The hotel's location is decent. While it's a little walk from the main street and the palace, its quietness and lack of crowds are a major advantage. The rooms are spotless, and the housekeeping staff are very diligent. The hotel breakfast is good, and the service staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Room was okay but not very okay because trip.com purchase through 3rd party tiket.com and did not pass the room we choose non-smoking, so we ended up with room for a smoker and same level for all room for smoking. Hotel did a good gesture after we make a call to Mr. Bagus to solve this matter as hotel was full house to make sure our room comfortable, the housekeeping did change our sheet, and everything in bed also spray our room with perfume to make smoke odor gone. I was hopeless actually because the 3rd party was tiket.com local travel agent online which wasn't reliable like traveloka they are the same. But trip.com already apologize for the mistake and offer us as gesture a goodwill for their mistake, so I won't take any further action or complain as the hotel management already tried their best solved our problem. Thank you. I hope this never happen again in the future, they need double check and make sure their agreement with 3rd party is gone through very well and no mistake happen again

Hotel Pandanaran Prawirotaman is a great place to stay, especially for its affordable price of around RM240++ for a full 4D3N trip. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and the location is very strategic. It’s just 5 minutes from Malioboro for shopping, and right next to the famous Tempo Gelato. There are plenty of coffee shops and food options nearby, making it easy to find something to eat. The service is excellent—food arrives in under 30 minutes and the spa offers relaxing in-room massages. Plus, the plugs work with all devices, so there’s no need for a travel adapter. Highly recommended for a comfortable, convenient and budget-friendly stay!

The hotel nearby malioboro street, 650meters by walk, by becak. Breakfast is good. There are a small swimming pool in front of the restaurant. The staff is very helpful. Good value for money. There are many oleh2 store near the hotel. I love the vibes 🥰 Thank you for the complimentary for me 🙏🏻

We were greeted warmly on arrival by Septi who arranged our check-in. We were told our rooms were not ready as we arrived well before the check-in time at 3pm. We went to Marioboro, the main shopping street in the city. And we're notified by WhataApp when our room is ready. We were assigned a room on the 6th floor that has a beautiful view of the pool and golf course. The hotel has a large compound and is designed like a resort. It is old but everything works. The facilities are all not far away. You don't get these in new hotels anymore. The breakfast was were good with a good spread of local and international fare and daily change of menu. We enjoyed 3 breakfasts during our stay. Overall all the staff were friendly and gave their best warm service with a smile. We felt very relaxed and welcomed. Keep it up Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta!

This hotel is perfect for a family vacation. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the service is excellent. All the staff are incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful. From check-in to our room, all the staff were very helpful. The bed was incredibly comfortable. What truly stood out to me was the wide variety of the breakfast menu; there were so many delicious options. If I ever return to Jogja, I will definitely stay at Harper Malioboro Hotel again.

excellent service, all the staffs are kind and helpful! the room is clean, the corridor is clean, bright and aesthetic with not too much deco. i'm just a bit unsatisfied with the pool because it's a bit dirty, many bugs in the water, and it doesn't cold enough. the food for breakfast was ok, not too many choices but still good because of their taste. i will recommend this hotel for those who need short transit from the airport because it's near.

This is my 1st time stay at El hotel recommend by my best friend,since she also stay there with family. The hotel is atill new ,location and design are nice and strategist,the most i like is serounding by food ,shop and walking distance to famoust Malioboro street. My memerorable moment are at the lounge cafe ,when i do surprised bday celebration for my father,the staff's are very fantastic and helpful with my last minute request they can deliver good and happy moment. The breakfast spread also good specially when you dining on weekend the restaurant have javanese music (Gamelan) so make the atmosfer more local jogyakarta. I will stay again on my future to visit Jogyakarta. Welldone El Hotel please keep the good work and work out something with ur AC on the room ya specially towards balcony,the room must all cold 😉😊. Booked and stayed here for 5 nights. Its just a 1min walk to the center of Malioboro Street. Lots of eatery and shops. Took the KAI train from YIA (45min) and walked about 15-20min to reach the hotel. The pavement was well maintained and rolling a luggage was pretty easy too. There are 2 malls just beside the hotel with cafes and shopping. Good location as we cannot hear any street noise though we were so near to Malioboro St. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful with our queries. We requested for daily make-up room service but there was a particular day where they didnt clear out our trash though. Room was very spacious and comfortable with a microwave too. Overall it was a wonderful and nice stay.
