Hotel near Jeju Internation Airport / Yeondong,Jeju City 66.6% of visitors choose this area
DDangchizhuchang 2026.05.10
The hotel is located in downtown Jeju Island, directly opposite the Shilla Duty Free Shop. There are plenty of food and shopping options nearby, as well as a shuttle bus, but be sure to check the operating hours. The hotel lobby offers luggage storage, but you can only check in after 3 PM – that's an important point! The room size is decent, though the facilities are a bit old. Overall, it offers good value for money! They offer Chinese service at check-in and provide Olive Young discount coupons! Around the hotel, you can find local Jeju delicacies like black pork, fried chicken, pork backbone soup, and abalone porridge. However, don't expect too much from the taste; none of it was particularly outstanding. A barbecue meal for two usually costs over 300 (Korean Won/Chinese Yuan, please specify if you know). There are several Olive Young stores nearby where you can get immediate tax refunds, which is quite convenient! If you arrive at Jeju Airport on an early flight and don't know what to do, I suggest heading directly to Dongmun Market near the airport to kill some time. Seven Stars Street is also close by, with many sports brand stores!

The hotel itself was decent, and the location was good – the largest local market in Seogwipo was just a short walk away! However, first and foremost, the lack of a front desk upon check-in was incredibly inconvenient. It's a hotel, not a guesthouse! Secondly, while I can overlook the small room size, what I absolutely couldn't stand was that all the lights were touch-activated and would automatically turn off in less than ten minutes! I tend to shower slowly, and this became really awkward; halfway through my shower, the lights went out, and the touch panel wasn't even in the bathroom, but outside! It was also inconvenient when using the toilet. Honestly, I just don't understand this design! You can strive for energy efficiency, but not at the expense of guest experience and convenience, right?! The hotel staff seemed unaware of this design flaw, and perhaps Koreans aren't as vocal about feedback (unlike the Japanese, haha). In the morning, the hotel seemingly responsibly sent someone to inspect it, but after all that, they told me they found no problems! Yet, I felt like they didn't even understand the issues I was reporting, which sounds a bit ridiculous! The dining area was right there in front of me, but then I was told they weren't serving breakfast. I found that quite incomprehensible as well!

Location is good. We arrived at 1pm and the hotel was kind enough to provide us with early check in, but it seems that we did not get our room with mountain view! The hotel does not switch on the aircon during this time and we had to open the balcony door to let the cold air in, else the room is stuffy, but it is noisy as it is facing the road. Room is clean and bed is comfortable too. Will come and stay again if I were to visit Jeju next time.

We stayed in a double plus single bed room facing the airport/ocean. It was a lovely view. Check in and check were both pretty smooth. Room size is okay for small family. Bathroom comes air heated bidet which is appreciative during cold months. The bed were very comfortable and we have a very restful night. Location is seems to be surrounded by lots of restaurants catered to PRC tourists. Even walking on the street feels like we are in China. Shops like Innisfree and Olive Young are just steps away from the entrance. It makes a good airport hotel as the drive is only 15mins. Hotel also provides free airport shuttle stating from 7am.

Facilities: There's not much around here. Getting a taxi is difficult. Hygiene: The room was clean. Service: It's good enough that there was no discrimination. Environment: The smoking area door in the lobby stinks terribly. I couldn't stand it every time I passed by. There's not much to do in winter. Wouldn't really recommend it.

The room was spotless with a great view, and the bed was so soft I slept like a baby. The kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped. The location was fantastic, right by the sea. A perfect stay, couldn't fault it!

