Hotels With Wifi in Special Region of Yogyakarta, Indonesia

Room was okay but not very okay because trip.com purchase through 3rd party tiket.com and did not pass the room we choose non-smoking, so we ended up with room for a smoker and same level for all room for smoking. Hotel did a good gesture after we make a call to Mr. Bagus to solve this matter as hotel was full house to make sure our room comfortable, the housekeeping did change our sheet, and everything in bed also spray our room with perfume to make smoke odor gone. I was hopeless actually because the 3rd party was tiket.com local travel agent online which wasn't reliable like traveloka they are the same. But trip.com already apologize for the mistake and offer us as gesture a goodwill for their mistake, so I won't take any further action or complain as the hotel management already tried their best solved our problem. Thank you. I hope this never happen again in the future, they need double check and make sure their agreement with 3rd party is gone through very well and no mistake happen again

The hotel smells good. They take pride in the scent of the hotel. But the toilet and room are poorly maintained. The room is equipped with a smart TV. Water dispenser for hot & cold available at every floor. The night front desk gentleman is kind & helpful. The airvents is not functional as you can smell people cigarette smoke and vape smell in the room. Seem poorly ventilated, and there is no window in the room. Toilet seems rundown and poorly maintained. Most of the toilet amenities and equipment are broken. There are bikes parked in front of the hotel door at night, so it's difficult to enter the hotel. Seems like there is no parking space.

This hotel is FANTASTIC! The staff here are so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. ROOM: - Beds and pillows are luxurious - Shower pressure is strong - Great variety of toiletries including a shaving kit AMENITIES: - Pool is great with a separate spa-like chilling area - Snooker table that’s 15k rp a game. - Gym is basic but sufficient with dumbbells up to 25kg - Laundry service that does same day for 20k/ kg (outside in the driveway. TRANSIT/ LOCATION: - Easy to get a GRAB to and from the Tugu Train Station. (Make sure you type in Alana Malioboro because there’s another Alana hotel 30 minutes in the other direction… speaking from experience here 😂🙈) - Short and cheap GRAB to jl Malioboro, Keraton and other tourist sites. - Walking distance to Jl Prawirotaman - Lots of local food and bakeries close by.

Excellent service that made us so comfortable and the breakfast is so delicious with a wide variety. Their traditional welcome drink (also served at breakfast) is so delicious. We also ate dinner in the hotel one of the nights and the food was consistently good with an enjoyable live music performance. We left our phone charger in the hotel when checking out and the hotel even messaged me and offered to send it to me within IDR100k freight cost. Highly recommended.

While there are similar options for staying close to the international Airport in Yogyakarta, Morazen stands head and shoulders above even the bigger names of five star houses. The main reason for this is that the hotel was opened in 2024 and as you would expect has the highest class comfort available in the area. Aimed at short staying guests out 1-night booking (most flights from YIA leave early hours) included an excellent breakfast buffet and shuttle to the nearby airport. Luggage weighing and wrapping are available in the lobby. The rooms are top notch - specifically the mattress was much better than other hotels around - with privacy blinds in the on suite bathroom and a modern smart TV. The pool is rather awkward for real swimmers but offered a good opportunity to relax for us as well as the families with children who seemed to enjoy their time as much as the several flight crew members frequenting the place. We left the next morning feeling refreshed and comforted and Morazen stayed in the back of our minds as a very high yardstick against which we measured other hotels in Indonesia.

We were greeted warmly on arrival by Septi who arranged our check-in. We were told our rooms were not ready as we arrived well before the check-in time at 3pm. We went to Marioboro, the main shopping street in the city. And we're notified by WhataApp when our room is ready. We were assigned a room on the 6th floor that has a beautiful view of the pool and golf course. The hotel has a large compound and is designed like a resort. It is old but everything works. The facilities are all not far away. You don't get these in new hotels anymore. The breakfast was were good with a good spread of local and international fare and daily change of menu. We enjoyed 3 breakfasts during our stay. Overall all the staff were friendly and gave their best warm service with a smile. We felt very relaxed and welcomed. Keep it up Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta!

I was looking which hotel to choose in Yogyakarta for sometime and decided to take this hotel because of its central location and quality. I can say that we liked everything and we’ve been six people or two families of three each. Very convenient parking service for the car. Excellent breakfast and quality of rooms. There is also SPA Centre inside which should be reserved, but they provide really good quality local massage.

This is my first time actually, well The cultural experience at lafayette hotel left us with many stories and great memories.. The staff are also accommodating and friendly.. the room is perfectly clean ..welldone Gracias

This was a lovely hotel, the staff were so accommodating. The breakfast was good and because trip.com automatically charged me for a four person booking when there was three, the hotel let me have an extra breakfast each day for take away. Highly recommended hotel.
