Hotels With Swimming Pools in Lima Province, Peru

What a wonderful stay! Everything from the check in process, breakfast buffet, service and cleanliness was amazing. However, what made our experience a fantastic one was the people. Vania at the reception desk and Oscar at the 18th floor club were beyond awesome! They were very attentive, anticipated our needs and wants, provided great suggestions and followed thru on all requests. It was because of them that we decided to come back for our final stay in Lima. Would highly recommend this hotel for your next stay in Lima!

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Lima Airport on three separate stays in August 2022. Each stay was just for one night. We booked with this hotel because it was close to the Lima airport and offered free shuttle service to and from the airport, 24 hours a day. We had absolutely no issues with our reservations nor the shuttle services for each of our stays. The staff at the hotel are very polite and hospitable. We dined in the restaurant on two separate occasions and the food was good and reasonable. They stowed luggage for us after our 2nd stay and we had no issues when we returned with our luggage. The rooms are very clean with plugs on both sides of the bed for electronics. There are black out curtains to help with sleep. The noise from outside of the hotel can be heard but honestly, it's a lot louder when you are outside. The city near the airport does not rest! I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Lima Airport if you need a place to stay near the airport.

An excellent option for your stay in Lima. We had a great overall experience. The hotel provides clean rooms with all necessary amenities and features a pool on the top floor. The location is superb, within walking distance of most nearby attractions.

This property was nice. It was very clean. It really only has the basics in the room. No fridge or microwave, 2 bath towels and a bath mat, minimal shampoo/soap. The breakfast was actually pretty good. However, there was no ”early bird” breakfast. Anything earlier than 6am was a box breakfast which was horrible. We experienced it twice. Fruit and a cheap ham and cheese sandwich on white bread. I think there was 1 piece of ham and 1 piece of cheese. For a nice hotel, they could have done much better than that!!

Enjoyed my stay. I had a quick stopover so went a budget friendly option and was happy. Good location, safe buzzing area, very Modern rooms, tad small but good. Given the price, with good breakfast, I’d stay again. Airport Express bus stop is 100m away (taxis cheap anyway but AE Bus is comfortable with wifi etc.).

Reservé 2 habitaciones standard para año nuevo 2024, una con cama matrimonial para mi hijo y para mí, y la otra con 2 camas. Y al momento de la reserva especifiqué que necesitaba que estén una al lado de la otra, o exactamente al frente. Cuando hice check in, fuimos a las habitaciones y la mía era cama doble y encima no estaban al frente, felizmente la señora de recepción pudo solucionar pero estuvimos bastante rato esperando. Luego, a las 5y30pm aprox llamo a Room Service para pedir la cena de mi hijo, me contesta un chico y me toma el pedido. Pasa 1 HORA, llamo para saber cuánto más iba a demorar y un señor de restaurante de muy mala manera me dice que no tiene ningún pedido y que no era su problema porque él acababa de entrar a turno. Me pareció una pésima atención y pésima forma de resolver un problema. Obviamente tuve que volver a hacer el pedido y esperar más, pero dejó mucho que desear la respuesta de su personal del restaurante e hizo que me amargue el momento. Finalmente, en recepción a la hora del check in preguntamos si Room Service atendería normal hasta las 11pm, nos dijo que sí. Cuando nos fueron a dejar la comida de mi hijo, volví a preguntar al mozo y me dijo que ya no tomaban pedidos porque estaban con la cena buffet. Entonces nos iban a dejar sin cena a mi familia y a mí, ya que al estar con un niño pequeño él ya iba a dormir y yo no iba a poder salir al restaurante. Después de insistir, accedió a tomarnos el pedido pero tenía que ser en ese momento (siendo 7pm, comida llegó 7y20) y lamentablemente tuve que cenar comida fría ya que recién pude hacerlo después de dormir a mi hijo a las 8y30pm aprox. Realmente no volvería al hotel por tener tantas malas experiencias en 1 solo día de estadía.