Facilities: The first-floor lobby is spacious with plenty of seating, and also features a microwave, massage chairs, computers, and a water dispenser. However, the water dispenser wasn't working when I visited, but it didn't impact my trip. There's a dining area on the basement level, but I didn't get a chance to go. Cleanliness: Very clean, no issues at all. I saw the housekeeping staff cleaning the rooms in the hallway every day. Environment: The hotel's internal environment is excellent. There's a convenience store right outside, and a very interesting park behind the hotel where you can climb a small hill. If you want to shop, it's also very close to the duty-free shop. The supermarket is a bit further, about 2-3 kilometers. There's a bus stop within 500 meters of the hotel, making transportation very convenient. Service: They offered a complimentary pick-up or drop-off service to Jeju Airport, which was absolutely fantastic! My only minor issue was one morning around 7 AM when the hallway was very noisy. It sounded like a local tour group was departing or hotel staff were chatting; I couldn't understand what they were saying.

Much smaller than expected. It's suitable for a solo business trip, but not really for a leisure trip due to the cramped space. A 25-square-meter room with two 1.5-meter beds leaves no room at all. On the bright side, it's clean and tidy, and the pedestrian street downstairs is very convenient. However, paying 1100 a night before the May Day holiday simply doesn't match the conditions... For families, I'd suggest sacrificing a bit of renovation for a bigger room, seriously. By the way: I'm not used to the customs here. I've been spoiled back home, and coming here truly feels like a hardship... The supporting facilities are just too far behind.

Honestly, the standard room was quite small, even smaller than a typical Atour hotel, but it had everything you needed. The toiletries were from L'Occitane's Verbena range, which was a nice touch. The air conditioning was the strongest I've ever experienced in a hotel; it would reach the desired temperature within a minute – incredibly powerful! The hotel's best feature is definitely the heated outdoor pool, which was always full of kids playing from morning till night. Breakfast wasn't extensive, but it was delicious and I was very satisfied. The price was a bit high for the room size, but the environment and service were excellent. It was also super convenient to go for a stroll by the beach every day. Oh, and the hotel's own cafe was fantastic – the coffee was exceptional, and the pastries and bread were also very good.

The hotel staff are very friendly. The room is a bit warm since it is controlled by a centralized aircon and they arranged a fan in my room. The location is great as we can travel to and fro from the hotel with a bus stop nearby. They provide shampoo, hair conditional and a shower body wash. Will stay here again if I am back in Jeju! Thank you!

GGuest UserAbout 15 minutes by car from airport. A quieter part of Jeju city but enough restaurants within walking distance plus on-site convenience shop. Clean and well-maintained with superb housekeeping crew. Breakfast buffet was average. On-site cafe has reasonably priced food and dribks. No dental kit or shaving kit in room and so bring your own!

EExpatI really liked the property of the venue. I came to the area later in the day because it was raining on the island. Because I was in the midst of a circle around the island, I had already dealt with a rain storm at the folk Village and just needed to eat or clean up. I needed tea and a space to relax. There’s a plaza about five minutes walking from this property, and some of the amenities were closed at Playce when I arrived. I was also told at check-in that it was more like a hostel. The check-in process was fast. The room space is very small, but the design of the hotel rooms is neat and functional. Unfortunately, there’s no luggage rack, and there are limited hours for the café, laundry, play, and bar restaurant. I had two suitcases, so I used my bed and a MacGyver way to set the carry-on. I think this place is best suited for remote workers who are minimalists or trekkers/bikers. I still think the concept of Playce is unique. However, I wanted to go see the sunrise on the Ilchulbong hike and there’s no breakfast early in the morning. The coffee shop is not open until later either. The restaurant opens promptly at dinner time. The shop has very nice branded things, but I chose to purchase a couple of basic souvenirs. I felt a sense of hipster basically. Otherwise, the place is great. Price is best. Although the staff was very friendly and had lots of information, I do not feel that describing the venue as a hostel was appropriate. If I cannot get my tea or coffee when the popular attraction nearby is a 40 minute walk away or a five minute taxi, then I should at least have the option that a hostel does. This means I had to utilize the coffee that I took from the previous hotel in order to make my morning start the best at sunrise.. It was suggested that I go to a restaurant locally across the street by Starbucks at the 4pm check-in since the restaurant was not open until 6 PM. Even if I had my own snacks, the option I had was to use the hot water machine downstairs. Thinking back to a hostel, I did not have the hostel kitchen. The laundry was available if needed though. What I liked about this Playce despite the fact that it was a rainy day is the feature of the stage in the middle of the property and the fact that they do events locally on a regular basis. I liked the interior decorating and I did like the fact that they had a library/remote workers room. The food at the restaurant was delicious. When I did get to eat breakfast later in the morning after the hike (the hike spot had local shops), it was really good. When the café did eventually open, it was a very nice space. Food service literally saved my opinion late in the morning. I like the concept of the whole property and feel that it can do better in accommodating the hotel guests, especially when it is a Chinese holiday revolving around an upcoming Korean holiday. Hours of operation are not in sync with travelers, and it is definitely not with hostel amenities. It’s a hotel. I stayed at this location because of the price and vibe which was quite fine after 6pm. I really enjoyed the hike and the small village near the shore.

