"We super enjoyed the breakfast. It was raining hard for 2 days when went that’s why the kids were sad not swimming in the main pool and the beach but there were lots of things to do indoors. They have a playground, pool, table tennis, dart and football table so the kids weren’t got bored. They also have the rent a bike which we wanted to try since the place is big and it is nice to explore but the weather didn’t permit us. It has been our 6 times in this hotel. Our favorite go to hotel resort there at SHV. By the way, they have another pool which is also nice."

"I never write proper reviews, but I'll write one for this one. The beach and surroundings are absolutely gorgeous, and the service from the front desk and shuttle driver is impeccable. They even brought food to my room when it was too hot at midday. The only downside is the bed; it's very soft and one side sags, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied. At just over 1000 yuan a night, it's quite cost-effective. The hotel is also beautiful with modern decor. I recommend staying in a sea-view room for convenience."

Hotel near Otres Beach,Sihanoukville
Billions Hotel is located next to Otres Beach in Sihanoukville, Cambodia. It is a 15-minute drive from Sihanoukville Airport. The hotel is one of the luxury beach resort hotels in Sihanoukville. The hotel offers free WIFI, swimming pool, parking lot, sky bar, restaurant, serving a variety of Western and traditional Cambodian cuisine. The hotel room facilities are high-end and comfortable: central air conditioning, goose down quilts, pure cotton linens, etc. We strive to provide guests with the most comfortable accommodation environment and look forward to your visit.

"The hotel requires a USD 50 deposit before check-in. At check-out, they deducted USD 5 for cleaning the bed cover, which I found quite unreasonable. Before booking, we requested a Smart TV several times to watch the FIFA World Cup 2026, but the room only had a regular TV with Chinese channels and TV doesn't support Wi-Fi connection for streaming. At least they didn’t charge extra for using the swimming pool, lobby, terrace, or elevator etc. There was also confusing information about the billiards room. The notice said it was open 24 hours, but the reception said it closed at 9:00 PM and charged USD 8 per hour even for hotel guests, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the breakfast was good, the location was excellent, and the room was clean and exactly as shown in the photos."

"There are so many good things about this place, I don't even know where to begin! They allowed us to check in early, and the staff at reception spoke fluent English and were incredibly friendly. The complimentary iced juice was also delicious and refreshing 🍹. When we got to our room, we were surprised to find a thoughtfully arranged small crab on the bed and a pandan leaf folded into a 'welcome' message – such a delightful touch! 😌 As a sea-view room, the beautiful scenery right outside and the clean, white sandy beach are almost the least of this hotel's advantages. Within miles, there's no place with better facilities or more stunning, pristine sand. The hotel's swimming pool is also top-notch and beautiful, with clean water, showing how well it's maintained. During the day, you can book a spa (not free), and it's incredibly therapeutic and peaceful, accompanied by the sounds of waves and birds. The therapist was gentle and attentive, even proactively applying herbal medicine when she noticed a wound on me 🌿. The hotel offers free paddleboards and glass-bottom boats for guests to enjoy. In the afternoon, there's also an hour-long surfing experience. The instructor, Anthony from the Philippines (I think that was his name, sorry I can't quite recall 🥲), had such a great attitude and was an excellent teacher – patient and enthusiastic. I actually learned to surf in just one hour! 🤣🤣 Regarding meals, breakfast is a buffet. Nothing particularly outstanding, but the variety is rich and the taste is good, pretty standard. I feel like a à la carte system would offer a better experience. For dinner, we booked a BBQ at the hotel, and there was a lovely singer performing. Even with few guests, she sang for us with great dedication 🎤. We were truly grateful, and it's worth highlighting that her skill level was incredibly high – she sounded amazing! 🥰 All in all, beautiful scenery, wonderful people. Golden Beach, you're awesome! I'll definitely choose you again next time! 😍😍😍"

The staff are friendly and helpful. The dome on the right side of the resort, with a view of Prince Island, is highly recommended for couples. The new bungalows on the left side of the resort are also great for families and offer a partial sea view.

