Hotels With Wifi in Lampung, Indonesia

Very nice big room..nice new hotels with good facilities...But the service and the staffs guest relation skills to be standardize. Not try the breakfast, but indeed the buffet dinner far below the IHG even the National 4 start standards.

My families booked 3 junior suite rooms for 2 nights. The room are spacious and the room prices were reasonably cheap for junior suite type. We think the only drawback is that the parking lot is the same with the mall next to the hotel, so when you arrived in the afternoon/ evening, it might be hard to find spot. On top of that, the parking signage is a bit unclear. If you’re staying at the hotel, make sure to enter through the left gate with the barrier, and go straight down to the basement.

I had a truly wonderful stay at novotel lampung. Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations.the ambience was modern yet cozy,making it a perfect place ro relax either for business or leisure.

For hygiene, it's not bad, there's only a little part of the toilet. But it's still comfortable to use. For the mattress, it's a bit complicated, because the mattress is single type, 1 room is 2 single mattresses. A small family with 2 children is a bit difficult to sleep. I think the mattress can be squeezed and made 1 but I can't 🤭 if the others are good, the breakfast is delicious.

Very happy to stay here, the hotel is still very new so the cleanliness is still maintained starting from the lobby, hallway, room and bathroom, everything is clean, the sheets and towels are also clean. The swimming pool is big, there is a pool for children and adults. The hotel is also directly connected to the Lampung City Mall so it's easy to find food. And the most happy thing is the breakfast tastes delicious and there are lots of menu variants. Continued success, Santika Premiere Lampung and trip.com. Hopefully I can come here again another time 🥰

Very easy to access - Price is affordable for couples or travelers with complete facilities and decent cleanliness - There are parking for bikes and cars, pretty safe because can park inside - Another plus point they sell snacks and drinks as well in the reception lobby…

the hotel was great, super clean, and super affordable. The bed was pretty comfy though the bathroom was quite small. It was good overall.

quite comfortable,at this price,it is suitable.the bathroom and the room are clean. But it would be better to be taken back to the cleanliness of the bed sheets and pillowcases, replaced a clean one before the new guests stay in the designated room. Recommended .. Thank you 🙏🏻