DDayuangeFive-star review all around! The hotel's facilities are perfect. Even though the standard rooms aren't huge, they are clean and well-maintained. They have both indoor and outdoor pools, and the outdoor one is heated, so you can swim even in winter. Breakfast is a bit pricey, but it's really good.

GGuest UserBooked a family suite with two bathrooms. The room was spacious and clean. The front desk staff spoke a little Chinese, which made check-in very smooth. They don't provide disposable toothbrushes or toothpaste, but there are disposable slippers, though they're quite thin, so you might want to bring your own. During our stay, we saw many Korean locals staying here. It's in the city center with lots of food options nearby, and getting a taxi is very convenient.

JJulietteLI had such a wonderful stay at Mir’s! First time in Korea so wanted to familiarize myself with locals by starting off staying at a shared dorm. Eventually chose Mir’s over other hotels! First night at the place was greeted by Kevin, a very sweet boy who’s been so helpful and kind. The owner of the place is also very welcoming and polite. The whole building is well designed and very clean, smelling good. Rooms are quiet and people are respectful! Very happy with the stay. The location is so amazing as it’s close to the ocean and many cute coffee shops and delicious restaurants. Thank you!

GGuest UserCheck in was seamless, there’s a self check in machine! Room was clean, came with all basic amenities. We had shower leak issue and it was quickly resolved after calling the front desk and they sent someone up immediately to replace the shower head. 👍🏻 The only downside is their parking lots are limited (& tight), and some nights we ended up parking at the nearby public multistorey carpark, they did offer to reimburse the fees but it was still a hassle.

GGuest UserThis guesthouse was absolutely wonderful, and we had a fantastic few days on Jeju Island. The two owners were incredibly kind and patiently guided us through the check-in process, explaining everything about the room and its amenities. The room itself was spotless, showing how much care the owners put into maintaining each guesthouse. Our favorite part was the huge window offering beautiful sea views and a glimpse of the walking trail outside. Even on a less sunny day, it was still incredibly picturesque. We visited in early May, so the weather outside was a bit cool and windy, but the room was perfectly comfortable and even had floor heating. It was very quiet at night, making for a truly relaxing environment. The walking trail outside is also excellent; if you have time, definitely take a stroll there. One thing to note is that there's no elevator. However, please don't let that deter you! My friend and I felt the stunning views were more than worth it after we arrived with our luggage. If you know you'll have a lot of luggage, I recommend contacting the owner beforehand to request a lower floor, as you can still enjoy the sea view from there. A big thank you to both hosts for their wonderful hospitality during our stay. Jeju Island is amazing, and we'll definitely be back to stay here again next time!

OOuranzuigeiliThe hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center and very close to the duty-free shop. The room we booked was spacious and had a large balcony overlooking Jeju city and the sea. Do note that the room doesn't provide toothbrushes or toothpaste, and the lighting is a bit dim. Overall, it's pretty good, mostly catering to Chinese guests, and the front desk staff can speak a few words of Chinese.