Bit of a mixed bag at this place but with some easy tweaks it could be perfection. Good : Location, beach is clean, food is tasty, bar prices are good and Nas the bar manager makes a great cocktail, breakfast is plentiful and varied, pool is clean, sun beds, towels and paddleboards are available. Bioluminescence plankton is visible but you have to swim out away from the bright resort lights. Bad : Room type Beach View Villa - Lots of mosquitos in the room as the bathroom is not sealed, would be good if they gave you a net for the bed and room spray as I got badly bitten overnight. Wifi is really bad, you only have 1 plug socket for the entire room which isn't next to the bed, the lights are either all on or all off (the wall lights are decoration apparently so aren't wired up) and again the switch isn't near the bed, and you have nowhere to hang clothes or swim wear to dry, a line or rack would be really useful. Basically without tweaks the beachfront villa are overpriced. The staff were incredibly helpful when trying to resolve issues. I would return but would book a Sea View Room which are slightly cheaper, sealed and had great WiFi.

We stayed in “Eden Beach Resort” and want to share our experience. Location is good because hotel has private pier, where the boat will take you from/to Sihanouk Ville. It was comfortable. I was impressed by the hotel green area as well 🌴 The hotel has their own water purification system, we drank tasty and fresh water everyday from reusable glass bottles. Unfortunately we had some inconveniences in the hotel during our stay there. Check in was a long time. We arrived on island 11 a.m. and waited check in 4 hours, 3 p.m. When we asked about a breakfast, we were told that breakfast not included this day, although previous hotels often went to meet us, and it was pleasant. Breakfast costs 12$ per person. Breakfasts was tasty but after few days I tired from it. I would like to pay your attention with strays. Cats and dogs were in diner zone, they are they itched and got in the way. It made Unpleasant impressions. I also want to say about some disadvantages about cleaning up rooms. In the morning time, when we spent time on the beach, our room wasn’t clean. If we went to walk, we asked the staff about cleaning our room. One day we didn’t ask about cleaning and we were left without cleaning 🤷🏾♀️ There were 4 towels in the room: 2 big towels, 2 small towels, which for face and hair (I think) but we used this towels for feet because there were no extra towels. Totally staff working is good. Especially was pleasant administrator from Russian (as well as I remember Alex, but I can mistake). He helped our friends immediately (they had a problem with a safe and ordered double cleaning room because there is a lot of sand). What about attractions? The beach is good, near the hotel is clean but you should be ready for sand flyers. Oh Jesus! We were fully bited by them. Therefore our skin was swollen. At the hotel you can rent a kayak. One day we paid 5 $ per hour. Then we were explained that it is necessary to pay only if there is the queue. During check out we were waiting checking the rooms about 10 minutes. It’s not good 😁 a lot of more hotels refused this process. Our final review. Despite the some disadvantages our weekend in this hotel left a good impression. Place is beautiful, good, calm. There is a small work to improve the part of the service and cleaning, as well as control of the state of the territory and animals.

What I liked: The excellent, comfortable bed and pillows, pristine white linens and towels. The hotel staff contacted me in advance and helped me book ferry tickets and a car from the pier to the hotel. The hotel restaurant served quite delicious dishes. Breakfast was also very good, despite the limited selection. You can use paddleboards for free at the beach. Snorkeling from the shore was also decent; we saw two cuttlefish. The beach is a dream, with one small caveat. There were always enough sun loungers. What I disliked: The beach was littered with plastic remnants from the sandbags used to reinforce the shoreline. One evening, we ordered a bottle of Prosecco at sunset. The waiter opened it and threw the foil directly onto the sand, shocking us with such disregard for this beautiful place. Another morning, guests at the neighboring table on the beach had Coke brought to them. By lunchtime, no one had come to clear the glasses and cans. By sunset, the same cans were still lying on the sand; the glass cups, however, seemed to have been collected. There were also many disappointments with the room: everything was shoddily done, built in a hurry, the furniture was stained with paint, the rug and hat in the room were torn, and in the huge shower, there wasn't a single hook or towel holder. There's also no shower curtain, so the toilet was always wet. Half of the light switches didn't work, and the switches by the bed were swapped. When you leave the room and take the key card, the light above the entrance also turns off, making it quite an adventure to return in the dark and climb the stairs. There's a refrigerator, but it didn't work, and this was the case in two different rooms. At the entrance to the bungalow and the restaurant, there are hoses to wash sand off your feet, but none of them worked. My husband took one apart and cleaned it, and then it worked. Conclusion: With proper management and care, this place could turn into paradise. Things to be prepared for: In the evenings, there are many mosquitoes or gnats on the beach; they bite hard and itch for a long time. Repellents are essential. Within walking distance, there's only the neighboring cafe and nothing else. This could be both an advantage and a disadvantage for some.