We had stayed at another Hilton the previous time we came to Lima, but after staying at the Double Tree, we will only return to this hotel. The location is perfect, the hotel is beautiful, and it has a full gym you can use that provides you with water and a towel when you go. And what really sold it for us was the outstanding customer service. Everyone was incredible, but three people went above and beyond for us. Angel from the hotel restaurant provided top-notch service every morning to us. Also, Alondra from the front desk spent so much time with us, helping us set up our tours to ensure we had a fantastic time. She always had a smile on her face and we never felt like she was bothered by us. On the contrary, she was always happy to help and willing to go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service. Also, the person that provided service to our room was terrific (unfortunately, I can’t remember his name). Every day he wanted to make sure we had what we needed. We had an amazing experience and we will be coming back to this hotel over and over again as long as we continue to get the same experience.

The hotel is in a great location, with a swimming pool on the rooftop and outdoor activities. The room facilities are very good, the breakfast is rich, there are many kinds of fruits, and even soup. It is recommended to stay.

This was my second trip to Peru and I am so happy that I decided to treat myself to the JW Marriott in Lima. The facilities are BEAUTIFUL- especially the gym and sauna. All of the staff are also wonderful, but I was really impressed with Andrea at the front desk and Jose in the restaurant. These two were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and truly went above and beyond to provide the best service possible and help make my stay comfortable and perfect. Thank you JW, I will be back!

The staff is always welcoming and kind. This in my 5th time in this hotel and definetly will be back whenever coming to Lima. Ocean view rooms are amazing the rest too small. Delicious food in all restaurants, roof top has a nice view and a great atmosphere to be in.

There are many places to eat around, but the towels used to wipe cups are used to wipe everything. The front desk was confused and said there was no breakfast after ordering it.

Great hotel, very comfortable. The service was excellent, especially José Antonio from the reception was very helpful and that made my stay so good. He recommended some tours and helped me with tour and restaurant reservations and transportation as well. He also took his time to explain to me how to get around in the city. I was really grateful for all the good service I received at the hotel and especially from José Antonio. I highly recommend it, they were excellent days at the Dazzler

We enjoyed our stay at Antara Hotel in Miraflores. The staff are excellent and very friendly. We loved the traditional Peruvian hotel very much. The restaurant was fantastic and we enjoyed trying different dishes they had to offer. We originally were going to stay at a much larger hotel chain and glad we changed to more of a small boutique style hotel on a side street. Our bed was HUGE and i've never seen a bed that large-ha.

Service was great as usual by the receptionist and really appreciate the warmth and smile from Stefanny. The swimming pool is a heated one so I could swim in it even though it was a cold day. Loved the welcome drinks and the amenities (coffee machine, body lotion, body shower, hand soap, shampoo, thick and soft tissue paper). The beds and pillows are comfortable, there’s a usb charger at the table. It’s a really convenient place near Kennedy park. Note that no cotton pad or cotton buds, toothbrush, shower cap were provided but I am ok with that. Security was really nice too, was waiting for Uber at night by the street and he would walk out to wait with me just to be safe.

I stayed at the British Crystal Collection Hotel this weekend and the truth is that we had a VERY bad experience. The Hotel Britania Crystal Collection, located in the Miraflores, Lima, is a complete disappointment! 1.Llegando at the hotel, we realized it was a 3-star and not a 4-star, as indicated on its portal. We were very surprised. 2.Por Another part, the receptionist, tells us that the rooms are not cleaned every day! During all our stay, our room will not be cleaned! How is possible in a 4-star hotel? 3.Luego, we reserved one hour Sunday morning, to bath in the hotel's Rooftop pool. When we arrived, we found that the water from the pool was completely black. It is true, the staff does not make any daily water remarks! I think the water has not been controlled several days ago, see weeks. There are hygiene rules that a hotel should follow. 4.En the portal of hotel.com, this is written that two drinks are given when entering the hotel. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. The only girl who did not take care of it is the girl with lens and the night receptionist! I wanted to give me a pleasure, paying this hotel, which thought I would have a 4-star standing but it was a castastrophe!

Estuvimos hospedados mi esposo , mi hija que cumplía sus 15 años y yo , solo me queda palabras de agradecimiento al Hotel y al grupo humamo que labora en el , ya que se preocuparon por cada detalle en la habitación , en el desayuno y nos hicieron vivir una experencia inolvidable . Sin duda volveriamos y lo recomendaremos .

I flew in from Florida to Lima for 5 days and stayed at the BTH and have had several trips in the past also staying at the BTH. My experiences have always been great. I’ve received excellent customer service for room service, and during the breakfast brunch. In addition, Mr. Rommy Martinez has offered the best customer service always going the extra mile to help make my stay excellent. I highly recommended.
