Hotel near minimarket (in front of the hotel), other guests' voices in the hallway in front of the room can be heard. No soundproofing. The choice of breakfast variations is quite good but to get to the restaurant you have to climb stairs, it might be difficult for the elderly or disabled.

The breakfast was very good, the service was very attentive and enthusiastic, but the bed was a little small, two beds were put together, the sheets were obviously a little small, the location was OK, it is worth recommending

I do love this hotel: easy check in-check out, no deposit needed, spacious bedroom, friendly staffs, excellent facilities. We can order food from restaurant yet the price is affordable. We can also find various food stalls nearby. We love staying here. My son loved the swimming pool

The TV is on but the picture has a lot of ants so it can't be watched well. The swimming pool cannot be used on weekdays just weekends. A little disappointed.

RRijkWe enjoyed our stay in Mahkota Sutis hotel. The hotel is situated a bit out of town which suited us very well. The hotel sits about 40 meters from the road. And having a room at the backside of the hotel, it was nicely quiet. We had a nice view on lush green mountains.
There is a swimming pool which we did not use due to our other activities. The wifi in the room was not so strong, though in the hall way excellent.
The staff was very accommodating. They took time to make us feel at home and were responding quickly to our requests. They arranged for a tasty breakfast box as we were leaving early in the morning.

Pertahankan terus ya kebersihan dan perawatan supaya tamu puas, yang lebih keren lagi pegawainya semua ramah, baik bgt sopan dan selalu siaga membantu bahkan sangat sopan. Thanks owner dan management, semoga hotelnya terus ramai dan cuan, next kalau ke Jambi InsyaAllah nginap lagi disini.
