the hotel.than fishing: they didn’t teach us anything didn’t explain anything we just stop they gave us something as thing for fishing and just went to sleep. Than after one hour when one chinese girl almost start to vomiting we went to dirty dirty and over dirty long set beach for sunset. And we arrived there around 3:30-4! So should wait for sunset 2 hours!!!!! When we ask to put at least music they said: captain want to sleep… And beach was over dirty!!!! Than they start to cook some food gave some drinks, we watch sunset was beautiful ( because thanks God they can’t spoil sunset) and then we went to watch plankton. I was so exited about that and than they stop us on the middle of the nowhere and don’t tell anything. Where is plankton? Full moon no have plankton… how we know it? Why we still stay in that place 30 mint. I would like to know answers for all this questions but nobody gave me it… so was the worst time from 1:30pm to 7:30pm. If don’t Wang to spoil u day never go there!!!!
MM.O.T.A.S around the worldWe were unfortunate to travel during low season, which in Koh Rong means 99% rain everyday, by conversations with locals they are fully aware of this yet all bookings and activities are business as usual but cannot be enjoyed, such as snorkling, BBQ boat etc. because of the weather we were stuck in the hotel 90% of the time, there is NO TV (it does say in room amenities, I read too late) so just be aware, specially if travelling with little ones. The pool is not an option because of thunder and lighting. It costs 15USD to get to the hotel from the pier. There is no ATM on the island only one stall that lets you use your card to pay the local then they give you the money, this is charged at 8% 😡 This is important because for lack of internet connection you cant always use card to pay at restaurant for your lunches and dinner, also when you can, there is a 3% fee to do so. All activities must also be paid in USD but old rugged bills are not accepted even if they have been given to you by other traders ib the island or if the bills got a bit wet in the rain, which was a frequent problem. So come with plenty of new dollars or you'll find yourself stuck with little options. the night before check out, we asked the staff to please let the ferry company know we would be taking the 9:30am ferry to Sihakouville (as instructed by the ferry company). We booked a 9:00am return trip to the pier as recommended. However as we arrived the ferry was leaving, at 9:15. We were not the only ones left behind. Some people had a flight to catch later that day and were made to pay another 17USD per person as according to them it was ”impossible” to fit them into one of the almost-empty-boats of one of the other many ferry companies, because they dont work together, some families payed up to 70USD to not miss their flight despite it not being their fault. The hotel was standard, for a beach hotel, nice huts, the beds were clean and comfortable and the highlight was definitely the food at the restaurant, over the 4 days, we tried many dishes all of them delicious. I can imagine during sunny season it must be a beautiful location and a beautiful hotel. saying this, I already thought it was overpriced for low season compared to similar hotels in Thailand and Bali, so for me the price you would pay in high season I would not consider it, specially given the whole experience with the ferry and USDs. ☹️
WWinston1979Received a very warm welcome! Helpful Staff! Helped me book my scuba diving and my ferry ticket. The room was good and cooled! I only miss a phone and because I was sick I had to go to the restaurant myself to order my food (no room service). Menu card was not set up for vegans. Also the breakfast not. I could literally only eat fruit and potatoes for breakfast.
In the end I had a nice meal after negotiating with the Staff!
I would have liked the room with sea view, which had two glass walls.
Furthermore, wonderful stay on the beach! As a solo traveler who was really there for my peace, this was a great location on Koh Rong!
AAtiiiThe resort is charming and down-to-earth, offering a relaxed and welcoming vibe that makes you feel at home. Their menu is a favorite among tourists, featuring delicious Eastern and Western dishes, plus refreshing cold drinks, smoothies, and shakes that you can enjoy by the beach or the pool.
One of the highlights is their adorable dog, Jenny, who loves to guide guests on a 15-minute jungle walk to Lazy Beach—a beautiful serene spot just a short stroll from the resort.
Getting there is super easy, too! They offer pick-up and drop-off services from the ferry. We took a GCTV high-speed ferry and disembarked at the second pier (Saracen bay) where the resort staff whisked us away in a small vehicle or even a tractor—such a fun experience!
If you’re up for a little adventure, Sunset Beach is about a 30-minute walk from the resort. The trail is rocky and steep in some parts, so plan accordingly. And unless you’re okay with paying $50 for a boat ride back, it’s best to head back before dark.
