The location and cleanliness of the hotel were great . The only issue we had was all the facilities were not open and the room was so warm it was difficult to sleep. When we asked about the room temperature we were told they had already given out the AC units and didn’t have any left to give us. Considering the price I would have expected a decent nights sleep but the temperature of the room and lack of AC units made it difficult.

What a special place! Created to look like a desert fortress with beautiful hand-woven rugs hanging in the corridor and a gorgeous mural of the Silk Road in the reception area. The terrace restaurant was a superb place for breakfast with views of the Gobi sand dunes and starry skies at night. The breakfast was enormous, just fabulous, with both Chinese and Western choices. Freshly made noodle soup and omelets and waffles… pretty much anything you could want. Friendly staff, big, well appointed rooms, superior bathroom, everything was great. The location is a little ways from the center of town, but there is a bus across the street that will take you there for two yuan. And you can walk to the right from the hotel for fifteen minutes through a bazaar to a nature site. Loved it!

I was upgraded to a bigger room , the view is amazing and the bed is so comfortable and clean with big bath tub. I had a wonderful stay. I enjoyed watch the sunrise , sunset and night view with a cup of tea in the lounge.

I was perfectly hosted by Mrs 05sunjing, who takes care of me from my arrival to my departure. My room was very confortable, well equipped and quiet. I could even take advantage of the executive lounge waiting for my plane after my check-out. You could go to that hotel ”eyes closed”!

Comfortable room, a good size with blackout curtains. The hotel is an easy walking distance from the train station no matter how much luggage you have. Free laundry facilities. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, happy to answer questions and assist with bookings and locating various services around town. The only negative is breakfast. Both days I was there one or more of the bread products were stale. Paper cups are provided for cold drinks (which seems needlessly wasteful) the one morning I tried, the orange juice was flavorless and watered down- it tasted like when you refill a juice bottle with water. The shape of the seating area is also unfortunate. There are two corners where people seem to appear out of nowhere and both days I encountered numerous children running and who absolutely should not have been allowed to bring their scooters in to the breakfast area (not the mobility kind) making carrying hot drinks and plates of food dangerous and unpleasant. Definitely recommended, just skip breakfast!

We had an overall pleasant stay in this hotel. Although it is a 5-10 minute walk away from the large shopping malls and the city center, it has many amenities nearby. I would like to commend the service crew in this hotel, all of them were nice, polite and displayed professionalism in their work, they took care of my needs well throughout my stay and I really appreciate it. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of choices including local delicacies and some Chinese street snacks. As a foreigner, I strongly recommend this hotel to whoever is visiting Zhangye, it would definitely enhance your stay.

This hotel is really very good. The location of the hotel is not far from the highway entrance and exit, about 3 kilometers, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. The hotel also has free parking. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic and the room is very clean. I have stayed here for one night and feel very satisfied. The bed is also very soft and I rested very comfortably at night. I recommend it to everyone.

The hotel is the best in Longnan, with beautiful environment, complete facilities, excellent service and rich breakfast. The hotel rooms are spacious and bright, with all kinds of new appliances. The hotel environment is very beautiful and comfortable. The hotel also has a constant temperature swimming pool and fitness and entertainment venues. The Thai seafood buffet on the first floor is a feast for the eyes, with seafood, steak, roasted lamb legs and fruits, which are dazzling and beautiful...

This hotel just opened during the National Day this year, and you can check in for less than 300 yuan, which is very cost-effective! The room is beautiful, the bathroom is big, and the rest area in the lobby is very nice! There is a welcome juice hall and cookies in the lobby. The breakfast is very rich, including Chinese and Western snacks, as well as the local specialty snack ”Yao Chuan”. My favorite is the freshly fried onion rings and soybeans with tomato sauce. The freshly ground coffee and grain drinks are delicious.

Can the mattress of Hilton Garden Inn be improved? The edge of the bed is always exposed, and the edge of the bed is a bit sharp. The child bumped into it once because of this reason. The service staff in the restaurant is very good. There is a lady with glasses who closes the table in time. The restaurant manager is also very good and has a very kind smile. The restaurant is also very delicious. The beef noodles in the northwest are really delicious! Very chewy, I like it! There is a small noodle shop opposite the hotel (not the first Xu noodle shop, but a smaller noodle shop). There is a big plate of beef tripe noodles. I was shocked when it was served. Hahahaha, I have never seen noodles served in such a big plate. The uncle is also very nice. He also made a small bowl of non-spicy noodles for the child for free. I think the people in the northwest are so warm and simple!