I got a good offer through trip.com. For this price , I cannot complain . The room is spacious . Nice Pool area . Noise is a little issue , I could hear every word of my neighbors .I could even hear my neighbor snoring . sound isolation is very poor . one night , I guess my other neighbors complained about me , having the TV running on moderate volume , they were banging on the wall . But my TV was really not loud , no music , only watching news . Another thing is the pool area . The area is big , pool is nice and cold . Sunbeds are in the shadow though from morning until afternoon , cause the building itself is blocking the sun . And pool area should be a place to relax , enjoy peace and quiet in privacy . But there is constant coming and going of staff , using the pool area as a link from motorbike parking to hotel building . There is garbage to transport out of the building , laundry , deliveries are made through the pool area . Staff are coming and leaving . If you are lying there , belly exposed , you want to have a minimal level of privacy . But you'll have fully dressed people walking beside you every other minute . you will find no quite relaxation , the vibe feels more like a train station . The hotel should have built a separate service corridor for staff and deliveries next to the pool area .security is using the seating area next to the pool to have a long conversation on his walkie talkie . Sometimes there is music playing from the bar at the pool . But it's not that some clever mind designed a suitable playlist of background music .it seems like whoever is working at the bar can make music using their personal smartphone . Music gets stopped in the middle of a song , to chose a different song . Sometimes you hear a notification sound cause the phone received some message . The music gets turned off and and on randomly. No place to relax . The photos were taken in a time span of under 10 minutes Balcony was cleaned only once in my 3 weeks stay . For me personally no big deal , but in an hotel that charges 45$ or more , I would expect a little more care .

Outstanding Luxury Experience – New Year Celebration (31 Dec 2025 – 1 Jan 2026) I stayed at this hotel to celebrate New Year from 31 December 2025 to 1 January 2026, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm welcome from all the staff. Every team member was extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating, making us feel valued and comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel truly feels like a palace. Based on my personal experience, it is much better and more luxurious than Sokha Sihanouk Hotel and Independence Hotel, where I usually stay. It even offers the same level or more luxury than Try Palace in Kep. Every detail reflects quality—from the door handles to the bed, everything feels premium and well-designed. All facilities and equipment are modern, luxurious, and very clean. The room was spacious, with a huge bathroom, including a separate bathtub, shower/steam room, and toilet, which made the stay even more comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was the generosity: • Soft drinks and fresh fruits were plentiful and completely free • The breakfast for special for the New Year celebration, breakfast manu • They even offered free breakfast for my two children, even though they were over the usual free age limit — a very kind gesture The location is perfect, with what I believe is the best beach in Sihanoukville. The sand is incredibly clean, smooth, and soft—like ground powder—and the beach area is well maintained. I accidentally took their room key, the hotel staff were extremely understanding. They were not upset at all and kindly allowed me to return it on my next visit to Sihanoukville, which shows their trust and professionalism. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. It is far more luxurious than Sokha and Independence Hotel, and easily ranks among the best luxury hotels I have stayed at in Cambodia. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a true luxury experience, especially for special celebrations