The rooms are a bit gloomy and small, and the shower isn’t the best, with just average cleaning materials provided. However, the overall charm of the resort, its atmosphere, and the amazing surroundings make it a great place to stay!
GGuest UserMy son and I spent 4 wonderful relaxing days at Long Set. The customer service at Long Set Resort was amazing. Once you get off the ferry someone is waiting to escort you to the resort which is a short walk on the board walk to the resort. From the moment we arrived until our departure staff members catered to our wants and needs. Through out our stay they checked in to make sure everything was going well. My son enjoyed his stay at Long Set, playing in the pool and on the beach.
Twice a week there is bbq on the beach at night where staff decorate the beach nicely with lights and tables. Couples can reserve a private area to dine and they receive special services.
The only cons were my room didn’t have a television and my son would have liked water slides at the pool. WiFi was steady throughout the whole resort, the food was good, and the facility was clean. I definitely would stay at Long Set Resort again.
GGuest UserI can't say the location is good, but the beach, sand, and accommodation are satisfactory. If you want to get off at the pier and take a tuk-tuk, you have to pay $5 per person, $10 round trip. The free canoe and paddle boat were fun, but they are very old and need to be replaced and repaired. The air conditioner was cool, but noisy. The food was generally delicious and came out quickly. The noise from the next room wasn't loud. I didn't use the pool because I liked the ocean, and the pool wasn't very deep, so it wasn't fun. It smells a little like disinfectant. The breakfast was delicious, but the menu wasn't very diverse.
The Wi-Fi was too slow or didn't work well, so I used up my data. I sent an email about pickup, but I didn't get a reply, so I don't know if they read it or not.
The staff's kindness and service were average. At lunch, I sat in the restaurant, made eye contact, and raised my hand, but they didn't give me the menu, so I had to get it myself. In the evening, I was a little annoyed that they gave the menu to the team that arrived later than me first.
The beach is beautiful, but I saw too many tourists and staff smoking and throwing cigarette butts in the ocean and sand.
Pagoda Beach is prettier than other beaches on Koh Rong Island, so many travelers from other accommodations also visit there.
AAnonymous UserLocation: Perfect and peaceful island setting in Cambodia.
Service: Needs more attention from top management. Due to staff shortages during peak holiday season, service was inconsistent, affecting the overall guest experience.
Boat Schedule Issue: There was a mismatch in boat schedule information between the reservations team and the front desk. This created difficulties for guests without private transportation, especially since the island is remote and ride-hailing apps (Grab/PassApp) are not readily available. The hotel’s private taxi service charges **$50 one-way**, which feels excessive—management should reconsider pricing.
Food Options: Limited menu choices in the restaurant, and the menu was only in English with no pictures. As a local Cambodian, I sometimes struggled to identify dishes.
Room & Amenities: Fantastic—clean, comfortable, and hygienic.
Breakfast: Absolutely delicious!
SPA: Highly recommended! Relaxing and affordable, especially with the hotel’s 30% exclusive discount. One of the best parts of my stay.
Buggy Service: A major letdown. Upon checkout, the front desk failed to inform us that no buggy was available. We waited **almost an hour** with no updates, even after calling twice. Eventually, we had to walk to reception.
Overall: This hotel has great potential but needs better communication, staffing adjustments, and improved guest convenience (transportation, food options, and service reliability).
MMartusiaWe had an amazing experience at this hotel and enjoyed every moment of our stay. From the very beginning, we were greeted with exceptionally warm and attentive service, which made us feel truly welcome.
The entire property is beautifully designed and well-maintained, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, offering everything we needed for a perfect stay. The beach was absolutely stunning, with soft sand and crystal-clear water—ideal for relaxation.
Breakfast was also a highlight, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from.
Overall, we felt completely at ease and appreciated the hotel’s outstanding hospitality.
WWojciech KopećHotel located in a great place right on the beach, the downside is the old houses and old rooms. The tiles in the room are falling off, additionally rusty
Containers for body wash and washing liquid, air conditioning works as it pleases, the room is also smaller than in the description, located away from the beach in a wooden building. Breakfast is very poor, generally there is nothing to eat, juice from a carton, coffee from Nalewajka, poor food and if you go for breakfast later there is nothing to eat, they add fruit by the piece, add juice by the piece just to have something. The sunbeds are of course occupied by the Januszs from early morning where towels lie and no one uses them, a massacre. Generally, if they took care of the hotel, in my opinion it has the best location on the entire island. Additionally, a nice village.
