This is the first time I've specifically waited to review a hotel:
1. Location: Less than 10 minutes from the high-speed train station, very convenient.
2. Service: Beyond five-star service! They added me on WeChat in advance, and all the hotel staff were incredibly enthusiastic. Every detail was meticulously taken care of, from bottled water available everywhere to free laundry and drying facilities, complete with laundry detergent. In the evenings, there were complimentary sweet soups, milk, and pastries. It was so convenient when traveling with a child and ordering extra food. There were welcome gifts upon check-in and also gifts upon check-out, plus a play area for kids.
An excellent hotel! 👍👍👍

XiaomaozhijiaThe hotel's hardware is decent, but the service is absolutely terrible. First, I was told my luggage would be sent to my room after check-in, but the front desk staff forgot, and it was left sitting alone in the lobby. I even came back down, and it was still unclaimed. What made me angriest was that there were two adults and one child in our party. At check-in, they said I needed to pay for the child's breakfast, which I agreed to. The next day, I wanted to try some local Lanzhou cuisine, so I went out for beef noodles. In the end, only two of us ate breakfast at the hotel. My deposit was 500 yuan, but they only refunded a little over 400 yuan at checkout. I called twice, and they promised to follow up with the restaurant and call me back the same day. Two days passed, and I heard nothing. It's not about the 78 yuan breakfast fee – I can afford a 1588 yuan stay, so I'm not short on that money. But their attitude is just outrageous! This hotel has the facilities but absolutely no service awareness or commitment to their word. On a positive note, I'd like to commend the doorman at the entrance who proactively asked if I needed help with my luggage. That was good, but unfortunately, it was the only glimpse of service awareness I experienced.

Guest UserThis stay exceeded my expectations; I was very satisfied overall. The hotel's location is convenient with free parking, making it easy to get around and dine out. The room was clean, tidy, and well-lit, with soft and comfortable bedding. The soundproofing was also excellent, ensuring a high-quality rest. The front desk service was warm and professional, and check-in was efficient and quick. The staff were gentle and polite, showing thoughtfulness in every detail. The hygiene, facilities, and service were all top-notch, offering great value for money. It's an excellent choice for any trip, and I'll prioritize staying here again next time. Highly recommended!

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! My partner kept praising my choice, and I totally agree. Highly, highly recommend! 😄
**Location:** Right by the East Gate of Dunhuang Night Market, super convenient.
**Facilities:** It has a classic, antique-style exterior and furnishings, but the rooms are equipped with modern smart technology. I snapped a few photos of the interior – that little chair is my favorite, so incredibly comfortable.
**Cleanliness:** Spotless, couldn't find a single fault. Plus, they have self-service laundry machines, which was great for refreshing our gear halfway through our Qinghai-Gansu trip. The breakfast is on the ninth floor, and when the weather isn't too hot, you can even dine outdoors, which is a lovely touch.

The hotel's location is excellent, and its facilities are comprehensive and thoughtfully designed. It even has a gym and a laundry room. The front desk staff were quiet but incredibly meticulous and helpful. They managed to switch our two rooms, which were originally on different floors, to the same floor, which was a great convenience for me as I was traveling with elderly family members and children. The sleep quality was excellent, the shower was comfortable, and the toothbrushes provided were good quality. The surrounding area is bustling with unique cultural and creative shops and特色餐饮 (specialty restaurants). It's also just a ten-minute walk to the Danghe River. Our room was right next to a luxurious bathroom that looked like it belonged in a multi-million dollar home.

Guest UserThis is hands down the best hotel I've ever stayed at in this price range, bar none. First, I booked two king rooms, and the hotel upgraded our room type. Second, after parking, a young man proactively greeted us, helped with our luggage, and brought it to our room. What's even more impressive is that when we drove again in the evening, we noticed our car's windshield had been covered with a sunshade – and so had all the other cars in the parking lot. When we returned from Mingsha Mountain and Crescent Lake after a late-night supper, it was already past midnight, and the hotel parking lot was full. The young lady on duty helped move an electric scooter and kept apologizing. Third, after checking out the next day, I went to Mogao Grottoes. The front desk called me to inform me that I had left my headphones behind and reminded me to pick them up. Later, after returning to Lanzhou, I realized I had forgotten a face mask I bought online that had been delivered to the front desk. After contacting the front desk, they proactively added me on WeChat, shared their contact information, and then sent it to my home via JD Express.

I highly recommend this hotel to those who drive to Dunhuang with their kids. It has a bathtub, which the kids love very much. The room facilities are very complete, the environment is very good, and it is not far from the attractions. Every service staff is very enthusiastic, especially the lobby manager. Yogurt is given when you check in, and plush toys are given when you check out. The kids like it very much and said they will stay here again next time. Highly recommended. Very cost-effective.

Anonymous UserThe hotel's location is quite good, being close to the Great Wall tourist area. Since it's a suite, the room hygiene is good, and it has its own private parking lot. However, during peak season, you might have to rush for a spot, and there doesn't seem to be any security management in the lot, leading to some haphazard parking. The breakfast is excellent; it's small but has everything you need. The front desk service is also good, and food deliveries can come directly into the hotel. The audio-visual room is fantastic, with a particularly large projector and screen.

Had a great experience! 👍 The room was clean and tidy, and there's a food street about a ten-minute walk away. Watching the World Cup and having skewers there at night was a fantastic experience. The security guards at the hotel entrance were very responsible; they'd arrange parking for you as soon as you drove up, so no worries about parking at all. If I had to mention a downside, the breakfast was just okay. The milk dispenser tap in the buffet restaurant was broken, so it took forever to get a glass of milk. 😓

I chose this hotel for my trip, and the room was thoughtfully furnished. The twin beds were very spacious, and two adults could comfortably stay in one room. The bedding was clean, pure white, soft and gentle on the skin, and provided just the right amount of support. After a long day of business travel, I could fall asleep immediately. The upholstered headboard was a thoughtful touch, preventing discomfort when using my phone at night. The placement of power outlets and switches was also very convenient, making charging and controlling the lights easy. The hotel's attention to detail was evident; the throw pillows and bed runner were stylishly coordinated, not the generic hotel furnishings, but rather a comfortable and inviting touch. There was also a lounge chair by the window, perfect for relaxing in the afternoon sun or enjoying a cup of tea. Cleanliness was impeccable. The sheets and duvet covers were spotless and odorless, the floors and surfaces were impeccably clean, and the bathroom was spotless and tidy, giving me peace of mind. The staff were also very attentive, checking me in quickly and patiently answering any questions. Overall, the service was excellent, making me feel very comfortable.
It's very close to the museum and Crescent Lake, making it very convenient to get around and providing a great experience. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, I highly recommend choosing this place!
