I find this hotel through Rick Steves tour book. To my surprise, this is one bed room apartment with 2 toilets and separate living room with sofa. It fits 4 persons. Very clean, bed is comfortable. Only problem is weak wifi signal. Parking garage is under the building. Supermarket is 2 minutes walking. A lot of restaurants are near by.

The hotel is in a great location, quiet in a busy city, and the room layout is suitable. The mattress is moderately soft and hard, and the toiletries are of good quality. Warm biscuits are given upon check-in, and the front desk staff has a drawer of information cards for nearby dining and entertainment, which can be provided on demand. The breakfast is a combination of self-service and ordering, and the quality is good. What can be improved is the room service. The bottled water and changing of bathrobes are provided separately on daily request.

We need to set a big bed + sofa bed for 2 big and 1 small beds. This is a good hotel located right next to the subway line 5, El Carmen, that takes you in several stops to the heart of Madrid as in Gran Via and Chueca stations. The hotel is very clean, rooms are well illuminated, clean and comfortable. Check in and out was very smooth and front desk staff are friendly and approachable. My only recommendation would be to replenish drinking water bottles every day, it is cheap and it makes the hotel look good.

Nice location and breakfast is great and lots of food choices. Room is small, water bottles are only free to be provided for first night but not next days. Service is great and hotel staff is responsive.
